Hi there,I add a screenshot of one of our courses. We would like to have the blue icons that show that a step is complete (in red frame), to swith to green once finished. Is it possible to adjust the color of the “Done-Icon” to green? And would anyone one know about an information page in docebo university or so, where we can see all icons in all possible statuses that can occur with it? Thanks in advance and best regardsRoli
Having some trouble getting custom css containers outside of their restricted widget box settings. Even with css/html I’m not able to use the entire area of the page: Looking to have the containers in my code to auto use all of the available space like this design:https://info.fintechos.com/hubfs/Academy%20and%20Learning/Homepage.png
On March 20, 2024, the weekly maintenance release inadvertently impacted the audit trail report and webhooks between 6:00 and 10:00 AM ET, causing the audit trail report to not capture actions correctly, and webhooks related actions in 3rd party systems were not triggered. All other system actions and API calls completed normally. For steps to review the audit trail report, click here. System updates have been implemented to improve future stability. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make accessing forums easier for instructors? In my use case, I have a rather large learning program with multiple instructors. During the program, learners are asked to respond to a discussion question that they log in the forums widget on the course they are in. Feedback from my instructors have been that navigating to forums can be “too many clicks” and I agree with them. If there are suggestions on how to optimize that workflow for my instructions, that would be extremely helpful!
I have always been worried about a system that is too chatty. When I came to work for my current org? I found that the one largest learning system instance had a user enrolled notification was essentially set on full blast with all courses triggering notifications (that I eventually helped to shut down). To many it felt horrible, if you enrolled yourself, you got an email. If someone else enrolled you? You got an email. If the course was part of a learning plan?? A person got two or more emails. Working at places 10X the size of where I am currently at makes me know that larger organizations dont stand for it and will even cap system notifications if they seem like they are being spoofed.IMHO - that's not the way to configure things. I truly believe in the mantra that “less is more”. It is more powerful when you deploy targeted notifications to campaigns and onboarding programs. This paired with protecting the function of a manager to have an option to deploy a notification to only thei
Hello Community!I need help solving for this use case:A Power User in one of our branches wants to assign training for the whole year on January 1st. They have a January Learning Plan, February LP, and so on. However, he wants the "user is enrolled in a course" or "user is enrolled in LP" to go out on the first day of the course/LP validity period, not on January 1st.The current problem is that if users try to access the February courses from the January 1st notifications, the won't have access to the material yet. This will generate countless support tickets. What options can you recommend? Is there a different notification that can be used? I understand the power user could turn off the notification for the day, but users then would never be notified about enrollment. Finally, if this is a current product idea Docebo is considering, could you please guide me to where I can vote for this? Thanks,Vanessa
Good Morning! We kicked off our new LMS today, but I’m finding this search capability is already becoming a distraction and just causes noise. Were you able to hide the Categories and Filter options in the catalog search bars? If so, how did you accomplish that? Thank you!
Is it possible in a certificate to add the estimated average time from the course details? I see the short code for the actual time it took for completion, but we need average estimated time instead.
When a Superadmin/PowerUser/User is advised that their course/asset is outdated. There is no way of clearing this other than updating the links etc. to clear the outdated status. This is frustrating when the asset is new and is not outdated. Could be user error marking it as outdated?More so for courses, where you can’t identify what part of the course they believe is outdated?Especially when the course is current, not outdated. Is it one item in the course the user believes it out of date? To remove this status you would need to refresh the links to all the training material? Is there not a way that the owner can clear this without having to go through the whole course?I know that it is only the owner of the course/asset that sees it marked as outdated but they are still asking the question who, why and how do we clear it?
HiCan an Observation Checklist be used as a stand alone option in Docebo. I have users who require an assessment of skills but there is no eLearning module required.
We would like to promote our subscription program to our non-subscribers. We don’t want to bother our subscribers with this information.Does anyone know if it’s possible to show a widget/image/text to non-subscribers only?I could not find anything useful in the CSS for this purpose.
I am looking for feedback on Idea # LMS-I-2994, which is marked as “product owner review” - It seems really silly to me that Observation Checklist items do not offer/contain a hyperlink option for content that may be outside of (or even elsewhere within) the LMS platform, e.g. content in on-demand Channels that should be referenced/consumed for onboarding. We are looking to create multiple employee and external onboarding learning plans before year-end and would really like to understand the status of this idea to add hyperlinks to Observation Checklists. Please advise ASAP?
