This notification trigger is a one time notification. So if they want one sent every two days, you would need to set up a separate notification for every two day increments. Like one for 2 days, then one for every 4 days, and so on.
The Digest: Learner has yet to complete the course might work because you can have that sent on a timed schedule (it wouldn’t be based on enrollment date, but you can have one set up to sent on Mondays, and another sent on Thursdays) or something like that. This way you don’t have to build a large number of notifications for every number of days since enrollments.
agree with comments above...notifications only work with the settings configured so in your case if you want to send more than 1 notification at different times, you would need to configure one fore each instance. As well, if you want to send reminders based on a due date, you can use the Course has expired notification but this one needs to be based on the Active Until date on your enrolments page.
I agree. As someone who has built 16 of these, once a week for 16 weeks, it is not recurrent. That setting would be very much appreciated. It is unfortunate because this notification has become very helpful with getting users to take training.
It has the biggest impact when it is on from the start of the course since it is from date of enrollment. I built 16 weeks of notifications because it was turned on later and I had to go to that sort of time frame to notify all the users that were enrolled in the course.
There is a revamp planned for the notification engine so hopefully some of our great suggestions will find their way in the new tool soon. The ability to set a recurrence in a single notification would save a ton of time and be more reliable than trying to figure out how many of the same notifs are going out and when, etc.

I totally agree
