Ciao Luca,

In generale posso consigliarti quanto segue:

Hi Luca,

Nice to meet you, I work in Docebo as a Customer Experience Manager and within my portfolio I have a client who has implemented an excellent Sales Academy now highly attended by all their salesmen and agents, if you are interested I can arrange a call with them to give you some useful advice, you can contact me at alessandro.riccelli@docebo.com

In general I can recommend the following:

  • The main objective must be to be able to centralize, in a single point, access to relevant information for all sellers.
  • Therefore, it is important to understand what this useful information is, how to organize it and how to keep it up to date
  • To define the organizational structure of the contents it is useful to carry out various tests with power point schemes but also with paper schemes to understand how you would like to best create the navigation pages
  • If you have more brands or more lines of business it might be useful to do an ad hoc profiling / navigation for each line or brand
  • It can be extremely useful to do a pilot phase with a few selected sellers to understand from them what could be the best way to organize and find content. The same also applies to the mobile app which I strongly recommend you launch later and not immediately.
  • It may be useful to start with more static content (e-learning, reference materials, etc.) to make people more familiar with the new system. Subsequently, in a second phase, the project can be integrated with social and informal learning systems.

Let me know if you'd like to have a chat with my client.
