When a Superadmin/PowerUser/User is advised that their course/asset is outdated. There is no way of clearing this other than updating the links etc. to clear the outdated status. This is frustrating when the asset is new and is not outdated. Could be user error marking it as outdated?More so for courses, where you can’t identify what part of the course they believe is outdated?Especially when the course is current, not outdated. Is it one item in the course the user believes it out of date? To remove this status you would need to refresh the links to all the training material?Is there not a way that the owner can clear this without having to go through the whole course?I know that it is only the owner of the course/asset that sees it marked as outdated but they are still asking the question who, why and how do we clear it?
When building out a Course and loading in an array of resources, using hard links or connecting content to documents within our sharepoint/intranet seems to be proving a challenge. Goal: Linking to evergreen current and saving duplical PDF upload work by sharing Sharepoint content links rather than uploding PDFs to keep content current (ie. not having to double publish/update a content refresh).Seeking recommendations for good workflows when linking course resources back to Sharepoint/intranet?
I am looking for feedback on Idea # LMS-I-2994, which is marked as “product owner review” - It seems really silly to me that Observation Checklist items do not offer/contain a hyperlink option for content that may be outside of (or even elsewhere within) the LMS platform, e.g. content in on-demand Channels that should be referenced/consumed for onboarding. We are looking to create multiple employee and external onboarding learning plans before year-end and would really like to understand the status of this idea to add hyperlinks to Observation Checklists.Please advise ASAP?

Hi folks. I keep getting ‘Ajax error’ notifications whenever I try to run a report via Course>Reports>Training Material Statistics. I’ve already submitted a ticket, currently waiting on some resolution. Does anyone know how I can configure the text in an Outlook calendar notification that is integrated through Docebo Connect? Right now, it only pulls the date and time of my ILT but there is no text. I’d love to be able to meet Zoom meeting details in it or other useful information. Has anybody else encountered this and have a solution?TIA

Recently we have reports of our users having issues when accessing courses that use auto-enrolment links...seems the links suddenly stopped working and we have to replace them we newly generated links...has anyone else had this issue?

As many of you are aware, there is no feature in Docebo that allows us to track notifications that are sent to learners. The often-recommended solution is to put an email address in the CC box that can be found in Admin Features>Advanced Settings>Advanced Options>CC this email address for all emails sent by the platform (except for the recover password email).We tried this and after a few hours we saw that many of the notifications were being returned to us in our email system as undeliverable. Our IT team tells us that Microsoft has a hard line set on how many emails can be sent to a shared mailbox at a time, and the number of notifications sent out by Docebo for a significant enrollment passed this amount. Has anyone else encountered this?I’ve been asked to determine if there is any way in Docebo for notifications to be sent out in smaller batches. Has anyone looked into that or come up with another solution?Thanks!
We use Allbound to work with our partners. The partner team would like to integrate our certification and course completion data with that platform.Allbound wants us to give them access to our API’s to implement that. I have some concerns about giving API access to an external party. Are their privacy or security risks I should consider? Are there maintenance considerations?What’s the risk of an endpoint they are using being deprecated and a reconfiguration being needed. Anything else I should be thinking about?I am a neophyte when it comes to APIs. I have set up a postman account and have set up a few internally but that’s about it.Thanks for any thoughts you have that can inform my decision on approach.
Hello,I’m trying to setup an e-commerce integration with Stripe, but I encountered a very serious problem - hopefully I’m just doing something wrong!We have users from all over the world, and when they want to buy a course the flow is as follows:Check/update your billing information in the cart Pay through Stripe Course is unlockedThe problem is, if the user buys his first course and uses a billing address i.e. from Italy, Stripe will calculate Italian taxes. But if later in life, that same uses changes his billing address i.e. to Poland, the next time he buys a course Stripe will still calculate the Italian tax.From what I understand, the very first time a payment is generated for a user, Docebo creates a new user in Stripe with billing address, but that address is never updated when users update their profile in Docebo.Any way to solve this?
I have set up an automated group using a primary position set i.e. all our housekeepers belong to a housekeeping group. I then clicked the remove deactivated users tickbox in options but it is still pulling through deactivated users. What can I do?
