In our current project we have some optional ILTs. Some users may find it useful to attend sessions again after they’ve already completed one. Once they completed one session I want them to see all options again right away without having to click “Change session”
Is it possible to auto-unenroll users from ILT sessions so they see the same thing as before they’ve enrolled into a session for the first time?
Yes, this. The other suggestion would be to make the “change session” button more prominent, To a casual user, its not easy to find. Most end up having to call us for help because they go to the page and it just says the event has ended. This is a bad user experience.
