I am wondering if anyone else is having an issue with their gamification settings? I have assigned points and badges to courses but my users are seeing negative points on there account but when they go to the rewards store they have more coins than points. Its a mess!!
I thought points and coins were a 1:1 ratio?
Is anyone else having this problem? Can anyone help?
Have you checked your badges to see if one (or some) are setup with negative values in the points field?
I haven't tested in a long time, but at one point in my exploration, a negative point badge still (positively) awarded coins.
I reviewed and I have input 50 for the points to be awarded
Under “Automatic Assignment” I have selected that when a “user completes a course” and then clicked “Any of the selected courses” I then input the course names.
Users seem to be awarded the correct number of points on the gamification widget but then when the click “My badges and points” it shows negative points and when they go to the store it shows way more coins….
