Best Practice for Managers Monitoring LP's

Hi, I am looking for some best practices to help our managers monitor their teams progress. We use a lot of learning plans, with each course equivalent to each other (same course but different languages). This is a workaround for not being able to set training material as equivalencies to each other. Since the LP’s don’t have a soft deadline option, we set no deadline in the LP and set it in the course, and set the reminder notifications based on the course.

Due to this set up, when an employee is past due on our terms for the LP, they still show as “looks good” in “My Team” and don’t come up delinquent to their managers, since technically they are enrolled in a LP with no due date instead of enrolled in the course with a due date.

Does anyone else have to do these workaround to accommodate languages or have advice on helping managers monitor progress when they can’t see LP deadlines?
