Struggling with structuring and implementing Discover coach and share...HELP!

I have hit a bit of a road block and need some assistance I am trying to develop plan to launch the D/C/S features and while I understand how the features work its narrowing down the channels and structuring everything. I have looked at the best practices but its just getting things in gear is where myself and the team are stuck...any ideas on how I can move this along?

Promoting/marketing a new LMS to the firm

We’ve been using our LMS for about a year for mandatory and highly suggested training (pushed content). We are now moving to leverage the LMS as an on demand learning tool as well. We are putting together a marketing plan to raise awareness and drive traffic. Has anyone else gone through a similar promotion and found any approach or specific task/event/communication effective in increasing usage?

Is there a way, or please create a way, to download tests (questions, answer options, correct answer(s), user answer stats) to a variety of outputs other than GIFT; e.g. Excel, Word, .txt? Power Users with minimal computer skills cannot decipher/interpret the GIFT output format.

Articulate Rise xAPI Completion in Docebo

Hello Docebo Community, Anyone uses Articulate Rise to export xAPI content into Docebo and is having issues with completion synching in Docebo? This issue is sporadic for us. Some of our learner’s view is 100% on the content side but its not updated on the platform. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Add row adjustment to all screens with sticky filter

Please add the row adjustment option to all screens that return rows of data. And make the row adjustment option a “sticky filter”. It’s a real pain to go back to row 1 every time I navigate beyond the first set of rows displayed.

Hi there, I’d like to suggest a Docebo Bootcamp for members, for us to learn more about current features and new releases. The format can be a weeklong one hour live session per day, walking us through things like the new Skills dashboard, and features such as how to make the most of widgets for page creation, design thinking, etc. I think this will be an amazing value add to your product and service, and will help us make the most of the platform. Learning Plan: Enrollment functionality in Catalogs

Is it possible to add, for the Learning Plan, the catalog options, view and enrollment, managed as for courses? Right now a user can enroll in to a Learning Plan and then into a course without any restrictions. Even if the course is under maintenance or the auto-enrollment for the course is not enabled.Thank you,MODO

What would you like to name the group? Extended Enterprise Users - (I need some more coffee before the creative juices for group names starts flowing.) Who would this group be for? Docebo Customers who are using the LMS for external customers, and/or using the Extended Enterprise App How would individuals benefit from this group? We can share ideas and practices on how we use Docebo for external customers. Maybe share ideas on how to increase external customer adoption. Filtering something (page, menu, LP, user, group...) is always lost

Dear all,I think the biggest annoying point in Docebo as an admin is to systematically loose your filterI want to change a page, I enter my filter and go to the page. and when I come back on the page list… the filter is lost Same thing on LP, I filter my LP, I add a course and come back… again the filter is lostUsing the previous page/next page from the browser doesn’t help. I’m always using the top ‘breadcrumb” navigation and/or the “< Back”. And I know this is possible in Docebo because using the course management page works perfectly fine : I never loose my filter here, even if I user the < Back or the breadcrumb navigation.Am I missing something?Thank you

Google Slides Marked as Complete Removes Version Control Power

It would be very helpful if there was a feature enhancement that would enable a Google Drive Google Slide to be not marked as complete until the user actually goes through the deck.The reason is, our organization uses google slides for our training materials and rather than running into version control issues and downloading/uploading pdfs every time there is a small content change, that integration would enable us to have all changes immediately reflected in course.The trouble is of course for important topics like confidentiality, having the activity completed message pop up before they have actually read through anything raises risks that force us to use the slide converter option instead. Thanks!

Joke Idea - Stop allowing us to "spam" the ideas bucket for badges / points

Current State: Hey - I dont mind coming in at the end of the week and getting some points to help knock out older friends like @gstager , @lrnlab , @alekwo out of their position in the leaderboard by walking new ideas and voting them up.I am doing this because I literally dont have the stamina for keeping up with them. But someone else is going to figure out my game? And starting knocking me out as well.Future State: remove the points from Ideas. Dont let us “spam” ideas to get our scores nice and high on the leaderboards.

More complete explanation of monthly update

I’d like the monthly update notices to more complete. It seems like there are three items that are emphasized, while many other—some minor—are not mentioned and are left for user discovery. It leaves me feeling unprepared and I’d like to alert my Power Users to these.For example, this month I noticed in the sandbox that the look and feel is changing in course creation, and the way the Ecommerce (under Advanced settings) is also different. The addition of SCORM training materials inside of ILTs is a potential game-changer for me because of how I have had to set up learning plans to attach ILTs to Exams.I’m pleased that the updates contain so many feature enhancements and it would be to Docebo’s benefit as well to announce a complete list to show how many improvements are being made to the platform.

What would you like to name the group? Carolina Users Group Who would this group be for? This group would be for Docebo Super Admin located in North Carolina and South Carolina (USA). How would individuals benefit from this group? The virtual group located in the Community would allow for these user to set a base to connect, discuss, learn, share, and network. As pandemic restrictions lift the members of this group could meet in person to engage with a focused agenda to discuss system use, releases, improvements, and strategies. This Community group could also be the online hub for in-person documentation. What sort of topics would you like to cover in this group? How do you manage your pages / Catalogs / Channel within Docebo?

Hi Dear Community,I want to get some ideas about using the Pages, Catalogs, and Channels within Docebo.Today, A user can't search for a specific page . In addition, when you want to create a "sub-page" to the main page, the "breadcrumbs" don't show the user the correct hierarchy.So when you want to create a page that contains a lot of content (LP/Courses Etc.) and create the best UI/UX for the user - It is hard for the user to locate the page if you don't place the link in the homepage.I added an idea last week (Please vote if you find it relevant) - But if you have a solution that will solve the issue above - it would be much helpful :)Thank you,Ofer
