Challenge Alert! Bring Social Learning to your Organization for a chance to WIN 🎁

If you attended the Social Learning: From Dream to Reality session at Inspire 2022, you’ll know that we have a challenge for you. If you missed the session, watch out for the recording for practical tips and tricks on how to bring social learning to your organization. 

Whether you attended the session or not, we’ve got a challenge for you!   

The challenge, should you choose to accept it, is Mission: Social Learning. Over the next month, by accomplishing one of the following tasks and sharing your results in the comments below, you’ll get a chance to WIN! 

This message will NOT self-destruct in 10 seconds so take your time to ponder, plan, collaborate and share!

Step 1: Pick a task! 

1. Get hands-on with a free Shape Trial 

Sign up for a 14-day trial of Shape and get your teams to create 5 pieces of content this month and share it on a channel this month. (Extra points if you have killer engagement stats to share with us.)

2. Empower your Experts: 5 Post Challenge 

Assign experts on your teams in Discover, Coach & Share and give them a challenge of 5 posts in 1 month!  (We’d love to see two or more experts on there - again, show us the engagement!)

3. Power up your Executives 

Get your executive team onboard with the concept of social learning by challenging each of them to post at least 1 video on your executive channel. (If you can get two of them to play ball, we’re cheering you on!)

4. Make Wellness a Priority  

Wellness is crucial all year round and especially as we head into the busy fall season. Set up a wellness channel on Discover Coach and Share and post 3 tips (that’s 3 posts on the channel) on how your teams can enhance their mental, emotional, and physical health this month! 

Step 2: Share your progress in the comments section below! 

We love pictures, brief descriptions of what you did, stats (OH do we ever love those numbers!) and any other way in which you feel you can make your story more colorful. The more tasks you pick, the more engagement you garner, the higher chances that you will WIN!

Submissions accepted until 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, November 25, 2022. We will review all submissions received in the comments below and winners will be announced in this post once selected.
