Welcome to Docebo! 

 

If you’re reading this, chances are you are either preparing to start your onboarding journey, or it’s already underway! We want to make sure that you start on the right foot and are aware of the resources available to make you a Docebo expert in no time. 

 

Here are a few steps you should take to make sure you’re ready for onboarding success!

  1. Register for Docebo University – if you don’t already have access, you should definitely create an account. It’s free and there are dozens of courses designed to educate you on the Docebo product and prepare you for onboarding.
  2. Have your company’s project lead complete the Docebo Ready course in Docebo University
  3. Complete the Getting Started with Docebo Learning Plan in Docebo University
  4. Check out Docebo Help
  5. Chat with this group!

    Hi everyone! I am on a project team of 3 rolling out this LMS for our organization. We started our onboarding with Docebo in mid-March and are hoping to roll out  a soft launch in June. We are working diligently to build out our LMS (branding, uploading our content, etc). Is anyone else in this same boat? Would love to connect and discuss best practices, etc.

    Welcome @simone.yaghi! It’s so great to see you in the community :) I hope your onboarding is off to a good start! This community is here to help you.

     

    I know there are quite a few folks in onboarding who have joined the community over the past few days so I am happy to connect you with some of them. I recommend that you share this post in the Onboarding Group since this is actually just a reply to my original post. That way, everyone who is a part of the group will get a notification and can jump in to help! To do so, head to + New Post at the top right, select Conversation as the type of post you’re creating, add a title, copy and paste exactly what you shared above, select Docebo Onboarding towards the bottom of the Category selection, add any optional tags, and select Post! 

     

    I’ll be sure to meet you over there on that post and tag a few individuals who might be worth connecting with. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any questions!
