Docebo Support will have modified hours of operations for the following upcoming public holidays: On Wednesday, May 1st, our offices in Italy and France will be closed in observance of Labour Day. Docebo Support Operations will remain available during US hours. Phone support will remain available all day. On Monday, May 6th, our UK offices will be closed in observance of Bank Holiday. On Wednesday, May 8th, our offices in France will be closed in observance of Victory Day. On Thursday, May 9th, our offices in France will be closed in observance of Ascension Day. On Monday, May 20th, our offices in France will be closed in observance of Whit Monday. Our offices in the Canada will also be open in observance of Victoria Day. On Monday, May 27th, our offices in the UK will be closed for Spring Break. Our US offices will be closed in observance of Memorial Day. Docebo Support Operations will operate during normal hours during these holidays.
Has anyone had a problem with users randomly being locked out of SCORM modules in a course?They can for example access other modules, but get a blank screen when they try to pickup where the left off. Here’s a link to a video of the issue: https://www.wevideo.com/view/3417599763The only fix seems to be resetting their progress.I’ve been told this is because we’ve updated the SCORM package while the users are in the course, but we haven’t. It’s a brand new course, and our very first cohort of users, so we are loosing confidence in the system.Alternatively, what’s the best course format to use for stability and updates? xAPI? SCORM? other?
Hi, bit of a funny one. Im wondering if there’s a way to change colourway configurations on the ‘test/quiz’ portion of a course? We love the colourway we have set up for our site it just doesn’t read well (user feedback) when quiz/tests are undertaken within coursesI cant find an option to change what appears to be the default alternating colours and would prefer not to change the colourway of the entire platform for something as simplistic as this. Example below and suggestions appreciated :)

I am clearly missing something here.I would like to use the Get Report Results Paginated API to feed a BI system. My alternative is to use an API with multiple calls to get the same data, and that burns up some license stuff on the BI side…..soooo trying a different approach.I have a report that has all the data I want. I just need to get it to the BI system. I don’t have an SFTP. I can’t use Google Sheets or similar. I would prefer not to have to manually do a flat file import every time I need to refresh the data.Enter the API…….I have the report ID, easy enough.What I can’t seem to find is how to get the required Export_ID parameter.If I schedule the report (new reports), will it have an Export_ID ? Will it be unique for each scheduled run? Where do I find this thing? @Bfarkas I read your post on reports everywhere (love it!)…...but I didn’t see this specific API discussed. Hopefully I didn’t miss where you already answered my question.
Hello everyone, I would like to ask, if currently inside Docebo is there a limit of number for Groups or/and enrollment rules creations?. Our approach is to create a ILT course per venue, that is translated a huge number of groups, one per venue and enrollment rules to make sure the costumers enroll to the correct ILT course visibility to reduce the number of selections the user must do to find the right sessions on the correct venue.
Hello! I’m attempting to create a connection between Monday.com and Docebo Learn so that whenever we create a course in Learn it auto populates on a Monday.com board which we’ll keep as a running course inventory. I’ve created the connection using a Monday connector I found in the Community Library. Just need some guidance on how to start the recipe. Thank you!
Hiya folks.I’ve got a course with both a thumbnail & Header Layout w/ an image. But the thumb only shows up when you're not in Course View (which I suppose is the way it’s supposed to work) and the Header is not visible at all.Is there some setting I have to activate or anything in order for the Header Layout to show up? I’ve added the desired image as a Player Background Image, but that’s not my preference.As per usual, any feedback is welcome, and thanks.

Hi all, I’ve got an exam that displays 100 questions from a bank of 250, and all are being pulled from 25 categories in the bank. We’re still kicking the tires and all seems good, but today we made some changes to a couple dozen questions that changed the type from ‘multiple choice’ to ‘single correct’, which meant I have to make new versions of them since there doesn’t appear to be any way to change a question’s type once it’s been created.I’ve gone into the first few and changed the question category in the bank to ‘none’ so they will no longer be pulled into the exam, but after saving them, they still show “Assigned To/Question Usage” for that exam.Does anyone know if they will indeed no longer be used in this exam? Or - how do I disassociate those questions from the exam? And finally - once a question is -not- associated with any usage, can it be permanently deleted from the bank? Thanks in advance!
I am using this very helpful post to create/poll/download a report via API:Report Listing API | Community (docebo.com)It’s working perfectly, except that Docebo is sending me an email saying that my report is ready… How can I turn this notification off? This is a report that will be downloaded via a script and dumped into a database, so I don’t want or need a notification that the report is “ready” because my script polls for completion and then downloads it, cracks open the zip, cracks open the csv, and dumps the data to a DB when the report is ready.I already checked the Notifications page in the Admin Settings - there is no event that seems like it has anything to do with “notify me when the report I asked for is ready” type of thing.Anyone have any ideas? I can’t seem to find anywhere else - the report definition, my personal account, nothing - that has any setting for notifications…
