I’ve tried working with the preview mode of the new Learning Plan and Course players and I’ve got a UI/UX issue.All of our slide content for courses has been uploaded as a PDF to the converter - and I noticed with the switch to the new preview player that these no longer fit to the page as they used to. A user now has to scroll to see the full slide or click the ‘fit to page’ button EVERY TIME they have a new set of slides.This doesn’t happen if the material is uploaded as a Microsoft .ppt file, but again all of our material was done as PDF’s since there was no different with the previous layout.Will there be a way to fix this before the new layout is pushed out in October?

We have a client who wants a report on an individual’s usage. This report needs to show exact dates and times of logins as well as course progress.Which report option would provide this? Thank you.
Is anyone using the Docebo/Eventbrite integration to manage their Instructor Led Training? Are you collecting payments? Is it working? Is it another layer of complexity? Is information translating over correctly?
One of our SMEs wants to host a course where staff will:Watch a video Complete an assessment Sign a waiverThe waiver is an official form provided by a governing agency, so we need to use their form. The second half of this step is that the SME then needs to fill out the bottom half of the form confirming that the staff member completed all training. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to manage this? I’m wondering if I can do something where the learner esigns the form and it is automatically sent to our SME, then she would execute it and send it back. I don’t think this is something we can track in the Learning Hub though?
The ability to create pages and manage menus is one of the most powerful features in Docebo. That said, sometimes you need to expose a page only to certain users. I found that you can choose to NOT add a custom page to your hamburger menu but you can still usher users to that specific page via a relative url in a widget (we use mostly the Image and Custom Content Box widgets for this purpose).Using these “hidden” pages allows us to have many more pages available to our users without having to clutter up the hamburger menu (this menu can quickly get out of hand if not managed properly).To do this…create your page once created, use the menu at the far right under the ellipses to “Copy the URL” it should look like this: https://www.xxxxxxxxx.com/pages/20/home to embed this link in a widget or other launch point and keep the user INSIDE the LMS, remove the “https://www.xxxxxx.com” and enter the URL as: /pages/20/home (where “pages” = the module, “20” is the unique number assigned to each
We are looking to hide the Instructor panel (we changed to Program Manager) as it offers no value. It shows a name and thumbnail. No contact info at all. Can this be hidden or removed with CSS? Which brings me to my 2nd request. We do add the contact info for our Program Managers in the course descriptions, but by default it’s collapsed in the new course player. Can this be updated to be expanded by default when a user enters a course?Thank you for any and all help!

More of a basic question… When I need to edit the wording or timing of a notification email for an ILT coming up, do I need to unenroll everyone, edit it, then re-enroll users? Or can I just edit it and save and activate and all the users enrolled will get the updated notification?
I have a Learning Plan where self-enrollment is not allowed. Admins must enroll learners into the Learning Plan. This is working fine. I have several ILT sessions in the Learning Plan. We are finding that learners can’t switch sessions, even though the course setting allows them to switch sessions. It is going to a "Pending Admin Approval” status. How can I setup the course so that once enrolled by Admin, the learner can self-manage the session enrollments? Have I missed a setting somewhere?
When choosing to display a catalog in calendar mode, is it possible to set the ‘Agenda’ view as the default? Are there any CSS solutions that could help achieve this?
Hi everyone, Have looked everywhere for an answer to this, but have not been successful. We use a play button thumbnail for all our eLearning. However, we need to make adjustments to the play button, but as far as I can tell, we can’t replace an existing thumbnail? Is the only way to replace it, by deleting the old one, and uploading the new one. Then have to go an replace it on all eLearning content?
Anybody know, how to obtain daily information of “active user report”, how it was defined here (it includes different user activities, but not only subscription to the courses or course completion), using Docebosaas Web API?
Has anyone used an API for integration with Workday and knows of advantages of using an API rather than the Docebo Automation Application?
