Hi everyone! I am on a project team of 3 rolling out this LMS for our organization. We started our onboarding with Docebo in mid-March and are hoping to roll out  a soft launch in June. We are working diligently to build out our LMS (branding, uploading our content, etc). Is anyone else in this same boat? Would love to connect and discuss best practices, etc.

Hey @simone.yaghi! I’m happy to chime in on any questions you have about branding, uploading content, etc. Docebo U can be a great resource for some of that introductory knowledge as well! Let me know if you have any questions about navigating that content.

Two users who might be worth connecting with are @mgreen and @JeanetteMcVeigh. I believe they both may have launched fairly recently and I’ve seen them sharing some great stuff in the community so far!

Jumping back in here. I couldn’t help but notice two other members who mentioned they’re fairly new in the Introduce Yourself thread. @Eliz.Steele and @ckujawski, it might make sense for all of you to connect since you’re in similar phases of your journey! :)

Please let me know if there’s anything we can do here in the community to help you all. If there are resources you find helpful or you learn any tips along the way, please don’t hesitate to share them in the Docebo Onboarding group!

@simone.yaghi hi! We are currently implementing. Started in April and will be soft launching in September or October. Have you felt like you’ve learned any valuable tidbits you’re willing to share?

Welcome to the community, @steveninfinger! Let’s see if @simone.yaghi has any expert advice for you yet 🙂

For anyone else who might see this thread but can’t reply, you’ll need to go join the Docebo Onboarding group so that you can share some advice with Steven and Simone! Once you join, you’ll be able to reply.

Steven, I encourage you to ask any questions you might have here in the community and we’ll be sure we can find someone who can help.

Hi Steven, I would definitely recommend having IT involved from the beginning to kick off the technical tasks. Use GuideCX and stay organized with project management internally. Build out the pages and menus but loop in someone that can HTML code for the best enhancements. Use the central repository for the content to start off. There are just a few things. I am learning more every day!

Thanks to both of you!  Great advice, Simone!  I’ve had more meetings with IT in the past month than I have in the past 6 years combined. We are jumping into the CLOR this week. I’m excited to see the opportunities there!

Definitely! Watch the Docebo University onboarding modules in order, it essentially walks you through everything you need to know to set it up and be the admin.
