Hi everyone! I am a program manager for a crisis management company that is both new to Docebo and using an LMS. To give you context, I learned what LMS stands for at the beginning of 2021. To say these last few weeks of onboarding have been overwhelming, would be an understatement. I am using Docebo to manage training events and power users all over the nation and world. Essentially we train others on our system and then will be teaching them to use Docebo to manage their own records and training events. We started our onboarding with Docebo in mid-December and are hoping to roll out a soft launch in a few weeks. Our project manage has been great, but I would really like to learn from what others are doing. If anyone has a similar experience or strategies to help, we would love to connect and discuss best practices, etc.
