Practice Exam question issues?

I’ve taken and passed the practice exam a couple times but not with a high enough score that I’m confident to take the full exam. Since you are given the ability to review all your answers and see what was correct, one of my issues is that at least a couple of the question/answers in the exam seem to be incorrect, at least in how they are worded. i.e. in a “choose all the correct answers” question, one of the given answers I chose was marked as incorrect when it’s clearly an acceptable answer, at least as far as I can see. Is there a way to escalate these to get more clarification in case I’m just thinking about this entirely wrong?
