Recently, we updated the name of this public group to Docebo Pro Open Forum because we launched a brand new Pros-only group, the Docebo Pro Certified Administrator Network and we wanted to ensure there was easy distinction between both groups.

Docebo Pro Open Forum - this public group is for anyone interested in learning more about the Docebo Pro certification, including study resources, tips and tricks for preparation and the opportunity to interact with certified admins, whose experiences will be invaluable to those trying to go Pro!
Docebo Pro Certified Administrator Network - this is an exclusive invite-only group for members who have achieved their Docebo Pro certification. Inside, certified admins have the opportunity to connect with certified peers, ask questions to fellow experts, and find out about all the perks of being a Pro.
All community members that achieve their certification will be awarded the Docebo Pro badge to proudly display in their community profile. Along with the badge comes an invite into the exclusive group, therefore, please check your community DM’s for the awarded badge notification which contains the invite link to the exclusive Pro’s only group. Please note, the invite link to this group will also be provided in the email you receive upon completing the certification.
