The exam is based off the up to date interface and knowledge base. Can you point me to the courses you’re referring to so that we can add them to our queue for updates?

Sometimes the differences are not so important, in this course not only the interface but also the procedures are different.

We use Docebo integrated with Dayforce Learning by Cerdian and there are clearly elements of the Docebo platform that they have not turned on or chosen not to upgrade fully to the latest version. The Docebo certification still seems valuable but is there a sandbox or way for us to engage with the most current verssion of the platform if we do not have access to it?

Hi All does anyone know why we are required to know how Docebo integrates with Slack if our organization doesn’t use it?  Referring to Admin & Set Up section on the Study tracker - Rows 129, 131, and 132.

Hi @qtucker you won’t be required to know how it integrates with slack but you might required to know what is possible with that integration. I can confirm that the depth of understanding is very shallow. A quick glance at the KB article for that feature should suffice.

@pmo @ryan.woods  Hi there, I saw in another thread from a year ago that users were asking Docebo to explore offering a practice certification exam to have a better idea of the feel of what to expect. Has this been developed or can be found on the site somewhere?

@crusin -- we had to defer that project until the end of the year to take care of some other priorities. The good news is, I’m in the process of kicking off a Q4 project to update and revise some of our certification materials, and a practice test will be part of that project.

Thanks for the quick response @ryan.woods ! So timeline-wise are we looking at potentially seeing that updated content by end of January? Will this impact those currently studying using the existing materials with intent to take the exam potentially end of December/beginning of Jan, in the sense that if they use current materials vs the updated ones, would it affect exam performance?

I’m hoping we have a practice exam by the end of the year or early next. I’d continue studying as planned, and hopefully use the practice exam as a final preparation if you plan to take it early next year. I don’t anticipate a significant quality gap in current vs. updated materials, so I’d use what you have now.
