We have a situation where courses are shared with multiple catalogs. I’m looking for how to find the shared courses in catalogs thru reports or other ways?

As a result, we don’t have any have supporting filters in Reports for catalogs. Do we have any other option in Docebo? Or how you manage catalogs with shared courses in your organization?

How you structured your catalogs and visibility to users?

Thanks,

Baskar

Hi @Baskaran venugopal sadly this information cannot be extracted from the system at the moment...I am looking forward to this that should help:

Baskaran venugopal have you looked in the central repository? Search for the course and it will help identify what courses/learning plans the course is linked to.

Hi @Baskaran venugopal, @lrnlab  and @maricela.jimenez . I created this idea to create a way to pull a list of courses showing what catalog(s) each is assigned to. Please vote on this idea so it has a chance to be acted upon! More votes means better chances!

Thanks!

@Baskaran venugopal Not exactly what you’re looking for but depending on the structure of your course codes, course category and course names, you could narrow down maybe what catalogs your courses are in using the Training Material custom report. We keep our content in the CLOR and then by pulling a Training Material report I can see every course that my content is linked to, which group is using it, the name of the course that the SCORM is in, etc.
