ILT Completion

I’ve created an ILT, and when I marked all members as attended in the session, it still doesn’t show that they have completed the session. Does anyone know how to mark people completed so it doesn’t show up on their in progress anymore?

@carolynkhan I recommend reviewing the session properties - general tab where the session completion is set. In your case it will be probably “manual” or “attendance based”

    @carolynkhan you also want to make sure you are marking attendance at the event level vs the session level.  I second what @nawc6m1 shared in checking that you have the session completion set to attendance based.

    Taking attendance does not necessarily mean the course is completed so the session settings are need to match your tracking process.

      Is the session in the future or the past. I’m not sure if it matters just another thing to check.
