Hello All,

We are a small team, and are getting smaller. I’m wondering if anyone is - or has used - a contract service provider to help with some of the admin work needed? We cannot expand headcount, but can leverage “hired guns” as needed. Any and all feedback - ideas - suggestions are welcome. Many thanks!

Hey Sherri,

Shoot Adair Empson an email at eSkillz - this is all they do. Super helpful folks without breaking the bank.

@aempson

eSkillz is also an official partner of Docebo I believe

If you just need a work force as Docebo LMS admins, I recommend one of our partners, Sify.

They have Docebo Pro Certified techs and a team that can adapt to the needs of your business.

I’ve had great experiences with the teams at GuyKat and at eSkillz! Highly recommend either.

I recommend Guykat. Reach out to Jamie Morgan. They do phenomenal work.

@Sherri Connor - not good nor bad? There are alot of independent contractors out there willing to pick up the work as well. If you post something on the Job Board here, you will get pings without a problem.

There can be some risk going with them versus a bigger shop - but if you are thorough with your review and onboarding of the right person? They may be cheaper than the bigger shop, bring you dividends on a good fit, and easier to release in the case of not matching what you need.

That said? The backup of the bigger shops (I am an eSkillz fan) - brings to your world a level of accountability and time-proven approaches. You can always talk to your CSM or Sales person >  they can help to anchor you with a certified partner.

+1 to both @JZenker  and @dklinger  as they said what I was going to say. If you want to go contract with a company then eSkillz is my top pick.  If you want an independent contractor, Job board. ORRRR (BLATENT COMMERCIALISM FOLLOWS). DM me. 😀

is eSkillz expensive ?  do they charge by working hours, or per project ?

We used GuyKat as Docebo hired guns.  We used Educe as hired guns for my last LMS.  They also have Docebo expertise on staff.

I am happy with the work provided by both external vendors.

I sent you a private message. I have a small consulting company and I work with Docebo clients providing Admin and Strategic supports.

@JZenker and @Aegesi I edited your posts to remove the emails as sharing emails publicly is against our Community Guidelines. Thanks for your understanding!

Last time I spoke with them, about this was a few years back, but then they offered both contracts or they would bill in blocks of time.
