I unenrolled a participant from the Learning Plan and now he needs to be reenrolled but the 10 lessons he completed are gone.  Can I restore them?

@mcoffin After you re-enroll him into the Learning Plan, go to each course in the plan and set his enrollment status to Completed. It’s a manual thing.

Thanks but when I go to manually change the status of each lesson it shows completed but when I access his learning plan it shows he has not completed any lessons.   So confused.  I am going to Reports area is that the right place?

@mcoffin

I’d start in Content Management, look up the course, go to Enrollments.  It should work from the Reports tab as well, but I find the Enrollments tab easier.

Then go to Users, find the person, and then User Personal Summary. Take a look at the courses tab.  All of the courses should show completed after you change the enrollment.

Is this the place you are talking about?  I attached a screenshot

Start here … and then when you get all of the status changed to completed, go to the where you show in your screenshot

If I choose Change Status>Completed that looks like I am saying he completed all lessons?

But he has only completed 9 of 23

I think maybe we have a terminology problem here.

When you say “learning plan” is it a group of courses, and appears under Admin > Learning Plan?

When you say “lesson” is it a single course shell, or are you describing things listed under the Training Materials tab of a course?

Can you send me a screenshot of the 23 items?

Yes, Learning Plan is a group of courses and it does appear under Admin>Learning Plan.

Yes, it is a single course shell and it has nothing to do with Training material.

The screenshot shows 9 of the 23 lessons

@mcoffin Thank you for clarifying.

You will follow the screen shot I sent you of Course Management 9 times, once for each of the courses in the LP that he has completed. You won’t do that for the other 14 courses.

@KMallette do you know if it’s possible to change the “date” of the completion from the date when the completion is marked to a date in the past?

Hi, @ILonka S.

Yes, you can. Go to Course Management > Find the course > Enrollments > Find the user > Edit enrollments, and then click the calendar icon to select the date you want.
