We use ILT session enrollment links for some private cohorts. I document them for facilitators, but mix-ups still happen. There doesn’t seem to be a way to give Power Users access to session enrollment links directly. Has anyone found a workaround, or a way to automate link distribution? Thank you!

I’m not sure I follow.  Power Users can create and view the Session Enrollment link on the Details tab of the Session. Are you meaning Instructors who are not Power Users or is there something else you’re trying to have Power Users do with the link?

That’s a great question, @mzirnhelt! I'm trying to figure out how to give Power Users who are also instructors access to their session enrollment links, separate from what I send them directly.

Thanks!

They should be able to go to the course under My Courses and click on the Share button at the top in the title bar and that link will allow people to see the course and enroll.

Hi @smallc, do your power users in this scenario have the Power User permissions to view and edit courses? If so, they should be able to log in, access the admin menu> go to Courses or Course Management (depending on the interface you are using)>search for their course name> click into the course> and look at the “enrollment options” section of course properties to see and copy the enrollment link.
The power user can also use the global search to locate their course and use the manage drop-down in the course shell to access the course properties.
