SSL certificate doesnt match whats in admin

I have a domain thats like

learn.domain.com

That is setup in domains and under SSL it shows an SSL certs for that learn.domain.com and the cert  is assigned to the domain. When I goto the webpage I get a different certificate that is one of my wildcard certs that has a completly different expiry date and that isnt in the admin list at all.

Any Suggestions?

    Do you use LE-Certs? I see some problems on our instances when LE-Certs have been issued by the new YR2 Root.
