Strange things happening to SCORM, its pulling content from another unrelated course

We have this course called preventing sexual harassment, which i set up, and contains SCORM/RISE file for the course And it has been working with 0 issues since it was launched.

At the end of September I copied the course to create a new course: essentials for people management

Obviously the courses are different SCORM packages and links etc.

However now when our learners go into Preventing sexual harassment, the essentials of people management appears in the course player.

None of this content is in the central repository

This is not the first course this has happened to and its really impacting our learners.

Any ideas please? Thank yooooooooooooooooooou

saw a similar post to this yesterday...Starting to wonder if there is some kind of cache issue when copying courses that have SCORM content. I would flag this to support. Have you tried just clearing your cache and resetting your browser to see if that helps?

Hi! Have you checked the training materials section to ensure that this also wasn’t copied over when you created the new course? If so, I would submit a case to support for them to investigate if the SCORM files are completely different with different titles and were uploading separately.

I have also experienced this. This happens when you duplicate a course. It is strange even though you update the SCORM to the correct course, it plays some random or the older course.

I found that you may want to DELETE the training material in the duplicated course and then upload the relevant training material.

I raised a support ticket and they suggested to clear cache and try, it worked once and then the issue repeated again. It was fixed after i tried deleting and uploading the content. Check if this helps.
