Hello everyone!
I was wondering if there’s any way to make certain fields mandatory when submitting external training certificates to ensure that the users include all the essential information.
It would make the approval process so much easier.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated!
+10Besides the fields tags are already marked as required, there is no way that I can see to make the others required when a user adds their own external training record. Perhaps a good question for support?
There isn’t a way that I know of. I’m sure Support will be more than happy to send you help documentation on additional user fields though.
