The Struggles of a New Super Admin

Hi everyone. Not sure if you can weigh in on this. I've been exploring different features of the Docebo platform, including observation checklists and notifications. I figured out how to get the observation checklist to work, but I can't seem to trigger the notifications associated with them. I'll set up the checklist with an intended person to fill them out, along with a scheduled date. I've used my personal e-mail as a test subject, so that I can receive the notification. But I can't seem to get the darn thing to work. I don't know what the mechanism would be that would trigger an e-mail saying “you have a checklist to complete.” Or something to that effect. I took the class at Docebo university, and I still can't figure it out. Has anyone else utilized this? I could definitely use some pointers.

Do you have your notification set up properly?  The course is assigned to the notification?

I thought it only needed to be assigned to a course if the observation checklist is included in the training materials of a course. I was utilizing the other option, where it goes to a new hire as part of their on-the-job training.

I’ll try that. Thanks!
