Hi, we need our learners to be able to upload multiple files for an assignment. It appears that the ‘Add additional file’ button is not available for every learner/course? Is there a setting that we need to enable to ensure learners can upload more than one file?

Sounds like a bug to me. We have learners upload multiple files and have never had an issue (that I know of)!

Paolo here, Product Manager here at Docebo. When creating or editing an Assignment Training Material, there is one specific option that allows users to upload more than one file, it’s labeled
Allow multiple files to be uploaded
This flag is right below the “Description” field.
Once it’s been enabled, learners will see a “UPLOAD MORE FILES” button in the Training Material player, here is a screenshot of the Learner side:
The tricky part is you have to upload the first file to see the UPLOAD MORE FILES button (assuming allow multiple files is checked)
