Has anyone found a way to track none logged in pages in Google Analytics, all non-logged-in pages show as /external-simple because of an authentication check Docebo does. This makes tracking non-logged-in pages a real pain, i.e. we cannot track the numbers of people who submit registrations or who browse public-facing pages like the homepage even because everything reflects as /external-simple in GA.

Really disappointing/frustrating.

Anyone have the same issue, or a solution?

Decebo Support weren’t much help “As of now, this is a standard platform behaviour and we are unable to change the redirects and the way Google Analytics tracks non-authenticated users who navigate to the platform sign-in page.”
