I’ve just completed the setup of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for our Docebo LMS and I’m really excited to start exploring how we can use the data to improve our learning platform.
While I’ve read through several threads in the Docebo Community, most of the content is from 3-4 years ago and refers to the older Universal Analytics interface. Since GA4 looks and functions quite differently, I’ve found it challenging to apply many of the tips shared in those discussions.
I’d love to hear from others in the community - how are you using GA4 with your LMS? Are you tracking search terms, course engagement, user journeys, or something else entirely?
If anyone is willing to share their setup, insights, or tips, that would be incredibly helpful.
