Removing Old References

Hello,

We have Harmony Search on in PROD and noticed this week that even when training materials are updated the Search still pulls references to old files. Today we found that to stop Harmony from pulling references from training materials we had to fully delete the training material and reload it. Is there a better way to ensure Harmony does not reference files that have been updated?

        I have no answers but I am curious if it is a cache issue and if clearing your cache would fix it. Not ideal to have to tell users to do that every time something is updated but better than deleting files and user data with it. I also think it can take Harmony and any of the AI features up to 24 hours to fully update when content is added or updated. I know it is usually far quicker than that but did y’all check after 24 hours to see if anything had changed?

        Hi ​@missyb  - We did check over a period of time and you are right that it usually updates pretty quickly. The issue was very clearly resolved in almost real time. Once we deleted the original file the search updated to not show the reference. I am interested to understand if the same is true for searching when asking Harmony a question.
