Hi Moshe, good question - we're hearing this more as the 365Talents topic gets more attention.
If you're not using 365Talents, nothing changes in how the Skills module works. For customers who do have 365Talents, the skills experience will be delivered through that integration rather than the native module.
We're actively working on this and will make this clearer, we'll share more direction here as it becomes available.
