Hello, as we are searching for ways to integrate our current Skill Management Process into Docebo, here are a additions/criteria that would be neccassary for the integration to comply with requirements from different certification audits.
Profiles and competencies.

Target profiles per position & actual profiles per employees (for example as spider web diagram)

General skills & specialist knowledge (hard and soft skills)

Different scales and color coding for deviations between target/actual

Grouping of several employees under one target profile

Additional responsibilities incl. time limits (for example first aider)
Skills development.

Show and monitor development

Identify need for action and define measures
Integration and administration.

Linking to courses

Access management + transparency (due to specialist or management responsibility)

Responsibility for classification lies with the manager
