We have added a full Skills/Competency framework for our organization and have all of our content (primarily e-learning) tagged with our skills accordingly.
What we have discovered however, is that in the user’s skills report (My Skills), the time spent on learning is NOT captured for any course with a length less than 1 hour. This is far from ideal. How can we alter the settings so that the time spent in the course (SCORM/xAPI) is accurately captured and reflected in the reports for users, managers, and admins?
