Hello, RUG California. I’m Jennifer Gildea and I work for BlackLine in Woodland Hills, CA. I’m the primary SuperAdmin for our internal employees. We also have two other learning teams supporting our Sales organization and the customer side of learning.
We currently use Docebo Learn and Marketplace (with LinkedIn Learning) and are in the process of implementing Docebo Connect (with Outlook) and Docebo Learn Data.
On my project list for 2024:
- Move to a common Home page that will drive our employees to exactly what they need in that learning moment
- Create a curriculum for provisioning additional SuperAdmins
- Develop program and executive level dashboards
- Clean-up Docebo data (delete unused groups, deactivate unused courses, etc.)
- Improve our notifications
I’d love to learn more about what everyone else is doing and see if we can learn from each other to do things better. If you have any tips for some of the things I’m working on, I’d love to know how you’ve been successful (or what your “lessons learned” might be).
