1. What’s your company’s name? Blackbaud

What does your company do/ who are your customers? We provide cloud software, services, and data intelligence to the social good community (nonprofits, foundations, education institutions, and healthcare institutions). Chances are if you have been involved in any fundraising efforts, you’ve probably interacted with our resources.    
3. How long have you used Docebo tools? Went live in November 2021
4. What’s a use case you’ve solved with Docebo? We offer ~300 virtual instructor-led trainings (vILTs) each month with a WebEx Training Center integrations, as well as, eLearnings that cover our 19 products. We also use annual exams for our customers to show their level of knowledge in the products that they own, and serve as a prerequisite for more advanced courses. 
5. What’s a use case you’d like to solve with Docebo? Creating a customer loyalty program that engages and encourages our customers to consume more training, be brand ambassadors, and increase product knowledge and renewals.

3. How long have you used Docebo tools? I have used Docebo since January 2018 (my previous company went live with Docebo April 2018)
4. What’s a use case you’ve solved with Docebo? Converting ILT courses into full e-learning options.  It helped saved many hours for our SMEs.
5. What’s a use case you’d like to solve with Docebo? Similar to @steveninfinger , create a learning experience that drives our customers to take more of our training.

   At OPKO Health, we seek to serve unmet patient needs through our first in class products, comprehensive diagnostics laboratories, robust research and development pipeline, and unique pharmaceutical business solutions.

3. How long have you used Docebo tools? A little over 8 months - with my last go live to all employees only 2 weeks ago (Feb 21).
4. What’s a use case you’ve solved with Docebo? Vendor compliance. But a typical drive of helping to bring an organization towards savings by closing discrepant learning systems in different corners of the organization.
5. What’s a use case you’d like to solve with Docebo? Will be tackling leveraging the Extended Enterprise into a few externally facing learning experiences so that tracked learning can stand along side some of our products.

   We are an end-to-end digital transformation partner. We deliver business outcomes and value to customers across the entire digital fabric. Some of our customers are: Gatwick airport, Ford, Bank Intesa, Santander, RAC and another 2800 different clients.

2. What does your company do/ who are your customers? Our mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate and mortgages. Everyone is our customer.

4. What’s a use case you’ve solved with Docebo? Offering virtual instructor-led training courses through an LMS platform. 
5. What’s a use case you’d like to solve with Docebo? Providing our premiere agents with eLearning and ILT courses using the extended enterprise app.

4. What’s a use case you’ve solved with Docebo? We launched a training destination for members of the Blackbaud Partner Network to learn more about our products and partner programs through on-demand training resources.
5. What’s a use case you’d like to solve with Docebo? Introducing training paths and exams tied to formal certifications for employees at Blackbaud partners to level up their skills and help us to continue delighting Blackbaud customers.

What does your company do/ who are your customers? We are a professional services firm working primarily in the architecture and engineering, construction and real estate, and manufacturing and distribution industries. Our services include compliance, government contract services, strategic tax solutions, technology, and cyber-security advisory, data solutions, ERP software, workforce and talent solutions, outsourced accounting, ownership transition, and mergers and acquisitions.
3. How long have you used Docebo tools? Went live in September 2023.
4. What’s a use case you’ve solved with Docebo? We are offering eLearning and virtual instructor-led training courses for external clients and are preparing to launch certification programs.
5. What’s a use case you’d like to solve with Docebo?  We are focused on building client engagement and increased utilization of the LMS with renewal of subscriptions.

2. What does your company do/ who are your customers? We’re a mortgage company. My learners are all internal employees and contractors.
3. How long have you used Docebo tools? I’ve been using Docebo for a year but we went live 6 months ago.
4. What’s a use case you’ve solved with Docebo? We are managing L&D operations for multiple sister companies.
5. What’s a use case you’d like to solve with Docebo? Right now, trying to figure out the ins and outs of EE.
6. Which Star Trek character are you? I am aiming for Janeway, but I’m probably closer to Neelix some days.

2. What does your company do/ who are your customers? ITRG empowers companies with unbiased & highly relevant research to help CIOs and IT leaders make strategic & informed decisions. McLean & Company helps employees uncover the most impactful initiatives for their organization, then offers practical resources and tailored advice.
3. How long have you used Docebo tools? 10 months
4. What’s a use case you’ve solved with Docebo? Merged the LMS and SIS for two companies. Independent domains, branding, notifications, etc, for the supported companies. Lastly, manage both E-learning and ILT courses in the same platform.
5. What’s a use case you’d like to solve with Docebo? Eliminate the need to duplicate courses for different learning plans while having discussion forums within the course player and not separate like in “Community”. Launch a new program using catalogues that only have e-learning courses initially, then add webinars that allow learners to register.
6. What Star Trek character are you? Surprised to get Mr. Spock!

My son’s middle name is actually Ezri, possibly although not necessarily because of Dax.
