As the calendar year is coming to a close, what are some actions you and your teams are doing to wind down both your LMS and yourselves?
Wrapping up the year
+8+8November and December are heavy time off months for our team, which is great because people are taking advantage of recharging! It can also make for quite a chess match when scheduling meetings. 😁
Our team is winding down with projects, prepare our 2024 exams, and plan our roadmap for next year. This year we’re trying something different with our roadmap. Instead of planning for the entire year, we’re only going to nail down projects for H1 and then regroup in May to plan for H2. We’re hoping we’ll be able to take stock at that moment and keep us from having to move our plans around because the timing of H1 projects go short or long.
We are taking stock of what projects need to move to 2024, and which ones are no longer needed.
We’ll be looking at courses in our LMS that need:
-to be archived
-to be updated-information, company changes
We’ll be evaluating the LMS updates from 2023 that could be introduced to the business in 2024.
We’ll be setting up a 2024 Leaderboard as well!
And personally looking forward to the days off for Holidays 😁

We moved a handful a project to Q4 of this year, and then as we got closer to Q4, they definitely were bumped to 2024….or off the face of the map
