Would anyone care to share specifics on how they’ve successfully used Docebo Connect API integration with Salesforce to create/update Salesforce Contacts in Docebo? Recipe examples or any tips/info would be very much appreciated! Thank you, Community!

Hi @CameronWard did you manage to solve your issues by somehow?

We are in similar situation and would like to hear if any other users of Docebo has over come it with Connector.

Hi Olli-Pekka,

We accomplished this by using Zapier in the middle of SF and Docebo.  We added a field ‘Docebo access’ to the SF contact that when selected, SF fires a call to Zapier.  A workflow is setup in Zapier that sends api calls to Docebo and if the user does not exist in Docebo it creates the user.  Also if the SF contact field is deselected it will deactivate the user in Docebo.

Thank you @jon.cote.d42 for the message!

How about updating the SF hierarchy changes into Docebo?

Thats is out biggest headache at the moment as the sync breaks if let’s say a child account in SF becomes a parent account. We have no way to get that sync working in Docebo with the native integration as it does not update the branch structure.

Ah I see.  We do not do that in our integration.  It is simply to create accounts into Docebo from an SF flow.

@jon.cote.d42 Can I ask how do you manage the branches in your end?
