API: Add LOs from Central Repository to Courses

Hi,It’s me again. 🤦‍♂️ Can someone please paste the code for adding LOs from the Central Repository to Courses? I’m using Postman. I have tried the /learn/v1/lo/batch endpoint, but I haven’t been successful. And is there a way to do this in one POST: Create the course Add the LOs Or, does it always have to be separate steps? API: Add Course to Learning Plan - what is "assignment" parameter?

Hi! Using the API endpoint post /course/v1/courses/{course_id}/lp to add a learning plan to a course. Yes, that seems backwards. I am asked for the assignments parameter. I thought that was the course ID but that doesn’t work. Can someone help? Thank you! Mark

Can you update Title/Subtitle/Button text in Custom Content Box via API? (or CSS as alternative)

Hey Community! Question for all of the API experts out there… Is there a way to update Title/Subtitle/Button text in Custom Content Boxes via API? I’ve explored the API Browser and haven’t been able to find anything promising but hoping I’m missing something. If not possible via API, does anyone have any ideas for how to do this effectively via CSS? Theoretically, would there be a way to “override” any of these text elements via custom CSS? (I recognize the maintenance risks this might impose)

Removing users via API

I see two APIs; one for Delete and the other to change Status. Delete seems to fail, it triggers an oauth token refresh for some reason so before I shift to trying to set status to 0… is that a thing? What’s it for vs. deleting the user? Some very basic provisioning questions there. Other APIs seem to be fine btw, just delete seems problematic. Also side note, it looks like you cannot use the API test tool if you have SSO configured, the authorization prompt demands a username and password.

Making API calls from Power Automate - how to handle authentication??

Anyone using Power Automate to make API calls? How do you handle the authentication for the call? I was able to set up an HTTP action in my Flow and it works as intended, but I was using a token that I created via Postman and every time it expires (which appears to be every hour), I have to update the Flow with the new token. Is there a better way to set up the authentication to be able to run a daily API call?

Docebo working with Cloudshare

Hallo, Has anyone had any experience using CloudShare together with Docebo. We would like to host VLTs for software products. Hosted on Docebo but using CloudShare in order to be able to acces VMs. Idea being that each user has his own instance of teh software on a VM Many Thanks Matthew

Docebo Connect Outlook - Updating calendar appointments

I’ve recently learned that if you update a future event in Docebo that unless the update is within 2 days of creation the recipe will stop with an error and thereby not update the Outlook calendar invite. Does anyone have a workaround for this limitation? I ideally do not want to have to duplicate the event and delete the old one which is what I have been advised to do, as this will create confusion for end users.

Has anyone integrated MS Learn catalogs into Docebo?

Wondering if anyone here has tried integrating MS Learn courses? Has anyone figured out a way to extract the course completion certificate PDFs from Docebo using an API call? We want the certificates to appear to end users on a Salesforce portal user page.

Getting an Error 500 but the API still worked

I’m using the ‘Duplicate e-learning course’ in the Docebo API browser, and while the API does duplicate a course I always get an internal service error each time I use it. Courses with xAPI (TinCan) external content via URL

Hello All, I am looking for practical cases of people who have experienced the creation of courses with xAPI content (TinCan) via URL. We connected the content of one of our vendors via an xAPI URL, our learners go through our docebo platform to access the platform of our vendors via a course that we have set up with TMs and each TM represents a module in the platform of the vendor (25 TM). The problem is that when the learner completes the course it is marked as completed in the platform of the vendors but not in our Docebo platform, it always appears in progress. The link to our vendor's platform is correctly iframed in the advanced settings. We have created an application in our docebo platform from which we have retrieved the client id and the client secret in the parameters of our vendor's platform. Endpoint for Course Completion

Hello community, I’m trying to GET some information. The objetive is to retrieve data on course completions, including which users have completed which courses. At the moment I’m looking at /learn/v1/enrollments/{id_course}/{id_user}, because it has a “course_complete_date” and “enroll_begin_date” fields, but I need something more objective like a list of all completed courses and the users involved. Is there an endpoint that can supply that kind of work? Thank you very much!

Docebo Connect - Outlook

Hi everyone, we are using Docebo Connect - Outlook integration for a couple of last month but recently we are experiencing some sync delays. After setting up ILT and events invitations are send to learners with a huge delay even 12 hours. Does any of you have/had similar problem and know what can be done with it? I contacted Help Desk and our Account Manager on this but unfortunately they didn’t provide us wit any helpful information. The error we are getting is, this is displayed on the event level: Thank you in advance for any help.

Docebo and Dayforce

We just onboarded Dayforce and were told of their LMS. With little to no help we found on our own in the logs that Dayforce is umbrelled on top of Docebo. For our use cases, we need SSO directly to a learning module within Docebo. This doesn’t seem possible to even generate a link to the main transcript page within Dayforce. Dayforce is forcing a log in via their platform, and then generating a jwt token to Docebo to log in. However, I can generate a url within Docebo directly, but no SSO has been enabled. Has anyone gone directly to Docebo even though working with Dayforce to solve the issue of direct access via URL to their curriculum?

API Call File Upload

I am trying to call /learn/v1/filerepo/uploadNewFile from C# code to upload a file to a course. We are creating a custom page for users to upload attachments to a course. No matter what user I use I get a 403 forbidden error coming back. I have tried everything and don’t know what the requirements for this Api call is since the documentation isn’t very helpful. Remove Offerings From Channels on Specific Dates

Hi, I have an automation in Docebo Connect to remove offerings from catalogs on dates specified in a lookup table. To remove the offering, I used the base URL /learn/v1/catalog/ which I got from the Docebo API page. Now, I’m creating an automation to remove offerings from channels in the same way, but it keeps getting stuck at the removal step.
