Blocked course progress for some users – xAPI/Rise with Mighty extensionHWe're experiencing an intermittent course progress issue and hoping someone has run into something similar.We have courses with multiple stacked modules. For a small but notable number of users, the course fails to progress after completing a module, the majority of users have no issues at all.What we've tried:- The original files were large, so we swapped embedded MP4s for Vimeo-hosted videos to reduce size. This helped, but the problem persists for some users.- We've had affected users clear their cache and re-enrolled them, issue still occurring.These are xAPI files exported from Rise using the Mighty extension.Has anyone encountered this? Any ideas on what might be causing it or where to look next would be really appreciated!

I am looking for an API that takes a user's UUID as input and returns all the courses they are enrolled in, along with the enrollment status (subscribed / in_progress / completed).We have tried the following endpoints but none gave the right output:GET /report/v1/mytranscript — returns data for the currently authenticated user only, does not accept a UUID to fetch another user's dataGET /course/v1/courses/enrollments — permission denied even when called with an admin tokenGET /analytics/v1/dashboard/branches/users/list — returns all users in a branch, cannot be filtered down to a single specific userIs there an official endpoint that accepts a user UUID and returns their complete enrollment list with course details and status? Any help or workaround is appreciated.

Hello everyone! I am using this endpoint: /learn/v1/lo/batch to batch import learning objects into courses. Is it possible to also update learning objects, either through that endpoint or another? When I try to update them via the endpoint mentioned above, I get this error:Provided Training Material name {name} already exists in course with ID {id} Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Didn’t find anything in the “related post” link above, but I was curious if anyone here has solved for Outlook 365 calendar integration with multiple Extended Enterprise domains.The issue we are looking at is how to link different EE Domain users to their respective login page to join the vILT event on the day. So far it looks like this will require multiple calendars, and multiple Outlook for Connect recipe sets. Does anyone have any other thoughts or suggestions on this?

Hello.  I just inherited Docebo from our guru that left the company and there was a project in flight to update one of the APIs that add/update/inactivate user data.  Docebo is new to me and I am semi-technical.  We have a few APIs doing this for different groups (employees, contractors, etc.).  I am still getting information, but my understanding is that our IT group updated the API with the new field but it isn’t populating in the system.  Does anyone have any advice on if there is something else that needs to be “mapped” somewhere or anything else that might be helpful in adding a new additional field to an exist user API?  Thanks in advance.

Any feedback on the Credly badge connect integration would be appreciated in relation to how a badge that is marked as “private” in Credly (meaning visibility is limited to a certain audience) is unable to pass through to the LookUp table due to it passing through the recipe (Get Badge template from Credly) is equal to false. Therefore the condition at step 11 that requires the public parameter to be true, any badge with public set to false will be removed from the lookup table. Therefore, the current behavior is expected.We do need badges in Credly to be “Private” as well as the obvious for a “Public” badge. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has a workaround? Thanks

I am not well versed with API’s but have been learning with the help of professional services.  I was advised last week that Postman is severely limiting what the free version will be able to do vs runner jobs which require a premium subscription.  Are there other platforms, free, similar to Postman that allow for ‘runner’ jobs and bulk actions via API?

Hi - Is anyone else experiencing this?We use 1 service email account for our Outlook Connect Integration.We paired that MS Teams account in Docebo VILT Microsoft Teams to automate the meeting link process.The generated meeting invites (Outlook and MS Teams) are missing Meeting Options. Having the options would allow us to assign instructors and others as co-organizers so they can start and manage the meetings on their own. As it is now, we have to start EVERY meeting for them.The alternative to bypass thisWe have to manually create all invites and paste the meeting link URLs using the custom tool this creates 2 identical invites on our calendar for every meeting it turns an automated process into a manual one Even if we use the instructors created meeting links instead, it creates 2 invites for them and it’s confusing to maintain and change manage with a large instructor schedule.

Previously we had successfully imported courses from LinkedIn Learning into Docebo.  Users could see the courses in Docebo, enroll, and take the courses.  Users noticed this week that they are unable to get into the courses.  I’ve even imported yet another course today and users cannot complete those courses either.  They get this “oops” error screen from LinkedIn Learning.  This all worked fine previously.  

Our organization has recently had a number of issues with the Salesforce (SF) Integration, and I’d like to share some of what I’ve learned from the month-long exchange with Docebo Support.  I don’t remember much of this being covered in documentation, so I’m hoping it will help folks in the future.For some background, we only use the salesforce integration to sync Contacts (enriching SSO-created Docebo Users with SF metadata), Courses, and Enrollments. The Contacts synchronization process is bi-directional (despite the documentation making it sound like it is uni-directional): The synchronization process follows a key principle: it looks for a unique match between a specific Salesforce field and the Docebo Username. Hi everyone,I had a bit of a fire to put out today! I had over 600 users who were suddenly locked out of several courses because their enrolment validity periods had all expired at the same time.I’m still trying to figure out how the dates were originally applied since those courses are always available and don’t have any validity periods on them. At first I though maybe an admin or power user did a batch enrolment and set an expiration date, but I checked the audit trail it looks like each of those users had self-enrolled. What’s more is that the expiration dates were exactly the same across users, courses, and enrolment dates; like down to the second exact.In theory it should’ve been a straight forward fix: just remove the validity period. But on 600+ users, doing it by hand wasn’t feasible. I have found a few posts stating organizations have successfully integrated between the two platforms but I am interested in hearing the content being communicated and what you have utilized to successfully integrate this communication. Our desire is to have skills communicated from Workday with course, certification and learning plan communicated back to Workday to help provide validation of skill proficiency being tracked there. We cannot do skill tracking in Docebo, as we do not want the users to be the ones altering the skill pathways. This will fall to the managers to modify and track.Thank you for your insights!

We currently are using the Workday recipe in Docebo connect to bring our Workday data into Docebo, however, we’d also like to send back completion data for certain courses/learning plans into Workday for compliance tracking. I was just wondering if anyone has experience sending data back to Workday and how it works for you. Thanks :) 

I’m new to creating Docebo recipes, and I have hit a roadblock in trying to make an API call to Docobo within a recipe. I am updating a cloned recipe, and in it, it has an existing API call using the Docebo Learn connector (blue circle with a white “L” icon). When I click on the existing API step, it has the fields Action Name, Method, Path, Response that I am used to seeing. When I try to add a new one, it just asks me for the id, but never displays the other fields like the existing one. Is this some type of permission issue, or am I not seeing some type of configuration setting?

I am an absolute PA novice, but Docebo helped me out with instructions in creating a flow to automatically generate coupon codes for eCommerce.  For the Parse JSON actions, I know you fill in the Content field with the “body” output from the previous action (for example, the HTTP action to get a token).  However, even if the token changes, which obviously it will when running the flow again after it expires, the Parse JSON action keeps using the same access_token value in the Content field which obviously causes the rest of the flow to fail.Am I doing something wrong in PA in the Content field to make it dynamic instead of using the same constant value?  I thought the whole point of the Content field was to provide an example of input, not use those exact values, and the Schema field tells the action how to parse the input and extract values from the input.I feel like I’m missing something very basic here.

I am pulling Docebo data into a lakehouse, we need to be able to slice for Catalog contents as each course is assigned to at least one catalog. Looking at the API list for CatalogContent and Catalogue, I am unable to see how this can be done. What we are doing is, replacing an excel based manual process which currently is taking a list of completed courses, and doing a VLOOKUP from a hand formed table of what course is associated to which catalogs to build a helper column with the catalog name in it.  Then slicing for number of completions per catalog. What am I missing in the API List??!!

Hi! I was wondering if anyone else has been successful using a session creation webhook to generate events for the session automatically. Also, if anyone has successfully used the Create event in Docebo action in app, that would be helpful too!

we are mid-implementation and I do not want use the Marketplace to create because there are some LiL catalogs we want to avoid.  From the documentation provided (links below).  I see how we can get our LinkedIn content in the Central Repository.However, Docebo says they don’t have a process to create, update, or unpublish courses based automatically.Also looking for a process to create Learning Paths based on LinkedIn Learning Learning Paths.Has anyone been able to do this via APIs?Ronhttps://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020082140-Activating-and-managing-the-LinkedIn-Learning-integration

Has anyone implemented the Honorlock integration since it launched in 2024? How’s it working for you?

Hi, Not sure if anyone has ever tried to use the Outdoo.ai platform for call simulation training and integrated it with Docebo. We are able to upload a course scorm package from Outdoo successfully, but when we run the course, a pop up occurs saying “Access Denied. You do not have access to this course. Please contact your administrator.” My question is if anyone has successfully set this up or not and wondering if this is a Docebo issue or an Outdoo issue. I’m thinking it’s Outdoo. Thoughts?
