Does the Teams/Docebo integration automatically set up a calendar invite for learners? I can’t seem to send the location link in an email and I am running into a lot of issues.

It does not. Generally you’d setup a notification “user enrolled in ILT session” that would trigger when someone gets enrolled in the session that could have a calendar attachment shortcode in it that would produce an ICS file for them to add to their calendar. That ICS would have a link back to the course in Docebo for them to join through the session in Docebo, which is especially helpful if you’re marking attendance based on them joining.

Hope this helps!

@Jamie at GuyKat , I see a caveat to this: The “user enrolled in ILT session” can only be scheduled at the time of the event. No options exist to change this. Calendar events will need to precede the event well ahead of the time of the event. Can @Docebo confirm that this is possible?

@codywinchester I am fairly sure that in this case, the “event” is the event of the user being enrolled. This would at least be consistent with how e-learning notifications work (“at time of event” is an option for enrollment notifications there as well), and also it’s the only sensible approach -- as you say, there’s no point in only sending the calendar invite at the time the session starts.
