Are we still expecting a Sandbox update next week?  I haven’t seen a post about what to expect yet.  With so many changes to how, when, and where updates are communicated, I’m not sure if I’ve missed something.  But, I don't see anything in Product Updates, Release Roundups, or Live in Sandbox posts.  My notes say Sandbox update is due on Nov 10 to push the updates that are set to go to Production in January 2026.  

Every time I try to go to Notification Management today it just spins and spins.  I’ve reached out to support and they’re still investigation, but was wondering if it’s just me.

I am successfully connected to and pulling users from the GET /manage/v1/user endpoint, however, I want to make use of the optional "filters" input to limit the results to only Power Users or Super Admins. This means I have to filter on the "level" attribute of the user. Can anyone explain the syntax for this sort of filter? The API explorer gives the following description on the field: serialize object containing list of filters and their options. I have tried a few options, the only one I have gotten results for (no Internal Server Error), but still the filter does not seem to be applied is this:[{"level" : {"criteria" : "not_equal", "value" : "user" }}]I cannot get the syntax correct and keep getting Internal Server Errors otherwise. Any help or examples would be great!

I know that Docebo doesn’t offer a monthly active users report. So I’m open to any ideas of how you have somewhat accomplished this on your own?

My team is having an issue with uploading SCORM packages to the Central Repository. The files are well under the size limitation. They are getting stuck on this screen and it never finishes processing. Any suggestions?  

Hello, A birdie told me javascript is now officially supported by docebo, whereas before it was at-your-own-risk.Can anyone confirm, and is there a KB on it? I can’t find it.

This morning we had a pop-up in our Docebo instance inviting us to preview Harmony Search.I’ve put in a ticket to find out if all SuperAdmins saw this pop-up, or any other users. We cannot turn on AI features without asking for a review from our IT Security team. Due to the distributed nature of our companies and our L&D teams, we have numerous SuperAdmins in our system across multiple extended enterprise portals. While I’m pretty confident that my team knows the rules (and I sent out a reminder to everyone this morning), a prompt like this one may cause someone to circumvent our process.I reached out to my SCM to ask: Can we ensure that advertisements like this will NOT be turned on for our Docebo instance in the future? Has anyone had a similar issue?

There is a mandatory description field that is required to be populated for each course. However, this field is unable to be reported on.Is it possible to report on this field as we are using it to store some important course information.

I’m confused about the File Repository widget, under training materials on courses.  This article about the feature:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020127779-Managing-the-File-repository-area-widgetexplicitly says the widget is not paginated:  But when I implement it on a course and add more than 3 files to the file repository, I see this: It is obviously paginated, and with only 3 files per page?  Is there a way I can get this to behave as advertised in the article about how it is supposed to work, so that my learners will not have to page through files 3 at a time?

Does anyone know how long the certificate lasts when it’s managed by the platform as I'd like to be aware when it’s due to automatically renew.Thank you 

Howdy - our Docebo instance is using branches to separate our customers. I am not finding a way to add a course for visibility by a specific branch only. Saw a group filter option, but no branch assignment on the course creation page. Thanks! Jason

When choosing to display a catalog in calendar mode, is it possible to set the ‘Agenda’ view as the default? Are there any CSS solutions that could help achieve this?

Hi all! Every post we have in our Community has a “Private” tag on it. Does anyone know how to disable/remove them? Users are confused… 

My team and I are experiencing an issue with the newly updated UX pages in Docebo. As shown below, the icons that are supposed to appear within the square boxes are no longer visible. We’re seeing this issue on the newly updated user experience pages.On our calendar, the square boxes are visible, but the icons—such as the arrows and the “...” (more options) icon—are missing. We’re also seeing this issue on our course player page.The “More Information” button—which includes the unenrollment option—is not visible. This has caused problems for users, as the button is only accessible if they know to hover over the exact spot where it should appear. Has anyone else experienced this issue?We’ve tested it thoroughly on our end by removing all custom CSS and changing the branding colors in the “Configure Your Brand” section. Since we’ve tried nearly everything, we’re confident this isn’t caused by anything on our side. Thank you!

Hello! I am working on structuring Docebo for our restaurant company that has 2 hierarchies. We have an AM and GM, we want them to both be managers for their teams and we have them established as theMain Branch = AM area Subbranch = Store locations/GMs. We have an issue with our ADP report for the CVS upload, it does not have the GM/AM connection, only has info on if someone is or isn't a manager (yes/no). We want to figure out how to create that connection, for when a trainee is uploaded, they can be directly assigned to the GM and AM.I thought about using the Location code that is part of the Store subbranch and is a column in the ADP report. Because AM’s are Power users, so I thought assigning a resource such as its corresponding AM main branch and the GM/Store subbranches to the AM poweruser, would help create that manager connection. We operate multiple domains under our extended enterprise.  We have some courses that would be of interest to users across domains.  The enrollment link in a course always mirrors the domain of whoever created it.  If people were enrolled, we could send an e-mail from the course and the Course_Link shortcode would adapt to their domain, but is there an easy way to get a cross domain enrollment link?

Greetings,We are currently using the bare bones “Administrator has just created a new user” email which includes the username and forces them to reset their password.I want to add more to it, such as the benefits of the LMS, enticing courses, but I know that most users will just use to reset their password and move on, without scrolling down to view this additional information.Ideally, I would send a second email that would contain the information above, but there isn’t a trigger for this as far as I can tell.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thanks, and have a wonderful Wednesday!~B

Hello All, Curious if anyone has feedback from changing a learner from active to expired and if they receive notifications, if they are no longer expired? We are looking to see how we can stop learners on leave of absence from receiving notifications while they are on leave and thought this may be a solution for the time being. If anyone has experience, could you chime in? Thanks! 

Has anyone been able to find a way for a Session Enrollment Link to work, after the date of the event?I have a weird use case and have not found a way. 

I’d like to check if there’s a way for admins to upload attendance sheets directly to an ILT course in Docebo for their references. This would help in case of audits need to check the signatures, so the team could easily search for a specific session, download the attendance record, and share it when needed. Can the uploaded documents (like attendance sheets) can be made visible only to Power Users and Admins, since I understand that assignments and survey in training materials are typically visible to learners as well.

Is anyone aware of a login limit per unit of time?I have had some issues with users getting denied with a message saying maximum number of attempts reached. Try again in 10 minutes.This is not a case of messing up the password beyond the number of failed attempts I have set but a message on the first attempt.It comes up around the beginning of each month when I push out the monthly safety compliance training.We then have a bunch of folks trying to log in at the same time and different folks each month have the issue.

Is there a way to change the learning catalog to load automatically when scrolling down on the page?
