Hello!My company has this year looked into monitoring how much time, each month, is being spent by users in our platform. Identifying just who has logged on isn’t much of an issue, but we need to figure out how much time, total, our users are spending interacting with training materials in order to provide better optics on the ROI over our old training site. What we have done thus far is not providing accurate results, however, and I am hoping one of you kind folks might have a better idea of where and how we can get this information! What we are doing now:Currently we are utilizing the Users - Courses report to pull data, with the following filter:• Enrollment Date [After / Absolute]- 11/3/2023• Usage Statistics - Training Material Time (sec)While this will reflect accurately all users who were enrolled after this date it will not reflect users who have passed the course or even briefly touched the training materials this month but were enrolled into it 4 months ago. Hi there, We are looking to automate how our Power Users are created. Right now, it seems like you have to select every employee that you would like to be a PU in the PU Management option. However, we are expecting that all people leaders in our organization will be assigned a Power User profile. How can we make it so that they are automatically assigned this rather than us manually selecting each leader and updating it every time someone is hired?
I am giving my first webinar using Docebo tomorrow Dec 5th and in the settings I asked for the Join button to be available for the instructor 23 hours before and 15 minutes before for the users. It’s 19 hours before now and I can’t see the button. And I clicked the arrow down (see screenshot). I’m starting to be afraid users won’t have any button to join either. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
Hello everyone! I’m a relatively new user, trying to set up a platform where I can sell multiple different subscription plans. Unfortunately, when I have more than one plan on offer, the built-in subscription plans page will not properly display them when you view the page on a mobile browser (screenshot attached below). Has anyone else had this problem, and have you found a solution? Is there some custom CSS I could apply to make the page usable on a mobile browser? Or a simple option for building an alternative page in the platform to display and sell subscription options? I would appreciate any insights you all may have. I have tried to wrangle it with CSS, but I haven’t had much luck. Thanks!
I’ve been reading through some old posts as well as the KB’s and as a new user to Fragomen (we launch in January), I’m trying to configure out onboarding program to have ability to both auto enroll at the Learning Plan level (with groups) which we know how to do, but also automatically register users down to the event level so we will have our Session/Events on their calendars for Day 1? Any recommendations here as we are hitting a lot of roadblocks. Much appreciated.
Is there a way to archive enrolments within a learning plan in the same way you can a course? It would be great to be able to remove leavers/in active users from these as the archive enrolment in the course does not work if they were enrolled via a learning plan. It would also be great to be able to filter/ archive etc on the certifications screen. ThanksLucy
When I download certificates for myself or others, they are immediately password locked without me knowing the password. I understand this may be intended functionality to prevent tampering/falsifying the certificates. However, this has caused significant inconvenience for my team. We downloaded 30 certificates yesterday for a program graduation. Because the certificates are locked, they could not be combined into one document for printing. Adobe gave us errors that we did not have permissions to combine the document without the passwords since combining documents is considered a form of editing.We aren't trying to edit the text on the certificates, just combine them to print all at once. We also can't export as any other document type or print to PDF without errors as a work around. We had to spend extra time printing each certificate individually and checking the print settings on 30 separate documents yesterday to accomplish our goals rather than only printing once. We are getting an error when trying to visit course links. The error displayed is AADSTS700016 Application with identifier ‘https://[our customer code].docebosaas.com/lms/index.php’ was not found in the directory…No one has a problem logging into Docebo with SSO. The problem manifests when an employee clicks a course_link in one of the notifications originating from Docebo. We’ve also tried the sso course link but that does not work either.The last bit of info is that our corp email does process emails and puts the course_link through an url defence system.Has anyone else gotten this error and what was the solve? Our SSO admin has previously validated the config on our side, but I since I don’t see any chatter on this forum about that error, I’m thinking that the problem must be on our side.Thanks.
Hello world! Does anyone know if it is possible to reset the due date of a course without changing the enrollment date? We have many people who have not completed manadatory courses but, having passed the deadline, they no longer appear among the to do list on the homepage. Thanks in advance! Edo
As I search the knowledgebase, I am unable to locate an article that distinguishes catalog search from global search. After testing, it appears that global search performs differently (more powerful) than catalog search. For example, searching in global brings tags into the fold when returning relevant results, but catalog search seems to ignore tags and only prioritize title + description. Is this true?We are moving toward the decision to suppress global search and rely solely upon a catalog search for our learnings, so it would be helpful to understand search functionality in catalogs to help inform our content strategy.
Hi All,In the November 2023 release readiness e-learning, I came across the following:With the help of the Help Desk, I have successfully tested it. But I found that you can only see the list of content for a skill that is one you’ve got selected on your Skills Dashboard (or the other places you can see your skills). So, if I have Leadership selected and I put in the URL to see the Leadership skill, I can see it. But if I do NOT have Leadership selected as one of my skills, I cannot use the URL or else I’ll see a 404 Page Not Found screen.Why would I use this?I would like to be able to list the content for any skill, and post that list on a custom page. It appears I cannot use this feature to achieve this goal, because if I have a learner who doesn’t have that skill selected for themselves, they’ll get a 404 error.I can create a custom Channel, I know, which is not a bad solution. But I’m just trying to figure out what the purpose of this feature is. Any help is appreciated.
We are looking to manage the percentage of enrollments available in an ILT course (or session) based on region/location and then on cost center. We currently have our branches set up by cost center. If we create an ILT course with 1 session that has 100 seats, can we reserve a certain number of seats for particular users to self enroll into? And once those seats in the session are filled, the user in that particular region & cost center would be added to a waitlist? i.e reserve 10 seats for EMEA CPG. 7 seats for APAC finance, and 3 seats for Americas HR etc? If not - looking for ideas on how to manage this without having to enroll users from the admin side. We want them to self-enroll on a first come first serve basis.
Hello,Fairly new to setting up notifications and I was wondering if someone would be able to talk me through the Digest email “Learner has yet to complete a course” specifically to send to their line manager.Context: We’re setting up mandatory training and require the line managers to take responsibility of their line reports once the line report has missed the deadline. I understand we cant send a a line manager an email detailing all the users outstanding under them, but I believe we can send them individual emails from each user.I’m not sure how the email itself looks. Lets say “Bob” is the learner and “Louise” is the manager, If i set the email up as “Hello, [first name], this is a reminder to complete [course_name]...” and this gets sent to line managers, does it say “Hello, Louise, this is a reminder” or does it say “Hello Bob...” and the line manager just gets a copy?Thank you for any help!
Score of users who completed the course are deleted after selecting the newly uploaded scorm package
Due to the fact that there was an issue in one of our Scorm Packages, we needed to upload a new version. After doing this, we selected the new version within the course itself.We know that all users that are active working on the course (in progress), will have to start over. For all users that have completed the course, their course learning status will remain the same, but the training material is resettet and scores are deleted.Is their any way to prevent this from happening, because some of our customers use the score within their reports...
hi.just noticed yesterday that there is no logical linkage between the expiration date and the user status, so technically, unless manually updated, a user can still remain active despite their passed expiration date.business wise i don’t see any coherence in that, but anyway, did anyone manage to create such automation between the expiration date and the user status? i’d like all users whose expiration date is reached to change their user status to deactivated.Expiration date is updated via HR interface based on daily batch file and using docebo connect.thanks for the help,ben.
We have multi-day training workshops where the attendee is registering for the entire workshop. They are not allowed to pick and choose between the agenda items and they are required to attend both days. ILT needs the ability to create multi-day events where the attendee only has to enroll once and it’s clear that the attendee is registering for all required days. I have submitted the idea (see link above), so if you think this would be useful to you, please upvote it. In the meantime, does anyone have suggestions or best practices on how your’e handling this system limitation?Thank you!
Hello! Outside of adding a Test, Observation Checklist, or Survey to be completed at the end of a Course, are there any other options for a user to select that they “have read and understood the Course content”? So far, I have not been able to locate other (simpler) options.Thank you!
We have a lot of updates to materials that need to be trained out, so we’re trying to keep all new training materials for updates in the course where the original material resides. But we then hide the ‘update’ version so the learner doesn't see it there but goes to a separate course to complete - we do then see their completion of the updated material in the background of the course report. This works well for eLearning we do, however there is currently a need for the learners to be given an update by a trainer and so we are running an ILT. Is there a way to pull the evaluation results of an ILT into a course as a training material? (I’m guessing not, but thought I’d check)
