Hi there,Can anyone help me with some HTLM code please?I’m trying to create an HTML / WYSIWYG widget looking similar to the one below:I want to have a series of these (in the 3 across formation), in different colours, on a page that can be clicked to go to another page in Docebo. I am struggling to get it to format properly and stay a uniform size (when the sub-heading text is only one line for example).I don’t want to use a Custom Content widget as these are too big and taking up too much screen room. Can anyone offer me some guidance, or direct me to some online learning resource where I can figure it out for myself? Thanks very much (and Happy Friday!)Sean
Hi - anyone else finding their scheduled reports keep conking out? I woke up this morning to get this message. Other ones have done it this week. Is this our new tomorrow?I am all for new technologies improving our processes, but if I can’t count on it to be there, it first becomes a problem and then a boulder to our approaches.
Hi all,Does anyone know if it’s possible to use CSS to move the survey description to the top? At the moment, it’s positioned below the survey and hidden offscreen as shown in the following screenshot.

Over the last several months, we recognize that you have been experiencing delays in updating and extracting data for reporting purposes. Behind the scenes we have been working on a solution that involves building a new “data lake” (database where the LMS data is stored for reporting purposes) to remedy the issues. Now, after the final testing stage, we are ready to roll it out to all of our customers' instances, but before we do, we want to ensure you have everything you need to know. FAQ: Your Data Lake Questions Asked and AnsweredIn anticipation of this release, we thought we would start an FAQ with some of the questions we think you will find helpful. Please use the comments to ask any questions and we will be sure to get the answers! Let’s level set, what is a ‘data lake’? A. Fair question, let's start at the beginning. A data lake is a central repository where all structured and unstructured data is stored. The Docebo Data Lake is the database where all LMS data is stored and
I feel like the enrolling people into an ILT session is really time consuming. I will lay out how we use ILT and maybe someone can suggest an easier way for us to do this. We have 2 different ILT trainings we do for on boarding employees, we will call them training 1 and training 2. Training 1 happens 60 days after the employee starts and training 2 within 60 days after the completion of training 1. We offer both trainings in person and virtual. Right now we offer about 4 of these per month. To enroll people we have to create an event and then a session and then enroll each person into these sessions and then after the fact we have to go into the trainings and mark people as attended. Groups and auto enrolling can become tricky because our warehouse and store employees can only be enrolled in certain special events that will work for their location specifically. Is there anyone that knows of a way to streamline this process to keep my trainers from having to take so much time setting

How do I send out a survey without adding it to a course? For example, I have a recording of an event in a channel and I want to add a feedback survey that’s already in the central repository. Is that possible?

I am somewhat new to Docebo, but I am trying to figure out all the tricks and secrets regarding Docebo to make our page and back end as efficient as possible. It was brought to my attention that we don’t exactly use everything the way it was designed, so I am slowly changing our processes and procedures. I am curious to see how the community uses the Course Catalog and, more specifically, the categories tree or how you would set that up? I essentially want a department as the parent category and each catalog corresponding to that department as a sub-category. Any thoughts on the best way to set up/ organize this? I have seen on the Docebo help page below that they almost have what seems like sub-categories under a catalog on the second video example. We have close to 400 catalogs which might be an issue🤣 https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020125439-Activating-and-Managing-a-Catalog
I need to assign all our new hires different courses automatically. How do I do this? Is there a way to set up a group based off creation date?
Is there a way to pull a report or export a list of notifications that includes the parameters of each notification, such as targeted users, groups, courses, learning plans, etc. defined for the notification? I have checked within the Notifications App and within the Custom Reports Builder, but I cannot find a way to do this.
I built out a learning plan using content that was pushed into Docebo from Blue Ocean. The problem: Each article is a lesson but the lesson/activity is showing completed before the article is opened. How can I trigger the completion to be after the article is opened?
