Hi everyone, we’d like to inform you that starting on Monday, July 29th we have scheduled a full data refresh for Data Lake 3. By running this activity, we aim to improve data consistency by fixing a bug with some integer fields, wrongly converted into booleans, and adjusting the date-format inside the user and course additional fields. The refresh operation will require the creation of a new data snapshot for all Docebo LMS customers. During this process, Data Lake 3 data (including Learn data) will still be available, but will not be updated for a time frame of 4 to 12 hours after the start time. If you have any reporting activity planned during these times, we recommend rescheduling it accordingly to avoid representing out-of-date information. Here is the detailed schedule: Date Start Time Region July 29 3:00 a.m. EST/9:00 a.m CEST US East (us-east-1) July 30 11:00 a.m. EST/5:00 p.m. CEST Europe (eu-west-1) July 30 11:30 a.m. EST/5:30 p.m. CEST Europe

Good afternoon folks - I was getting ready to pack in a file that I was formatting to move course completions into the system and I noticed something:We are moving in enrollment start date as a data point and I am noticing that a few of those dates are after a completion date. Even though that may not make sense in Docebo, it is historical data from another system - so I want to keep the audit intact and not adjust the records if I dont need to.--------------What I found out after talking to Burt McCollum from Eskillz >“If using the batch import enrollments API endpoint, the enrollment date and completion date are not related. So yes, the completion date could be 2004-01-01 and the enrollment date could be 2004-07-26.”I figure share it with the world - thank you ESkillz from saving me from a meltdown on a beautiful afternoon up on the East Coast of the US.
In the new reports, when I include the Training Material Time, it reports in seconds. Can it report in minutes? I thought our account manager told us a year ago, that this was going to be addressed and changed to minutes, but it still shows seconds (which is not helpful).
Is there a way in Docebo to create multiple courses at a time (via excel/cvs) ? And possible to upload the training Materials also ?
Hello Wise Community,I’m try to build an automation that will unenroll and archive users when their validity date expires. I’m pondering 2 possibilities and would love your feedback. Trigger from an end validity date webhook. enrollment_date_end_validity The date when the enrollment validity starts, in UTC Format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss Trigger from course end date (screenshot attached)I’m also curious if the course end date is the same as the validity end date?Thank you for your insights!
It would be amazing to add another type of user additional field to allow a user to select multiple options from a drop-down menu. We are currently using the drop down additional field type to require users to identify their role. Some users hold multiple roles, and we’d like to capture the different combinations they hold. For now I have included a “Multiple Roles” option that a user can select as a workaround.
Here are the top 10 questions we received during the July 2024 Release Readiness webinar: 1. Can I customize our skills library?Yes, we have provided a set of Docebo skills. But you can add your own skills to fit your company's needs. You can also import skills from another system. Our auto skills assignment will adapt to your specific needs. 2. Will training on these new features be added to Docebo University?Yes! We have a Release Course here: July 2024 - What To Expect + Additional Feature Updates 3. Can you customize the evaluation designer for specific courses, or can it only be the general ILT/eLearning split?Yes, you can customize for a specific course. Utilize the questionnaire templates by defining one specifically for a course and selecting it in the properties. 4. Do we need to make changes to evaluations already in progress via Learning Impact? No changes are needed for any evaluations you have already set on Learning Impact. You will see these appear in the Evaluation Desi
Dear Docebo team. New user here. I would like to know if it is possible to prevent the user from downloading a video file. It was uploaded from a mp4 file but the users are not allowed to distribute it externally, so we decided to not allow them to download the video. However, we are not able to find where that option is within the platform. They still should watch the video through the browser but not download it on their personal devices. Thanks!
Hello! We have a course set up for Certification & Retraining that is coming up for renewal soon. I have made some minor updates to the training material (SCORM 2004), which I’m hoping to upload through the Central Repository without impacting the course. However, I need to know what, if any, impact this will have on the Certification & Retraining process and whether I should update it by Overwriting the content or by Versioning the content? Which will have less impact on the users and guarantee that the course records will be archived, and the course set to Renew on the appropriate dates.I’ve read the following articles: Managing the Certification and Retraining App, Managing the Central Repository, and Uploading and Managing SCORM as Training Material, but I do not see anything that would answer my questions. This is an annual compliance training event, so I cannot risk getting it wrong or having to manually re-enroll everyone on their respective renewal dates throughout the
