Course completion settings

Hello. I have created a range of eLearning courses in Easy Generator, and want to create course settings in Docebo that mark the content as complete as soon as they access. I do not want people to have to complete every second of each component of the SCORM to register a completion as the content is not compliance related or mandatory. What settings in the course Docebo would help me ensure this will happen? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks….

Gremlins in the backend: Uploading a new version of a SCORM Causes In-Progress Users to lose access

I have a tech ticket on this but sometimes you fine folks have a work around or have encountered this and solved on your own so I’m checking here too. (THANK YOU AT DOCEBO SUPPORT TEAM for your continued effort to resolve my issue). On Friday I uploaded a new version of a SCORM File, I rewrote an existing SCORM File instead of uploading it as new training material (which I didn’t realize maybe I should have done instead 😕). But now any person who has already completed the course or is in progress on the course is getting a White Screen and cannot load it. However new users seem to be able to see the course without issue. We tried reseting progress but that solve only worked for one user and has not worked for any additional users. Any ideas what’s going on? And how we can address it? Any tips to help so this doesn’t happen to us again in the future?

List Coin and Points balances for all users

Is there a report or API that can be used to get a list of coin and points balances for all or selected users in the system. I found an API that shows the current user’s totals, but I can’t seem to find where I can check someone else.We need this for accounting purposes to balance our financial exposure and other estimates.

Multiple Choice Test

Hi I am setting up an assessment and I have a multiple choice question that is formatted as "select all that apply" there are 3 correct answers, and all 3 must be selected in order for the answer to be correct.I don't see a way to connect the three answers so that all must be selected. We want to set it up so if you select 2 of the 3 then it would still be incorrect.Please advise.

Need to make font on content title's banner much-much larger for accessibility reasons

Hi everyone, In order to be fully accessible we need a way to superimpose screen readable text over an image. For example, a banner. We can’t upload an image with text as it won’t be readable to someone who has accessibility needs. I’ve tried to add a content title which works, BUT I need control over making the font a minimum of 24-28 points (if not larger). Is there a workaround or is this custom CSS?Thanks

RSVP resend or change status

Hi allIs there a way to resend an RSVP to a user enrolled in a ILT course. When I view the sessions I can see some users with an ‘awaiting’ status. I have sent a reminder email using the email function within this section but more often than not they can not ‘find’ the RSVP email and will respond by saying they will attend. I would like to be able to re-issue the RSVP AND/OR change the RSVP status in the session to yes.Thanks

Is there a way that I can see the User Summary Report for all of my users? I am hoping there is a way that I could just see the number of courses assigned to a user and the overall completion progress % of the courses.

MS Teams and SSO

Good afternoon community,I have a random issue I was wondering if you could help me with.Our Docebo system is integrated with MS Teams. We are tracking ILT sessions facilitated through MS Teams in Docebo. To access our platform, we have turned on SSO. Often, users will intermittently experience SSO issues and get the following error message in orange when they try to click the Docebo link. It looks like it is tied to SSO. Users can access the platform, but instead of going to the ILT session they get re-directed to the homepage and get this error message at the bottom of their screen. We have not been able to isolate the issue, and it seems intermittent. Anyone else experiencing this?I have gone to IT to whitelist anything from Docebo, just don’t understand why sometimes it works and sometimes they get this error - and not everyone experiences the error either.I would like to continue to track Teams participants in Docebo, but may have to stop because today we had to manually pull in 5

Only show some badges on gamification widget

I’m creating a specific campaign for this year, and I’d love to use Docebo’s gamification and badging feature. We’ve used it successfully for many other things, but never quite like this.For marketing reasons I want a way to show the badges someone has earned within this specific collection, and I can’t figure out how to make the gamification widget do that. No matter what settings I choose the widget shows the user every badge they have earned instead of just the ones in this collection.Does anyone have a way to filter at the widget level instead of at the collection level? I don’t want to hide their other badges complete, just on this page.Creative suggestions are welcome. I am familiar with CSS and other web markup languages.
