Hi Team,I hope you’re doing well. I’m keen to pick your brain on something. We currently use Docebo to set up webinars using Microsoft Teams and Docebo sends the ILT invitation to the learners. We don’t have any visibility on if the learners accept or decline the invitations which may lead to confusion. Is there an easy way for us to gain visibility/track the invitation acceptance/decline in an easy way instead of going into every ILT session in the session to check the RSVP status? Perhaps a report of some sort or a notification that can be sent to the instructors?Thanks.
As of today, we have noticed the Renew Certification button is no longer showing on the course page for those courses mapped to a certification. That was not the case earlier this week. Has anyone else experienced this?
Hi everyone. Our team has just recently launched our LMS and have started sending out emails from the platform, for course completion reminders. However, people thought it was spam, with how basic the email composer is, where I at least, can't add our company signature. Do you know of a setting in Docebo that I can configure to add a default signature or any work around? Thank you!PS. I dont know CSS
Because we have a Zoom account, I have my own Zoom “room” (number, meeting ID etc) and once a week I would host a drop-in meeting. The link to it was emailed out to customers, Since we started using Docebo, we wanted to switch to hosting the meeting as an ILT in Docebo. However, it uses a randomly generated Zoom meeting ID. I thought by choosing myself as the host when creating the ILT that it would use my Zoom ID, but that does not seem to be the case. Does anyone know if there is a way to set it so it hosts it in my ID instead of the randomly generated one? We have customers who are not in Docebo and may not ever be, that still may want to access the drop in meeting I host once a week. I don’t want to be hosting two simultaneous drop-in meetings. Well I can’t actually, someone else would have to sit in one of the meetings while I host the other. help?

Hi y’all! I am receiving an error when trying to preview my Training Materials Report.Goal: With this report I hope to be able to view the test scores (all attempts) of all users for each lesson. Problem: I am trying to preview my report and the error “Nothing to preview. The report does not match any data. Please try again using different report filters.” is appearing. I know that there are test scores to report on as I have completed some tests.Question: Why is this error happening? How can I fix it? Our external users in our Docebo platform are created from the Salesforce intergration app. When a user contact is created in Salesforce, there is a selection to create Docebo access to create a Docebo user account.What is the recommended best practice for retiring uexternal users when the external users primary account is inactivated in Salesforce?Example: Charlie Brown is a member of ACME Corporation. His contact in Salesforce indicated he should have a Docebo account and it was set up.Acme corporation is now an inactivated external user. Is there a way that all contacts associated with the ACME corporation can automatically be set to retired with a date in Docebo when the account status is changed in Salesforce? In addition is there a recommended workflow, when an external employee leaves a company, but the company remains active?

We have been using the AutomationApp to pull employees via CSV into Docebo for over a year. This week, I noticed new employees being added with missing fields and alternate usernames. Upon checking the Audit log, it appears the User creation switched from the AutomationApp to SAML SSO. Any ideas how or why this changed? I’m still receiving successful CSV import notifications every day, and the SAML SSO user created time and date match what would be expected via the automation. Audit log screenshot below, with redacted user information. The red box is the latest user creation actions, and the green is what is desired.

Is there a way to pull a report for courses not assigned to a catalogue? I reviewed the Export Course Data from the Course Dashboard but it does not provide data on if the course has been assigned a catalogue. Perhaps someone knows a work around for this?If a course sits on a Learning Plan can it sit on a catalogue too?
We are using Docebo Connect to automatically create calendar invites for Events. Given that the Event Description is what shows up in the Outlook Event, I have been using HTML to format how this looks to the invitee. However, this is now showing up in the Event Description on the LMS as well. This is also the case in the Go Learn App.Does anyone know how to change this so that the text reads as it should?Thanks in advance.
Hello everyoneI have a customer using one of my extended enterprise subdomains, plugged into its SSO.I have activated the function to connect only using the “SAML SSO” button. But as I don’t have credential on my customer SSO, I can not connect.I can if I’m activating the SMAL_SSO + login/password option… but this is confusing for my customer: half of them connect by clicking on the SAML SSO button, others try with credentials and fail.So is there an alternate URL for this subdomain where I could connect, with my login/password and not use the SAML SSO button?
