Okay so I figured out at least one issue with the notifications. Not solved, mind you - I just realized what the issue is.I had a power user ask why they could not see one of the notifications they created. i logged in as that user & recorded all of the notifications they could see. Then I looked at the notifications from my own account & searched for the items that they should be able to see. After opening each one - both those the user could see & the ones they no longer could see - I determined that they no longer have visibility of the notifications that I &/or my fellow SuperAdmin had to alter. Which, given the amount of effort we had to put into deactivating those with inadequate filters, was a lot.Now that I have it figured out, I’ll submit a ticket, but i wanted to share this w/ everyone so they know what to look forward to.
Does anyone know if its possible to turn off the enrolment feature? I want to have a series of links to YouTube videos for learners on our platform without adding training material and learners having to enrol. Does anyone know if this is possible or have any suggestions please?
Hi All, Our catalog widgets only display the first line of anything the description field set up in the catalog. To view the entire description, a learner needs to click on the title and then navigate to the full catalog page. Has anyone had any luck with CSS that will force more lines of the catalog description to display in the catalogs widget on a page? It currently cuts off at one line. Thanks! Chris

Hi all.Has anyone been having issues trying to log in as power users? I’ve been trying to test something on our Sandbox environment but for most of the Power Users I select, I get 403s when I navigate pretty much anywhere. Sometimes I don’t even get the chance to navigate anywhere, I get the 403 as soon as I log in.I don’t seem to be having the issue on the Production environment but I don’t want to do a lot of testing there, I would far rather use the Sandbox; that’s actually why we have it.Any insight appreciated.
We want to inform you about a relevant behavioral difference observed in a specific use case involving filtered notifications. This primarily affects clients transitioning from our legacy Notification System to the new version. To stay informed about the rollout of the New Notification Service, please check out the full update below: Understanding the core Issue: How “No Filters” are interpreted differentlyLet’s break it down by comparing the behavior of the two systems: 1. Legacy Notification SystemNotification filtering behavior:You could configure a notification to go to “All courses” or target specific courses (e.g., Course A, Course B). When specific courses were selected, only users enrolled in those courses received the notification. What happened when a course was deleted:If a course targeted by a notification (e.g., “Course X”) was deleted, the system automatically removed that course from the filter. The result was a notification with zero filters applied.Unexpected system beh
Guys, I am new to Docebo. Started learning Docebo from past 3 weeks.I have an issue in the production. In the provisioning log, I see this. It started happening from yesterday and I am unaware of how to fix this issue. We are trying to create a new user into Docebo from Entra ID and see this message in the provisioning log details Any steps on how to fix this error? Happening to most of the users from yesterday. We didn’t change any schemas or made any changes. 1. Import urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:enterprise:2.0:User from Microsoft Entra ID -Success 2. Determine if urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:enterprise:2.0:User is in scope - Success 3. Evaluate urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:enterprise:2.0:User before synchronization - Success 5. Hi everyone,I’m reaching out to the community because I’m really struggling with the new Notifications update and hoping I’m not alone here. Before the update, whenever a customer purchased access to the LMS, they’d automatically get an email with the LMS URL, their username, and instructions to create their password. Since the new Notifications update rolled out, no emails are being sent at all. Even manually triggering a notification from the user’s profile doesn’t work. This has created a huge headache for me and my team — we’re spending so much extra time on support calls just to get customers set up properly. It’s putting a lot of strain on our regular workload and has basically turned us into a manual email help desk overnight. Is anyone else dealing with this?I’ve also noticed a couple of other issues: If I try to force-send a notification, the link opens the old “legacy” page and then I get a 404 error. When I deactivate the default “User has been created (by administrator)” ema
I scheduled a report to be sent to a distribution list (group) in Outlook with about 150 members. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be working. I’m wondering if it should be working and if it’s not (bug) or if it’s not possible. Does anyone have any suggestions for sharing reports with a large number of users?
We have what I think is a unique issue regarding Learning Plans and validity periods, and we’re stumped. We have a learning plan with 19 required courses. The 12th course is an ILT, courses 13-18 are SCORM files that contain quizzes, and course 19 is an assessment where they’re required to upload exercise materials. The issue is in using the validity dates as due dates. In our old system, courses 13-18 (SCORM quizzes) were released only once the ILT had been attended, and they had 2 weeks to complete them. Once they completed their quizzes, they had 30 days to complete their exercise. We’re struggling to replicate this in Docebo, because when a leaner is enrolled in the learning plan, they’re enrolled in all the courses at the same time. We’ve found that that’s “starting the clock” on all of our validity periods as soon as their enrolled, rather than when the prerequisite course in the Learning Plan is complete. Because of this, learners are getting alerts saying their exercise is due
We have an ILT with multiple sessions per month, and a max capacity of 10. Because of that, we often have users join our waitlist. A few days before the ILT, we confirm the registration list. Once we confirm the registration, should we unenroll the waitlisted users who didn’t make the cut? Or do we just leave them?I’m curious to hear how others handle this issue.

Hello! I found a couple of older ideas/submissions around this topic. Is there still no way to run a report for assignments that need evaluation? The method is still to go into each course individually? We did create a notification that goes to super admins for users that submitted an assignment, but fear that will get quite annoying after a short time. This is for eLearning courses primarily so only notifying an instructor does not seem like an option. The need: be able to see what assignments need evaluated across the platform to notify instructors or admins. Thank you for the help!
We are mid-implementation and we are finding that our SCORM 1.2 courses developed in Captivate 2019 are not offering the user the option to Resume Where They Left Off.We have verified that the courses are published with bookmarking turned on. Has anyone had this issue? Is there some type of log so that we can see the bookmarking data being sent by the course to Docebo?Any help or Guidance would be appreciated.
When a Superadmin/PowerUser/User is advised that their course/asset is outdated. There is no way of clearing this other than updating the links etc. to clear the outdated status. This is frustrating when the asset is new and is not outdated. Could be user error marking it as outdated?More so for courses, where you can’t identify what part of the course they believe is outdated?Especially when the course is current, not outdated. Is it one item in the course the user believes it out of date? To remove this status you would need to refresh the links to all the training material? Is there not a way that the owner can clear this without having to go through the whole course?I know that it is only the owner of the course/asset that sees it marked as outdated but they are still asking the question who, why and how do we clear it?
