May I ask where is the “New bundle management page” as I cannot find it anywhere? It is mentioned in the July release info as if it is live now. I checked my sandbox and production and cannot find it.The notes in the July release info simply say “Access any learning bundle in your platform and explore the new layout. All tools and options are now grouped for clarity and speed—so you can get more done with fewer steps.” which is cool, but I cannot find that menu/page anywhere.
We want to use the Task List widget, but dislike the page layout of the page seen when you click “View All”. I’d love to be able to change the target of the View All, but I’m not sure that’s possible. Our next option would be to hide the “View All”. I’ve been playing with CSS trying to figure out how to do so, but haven’t had any luck. Any CSS wizards have any ideas?
We have a major issued that started yesterday when you change from ‘Card’ view to ‘Calendar’ view. The whole screen look changed, but more important when you are in calendar view and click the course hyperlink it is give you a pop-up of garbage text showing the course description with various code (Image attached). Previously, when you click on the course hyperlink it would open the course page and that is how a Customer or Employee registers for courses or VILT courses. Right now, the only way someone can register for class is to open the actual course tile. Is anyone else having an issue since Docebo pushed the July update yesterday? I have a ticket opened, but I got the typical ‘moved to tier 2 and they will get back to you’ email.
Does anyone know how to get the user menu across the top of your homepage, like the pic attached?
Following some system update earlier this month, we’ve found that scheduled reports delivered to Power Users via email do not contain all the data for users they manage. This occurs if a Super Admin assigns users to a branch that a Power User manages and the Power User hasn’t logged into the system since the users were assigned to the branch.Docebo support say this is now expected behavior, and Power Users must log in in order for any changes to be reflected in their scheduled reports. They aren’t clear which update caused this change in functionality. This causes big problems for us as many of our Power Users rarely log in the system but rely on scheduled reports to oversee training progress. We’ve been using Docebo for about 4 years in this way.Is anybody else running into this problem?

Is Harmony able to pull information from courses imported from Docebo Content? I have test several different questions with Harmony and even asked where it got the information from since it wasn’t including a link to a course and it said it was just general knowledge because there were no courses on it. There are in fact courses on everything I tested with the search. We have also given it plenty of time to get setup as it is working as intended with all of our in-house created courses.
We’re thrilled to highlight how Brinkmann Constructors, a national general contractor, is transforming training for its field teams, with major thanks to the leadership of Danielle Buscher, Learning & Development Manager. Hi Team, The forgot password feature isn’t working in my instance in Docebo. I reached out to support and this is their response…. We are aware of recent platform-wide issues affecting the password reset function, and our development team is currently investigating these matters. I have attached the task to your ticket, and you will receive updates as they become available. Apologies for the inconvenience!Bit of a bummer because we are now having to manually create passwords for each user and send them out individually. This is an FYI for all you admins…
Sorry if this has been asked before - I have had a search and I haven’t been able to find a list of all the possible statuses associated with certifications. I know there are the below certification statuses, but I wanted to check if there are any other ones that could come up in our reporting:Active Expired
This morning we had a pop-up in our Docebo instance inviting us to preview Harmony Search.I’ve put in a ticket to find out if all SuperAdmins saw this pop-up, or any other users. We cannot turn on AI features without asking for a review from our IT Security team. Due to the distributed nature of our companies and our L&D teams, we have numerous SuperAdmins in our system across multiple extended enterprise portals. While I’m pretty confident that my team knows the rules (and I sent out a reminder to everyone this morning), a prompt like this one may cause someone to circumvent our process.I reached out to my SCM to ask: Can we ensure that advertisements like this will NOT be turned on for our Docebo instance in the future? Has anyone had a similar issue?
Does Docebo allow for cmi5 content packages?
We have started experimenting with Communities, but have not determined if it is worth the 5-figure price tag to invest in this when our team is already using so many other communication tools. (“On what platform was that post again?}. For example, we have a team Google chat where we share ideas etc. I’m curious about how you all are using Communities and where you find the value. Thank you!
Hi community,Our company is currently setting up the basics in Docebo, and I’m working on creating group rules to assign specific courses to the right learners. For some beginner groups, we want to automatically assign users if they have not completed certain courses—so we can guide them to the right learning path. However, it looks like Docebo only allows group rules based on users who have enrolled, completed, or are in progress with a course. There doesn’t seem to be an option to target users who haven’t completed a course.Has anyone found a way to work around this? Or is there a way to do this with custom settings or CSS? I’d really appreciate any tips or suggestions! Thanks so much in advance!
