There is a bit of setup required here. BackgroundWe hold a biweely webinar series where learners can join in live in the session or watch the recording. Attending/viewing at least 4 of these sessions is a requirement. Under the hoodWe have built this as a learning plan that contains a series of ILT classes. Each ILT is for a single webinar. So students only have to enroll in one class ( the learning plan) and then they can see a list of both the recorded and upcoming webinars. They can then pick the sessions they want and join when they are live or watch the recording In the ILT’s we have a single session with a single event that ties to a teams meeting. After the webinar is completed we post the recording. So once a learner is in the session they get credit for either live attendence or viewing the recording. We use a badge that a student earns once they have completed at least 4 webinars. THis makes it easy for them and reporting easy for us. The issueThe problem we have encountered

Hello,I am changing an onboarding dashboard from catalogs to channels for new sales engineers and wish to enable self-enrollment in learning plans for the users. Although the users can view both catalogs and channels, when I modify the dashboard to display only the channels, the learning plans become invisible. Am I overlooking a setting?
Is there a way to hide training/course on the homepage ( for workshops no longer in use) Thank you
Recently, my team has reported learners who have completed their courses in significantly less time than the course should take. For example, one learner completed a nine-hour e-learning module in 55 minutes, according to the report. I cannot see anything in the settings that would allow them to proceed without completing prior sections. Is there something I can specifically check to prevent this?
I am working with the new revised LP and Course player and find that the new learning path provides zero information to the learner about what pre-requisites are missing on a locked course. In the old player when learners hovered over the lock, it listed the pre-requisites needed. Now there is a message saying “Course with pre-requisite” but there is no information available for the learner to know which course(s) is the pre-requisite they must complete. This is a deal-breaker for us as we have many learning plans with optional courses and pre-requisite options. It used to work beautifully and is now broken. Does anybody have a work around for this?

Hey there community!I assigned the dashboard page to my superadmin menu. But, I still can’t see it in the menu to see what that page looks like. Is there a specific use case or condition to view this page as learner, poweruser, or admin?Thank you for the attention.
A general question - we are being mandated to track the why “a something happened” inside of the learning system. We supplied an audit (from the audit trail) from the learning system, but it is not something that is part of a learners profile and may be missed as part of other audits. Other systems that we have worked with in the past support adding a note to a persons profile as a type of light learning object. It was meant to not burden the administrator with needing to keep adding an additional field to reporting but was something that could be recalled on a user level - where this will probably be used the most - and not as part of their user data.In light of that learning object not really being available, I know I am talking myself into adding a field.Just checking - has anyone gone down this path? How did you implement????
Is anyone else getting a funky pop up when completing a learning plan? Additional black bars appear at the bottom of the pop up. Browser is Chrome.
I’ve given a Power User full permissions for Courses and for Users. But when I log in as them to verify that they can edit an enrolled user’s status as ‘Instructor’, as was specifically requested, they do not have the option.Am I missing a permission or something? I have Power Users with fewer permissions who can do this...

I need to create a group which include all power users. Our power users change very often, so I want to have this group as dynamic. Similarly I also need a group which include all super admins. Besides I need a group that include all users who manage others (i.e.. can see “My team”) . Thanks in advance.
I have created 2 e-Learning courses for a single topic, with one course designed for Tablet and one designed for PC/Laptop. I can see that when one is completed, the other is marked complete as intended, so that is what I want. My question is, can I create a report that will how me which specific course they completed of the equivalency? I am trying to determine how many people are choosing to complete using the Tablet vs. PC. In the reporting I have been testing, it shows both courses complete for the person regardless of which version they actually used.
