On reports-----Branches there are 5 tabs.
USERS -ENROLLED-COMPLETED-INPROGRESS-NOT STARTED
ENROLLED is the sum of completed+inprogress+notstarted, but USERS.
What does the USERS number refer to ?

Users = # of users in branch, including subbranches

I think the USERS number simply refers to the number of users in the branch.
+1If they are the users in the branch, the total would be the same number as enrolled , right? but different
