Users completing courses "early"

Recently, my team has reported learners who have completed their courses in significantly less time than the course should take. For example, one learner completed a nine-hour e-learning module in 55 minutes, according to the report. I cannot see anything in the settings that would allow them to proceed without completing prior sections. Is there something I can specifically check to prevent this?

My Power User cannot change users to ins

I’ve given a Power User full permissions for Courses and for Users. But when I log in as them to verify that they can edit an enrolled user’s status as ‘Instructor’, as was specifically requested, they do not have the option.Am I missing a permission or something? I have Power Users with fewer permissions who can do this...

Estimated Average Time for Course

Has anyone encountered an issue with the estimated avg. course time from Docebo Content Shop material? We have had several employees report that the time given is inaccurate and it takes them much longer to complete. We recognize that everyone has different learning paces, but the amount of feedback on this makes us wonder if it’s just us. Thank you!

Why are all the images missing on the Roadmap tiles?

Is anyone else seeing the missing images and descriptions on the roadmap page?A bit painful having to click into each one to see what it is...@erin.brisson any idea? +still having to add email and then verify my email each time I post a comment on an idea...any idea when this will be fixed...it’s quite annoying and I cant tell if if have to do each time or just once day/per session??

Adding same course widget sort and filter features to learning plan widget

Hi,Not sure if anyone has pointed this out regarding the new Learning Plan widget, but it will be useful if the widget had similar functionality as the course widget to expand sorting to all fields shown and not just to title and code. additionally, on the enrollment, the ability to filter by status will be beneficial when doing learning plans retirements.Also, it will be good to have the same CSV Export functionality for Learning Plans as for courses, that provides a file that shows the content available and that can be use to update learning plans through the CSV course assignment.

ILT's and session/events HELP!

Hello everyone! I would love some brainstorming help! We are starting to run our fitness classes for our company through Docebo ILT so that our remote employees can be involved as well as our home office employees. We have not used ILT’s for anything else thus far so I am new at setting this up and running into trouble. We are setting up the course, for example “FItness Classes” with the sessions of “Yoga” and “HIIT” with events for each day/time that these classes occur. When someone goes to enroll in a session of Yoga, it marks enrolled for all, not just one event. We are trying to track sign ups, so this won’t work for us. I know there has to be something I am missing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Assigning 2 different CEUs to one course

I have a 2 day course that is in-person/instructor led. Some are required to attend both days and some only 1 day. The associates who attend both days will receive 8 CEU and the associates who only attend 1 day will receive 4 CEU. Is there a way to differentiate this in Docebo without creating 2 different courses?

Training Application Form

Hi everyone,I'm wondering if there is a section in the Dayforce LMS that includes a training application form. I remember reading about it in a document but can't seem to find it on the LMS platform now.I'm considering whether it would be beneficial to implement this feature. Currently, our managers submit paper training application forms via email for their employees, which we then forward to our safety team for approval. Once approved, we book the managers into external training sessions such as First Aid, HSR, or Forklift training.Implementing a digital training application form on the LMS could streamline this process. It would allow us to store and manage these forms directly on the platform, eliminating the need for paper and potentially simplifying the approval and booking process.Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Downloadable content for trainers

Hello, is there a way for trainers to have access to a page with downloadable content (PDF, video), like a file repository but that is not included ion a course, I would love to have a place were I can put all the content I want available for instructors only without having to publish them one by one in all the courses.How do you guys work with that ?Thank you.

Automatic Removal from a Group

HelloWe are automatically adding users to a new group based on completing a specific learning plan. When they are in the new group, they will see a new home page. This works very well. However, we also want to automatically remove users from the previous group. Docebo help indicates:We are unable to determine how to configure the conditions that will automatically remove users from the previous group. Has anyone done this? How to prioritize course status for learners

Curious if anyone would like to share their experience on how they solved for prioritizing recommended v. required content for learners in the platform.We have received feedback from groups of more active learners with a large number of cards in their ‘My courses and learning plans’ that it would be nice to have a visual color scheme to differentiate course statuses. Similar to the idea outlined here: Course cards status formats | Community (docebo.com) In testing, we have found that updating the colors section in advanced settings for ‘Confirmation Messages’ can address this, but also impacts the color of the search bar? We are of the opinion that managing these changes with CSS introduces risk that they will break.

Captivate with the new Course Player UI

Is anyone using Captivate for creating their SCORM lessons and using the new UI?The old UI had no issue. With the new UI, if you play the lesson in the default view, it will mark complete. However, if you click the icon to make the player bigger, it will not mark complete.I have this issue in with support but it’s been over a month and they don’t have a reply yet other than saying it’s my Captivate file, which I did extensive testing and don’t believe that is the case, nor can possibly be the case when it marks complete in the standard view. Is anyone else using Captivate and can replicate this? Learners are frustrated.

Coach & Share "Invite to Watch"

Anyone who currently has Coach & Share or is considering purchasing it, please check out the details on the Idea titled - "Invite To Watch" Disable option - where any learner has the ability to send mass notifications to ALL learners in your platform. There is no way for us to disable this feature, so if you are using Coach & Share and not aware or are considering purchasing it, please check out the Idea and upvote it in hopes that we can get some movement to get this changed. New course player - potential bug - Playlist does not work in the preview version of the course player

I have been previewing the new course player on our system, and I have noticed that it doesn’t seem to work with playlists. At the moment you select a playlist it takes you to the first course and displays a black bar at the bottom of the screen which contain the course list. But when I viewed this in the new course player it just took me to the first course and doesn’t display the bar at all. Is this just because it is a preview, or will the playlist functionality stop working with the new course player?

'Send Email' function not pulling Subdomain

Since the changes Docebo made in January 2024, we now get errors when trying to use the ‘Send Email’ function. To elaborate: it appears this function is pulling the ‘from email address’ from the ‘user email field’ rather than the ‘email sender domain’ field for our subdomain. We opened a ticket and the response from Docebo was the sender would need to manually update their ‘from email address’ when using this feature which makes this feature too tedious to be useful. It would be helpful if we could configure the default ‘from address’ to match the ‘email sender domain’ without impacting SSO which is based on the apex domain.

New Course Player concerns, feedback and suggestions

This feedback is regarding the new SCORM player. The new player is too busy. Too many buttons and places to click.It requires more clicks to start a course. Improvements should make it easier to start a course, not more difficult. After clicking the start eLearning button, the user has to click another start eLearning button. The second click is just wasted time and an extra click. Especially since there is still another start/resume button to click after this!The learning plan page header is way too big. The main feature of interest on this page is the list of courses, not the header.The right side of the learning plan page is wasted now. Especially the learning plan details (Does any student need to know the learning plan ID?) The Average time is on the left side above the course list and just duplicated on the right. The “time to complete” information could easily be put on the left above the course list. The progress area takes up too much space and you don’t need a resume training

Articulate Rise xAPI Completion in Docebo

Hello Docebo Community, Anyone uses Articulate Rise to export xAPI content into Docebo and is having issues with completion synching in Docebo? This issue is sporadic for us. Some of our learner’s view is 100% on the content side but its not updated on the platform. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Additional Field for reason a course due date was extended

I need to create a field so that when I need to extend a due date on a required course, I can add the reason I’m doing so. For instance, the user is on LOA. This way when we go through our annual audits and I’m asked why the date was changed, I’ll be able to give them the reason.Is this done by Additional Field? How would I go about doing it?

👋🏻 Hello, I am hoping to hear about your experience with Questions & Answers or Comments widget on courses. We are not using these widgets at this time but there have been SMEs inquiring on allowing users to ask questions or reach out via the course to set up 1:1 time. Could you share how you use these widgets? Some of my questions are as follows:How do you monitor the conversation? How is the SME notified there is a question that needs to be answered? Do they just have to check the course regularly? Is the person who asked the question notified when someone answers the question? What settings do you have in place? Where do I go to view the settings for Q&A and comments? Anything I should keep in mind while researching? Any advice on using/implementing the widgets?Of course, any other experiences or suggestion you might have are welcome!! Thanks community!Courtney
