Hello All,Wanted to ask if anyone knows of a report or way to pull the deeplinks or URLs for each course? We have a couple different use cases that this would help use to deploy...but the largest would be just sharing out curated content lists that are focused by topic or skill area to managers to share during team huddles. Thanks for any guidance,Lauren H.
New course player - potential bug - Playlist does not work in the preview version of the course player
I have been previewing the new course player on our system, and I have noticed that it doesn’t seem to work with playlists. At the moment you select a playlist it takes you to the first course and displays a black bar at the bottom of the screen which contain the course list. But when I viewed this in the new course player it just took me to the first course and doesn’t display the bar at all. Is this just because it is a preview, or will the playlist functionality stop working with the new course player?
This feedback is regarding the new SCORM player. The new player is too busy. Too many buttons and places to click. It requires more clicks to start a course. Improvements should make it easier to start a course, not more difficult. After clicking the start eLearning button, the user has to click another start eLearning button. The second click is just wasted time and an extra click. Especially since there is still another start/resume button to click after this! The learning plan page header is way too big. The main feature of interest on this page is the list of courses, not the header. The right side of the learning plan page is wasted now. Especially the learning plan details (Does any student need to know the learning plan ID?) The Average time is on the left side above the course list and just duplicated on the right. The “time to complete” information could easily be put on the left above the course list. The progress area takes up too much space and you don’t need a resume training
WE are still having an issue with SalesFORCE and Branches with users being moved into the root folder if the branches do not sync. This has become such a manual process, that seems to be never-ending since we have over 600 users and we have many reorgs, therefore, users are constantly moving, or new hires joining. Does everyone that has SalesFORCE and the stand-alone app have this same issue?? When you create a users on the stand-alone app and put them in a certain branch, then the CRM teams gives that user SalesFORCE access a week or so later, and they go into Docebo through SF - they end up moving the user out of the branch I created and instead back to the Root folder? We have 2 diff teams that work on this - the CRM team who runs SalesFORCE and our LMS team. Therefore, this has become such a process (bc we have about 900 users and counting) that are constantly being moved or updated if we are not quick enough to provide the CRM the exact branch name we created. We also have to
Does anyone else find it strange that there is no course status of “failed” or “not passed” for a user? I set up an e-Learning shell with three training objects (a file download, an evaluation, and a survey). I set the test as requiring 100% and programmed two fake questions, then ran through the course and purposefully failed the evaluation with my test account. I know how to look at the score and how to go into the Reports tab and see which of the training materials the learner failed but the user remains in the status of In Progress. What I’m looking for is the ability to identify who failed the course, not a single learning object. Reports (screenshot included) show my test user only completed 66% of the course and is In Progress. In reality, the user completed 100% of the course; and they failed the evaluation. Enrollments tab (screenshot included) shows me the user’s score but not what a passing score is so admins would have to research that before we looked at the status this wa
Hi everyone,I’m working on creating visual graphics for a couple learning plans that I have created. They are sort of a hiking pathway visual of here’s where you start, here are your milestones, here’s the order of content involved, etc. I want to display them at the start of the learning plans so learners can see it right away and get a fun, visual idea of what takes place. I am looking for ideas of the best way to do display these. The thumbnail would not display large enough and the LP does not have course page display options that I’m aware of. Any thoughts or ideas are most welcome!

Hi All,I know we have the ideas section, and occasionally a docebo employee will post a reply, but is there anyway of us seeing a definitive roadmap, or getting an official answer on when things will be updated/rolled out? I see the release radar posts and am also disappointed about how little is being released, or less important things being release, and the big tickets items never appear. Specifically i would like to know when/if the following things are being released:*optional learning plan courses*ability to retake same ILT course*ability to retake e-learning course but completion date get updated with new date*Ability to renew a course direct from the course page*ability to book on multiple sessions of same course*ability to click through learning plans in ‘my activities’ to see detail*ability to organise notifications in a better way *ability to notify mangers of a staff member booking on a course*ability to hide course materials from search results I think the response of ‘it
Good morning everyone. I have been talking with a few key people in Docebo and after many conversations it has become clear to me that the Product team is not getting a full picture of what key improvements and features are needed by many of their customers. I would like to start a Sub group that is made up of a broad range of customers from various markets where we can identify what features and functions we need to have the Docebo team work on. These can be anything from key functionality to bug fix to filling out partially developed functionality. We would need to come up with a list of things we believe should be worked on and in the order of their importance to the overall platform. We should put together use cases and benefits. Once we have this then we should sit down with the development team and explain each one of them and show a fully thought out solution and not just a quick fix. I believe that this will help the Docebo product become more stable and more competit
Hi, i have gone through a process of creating sessions and events via an upload. I have then created the CSV for Enrolments into those sessions. Is there any way of marking them as complete (on the correct date of the session/ event) in bulk rather than manually by an event or session at a time? It is important that the completion date is the correct date.
Is it possible to retrieve from interface which Groups a Learner is part of? I mean not having to browse through all Groups checking if they are or are not there… I see this possibility is quite clear for Branches, as it is also recapped in the “Review” screen while editing a Learner from “Users”, but I could not find an analogous view for Groups. Thanks!
In the My Team view, can there be an option/filter to show just your direct line reports, but also to show your direct line reports subordinates? This would remove the need to click into each managers team to see that teams view, and the option to toggle this on and off. We want to be able to do this without the need for branches to be set up.
Just a quick suggestion for @Adam Ballhaussen @erin.brisson and @elliott.vickrey I’m not sure if this is possible with Insided, but it would be great if the site header could be fixed in place so that it stays visible when scrolling down the page. Currently you need to scroll back up the page to create a new post or jump to one of the other items in the header.Docebo Community Header
Background:A learning plan is attached to a subscription bundle with a set price.Any user who purchased the subscription will have full access to the courses in the learning plan. Some users have the option to purchase individual courses in the same learning plan. Behavior: When adding a new course to the learning plan attached to the subscription, the user who previously purchased the subscription will now see the full price of the learning plan again and will not have access to their courses. Discussion point:We are looking to see if other clients are experiencing this behavior
Any time I open a ticket with Docebo lately, none of the ticket# links work. It sends me to help.docebo.com and then says the ticket is no longer active, despite giving me the link and being a new and unresolved ticket! My most recent interaction with Docebo support was horrible. I mean, what kind of half-assed response to an urgent issue is this? That’s all I got “Invalid date bug”. Nothing else to assist. Not too pleased here lately.
While digging through the community looking for some references for a thing I am working on, I started noticing that I mainly look at the main flow of threads on the home page. I might shift between the recent/unanswered, but rarely move to any of the sub areas specifically. The part I noticed is that when trying to poke some conversation more philosophy/usage/thought water cooler chat, these quickly get lost in the stream of help requests, new ideas for improvement, etc.Might be nice if these got their own feed on the main page, or maybe a glimpse in the right rail on the main page or something similar, to keep current active ones from being buried in the others. What do others think?
Anyone who currently has Coach & Share or is considering purchasing it, please check out the details on the Idea titled - "Invite To Watch" Disable option - where any learner has the ability to send mass notifications to ALL learners in your platform. There is no way for us to disable this feature, so if you are using Coach & Share and not aware or are considering purchasing it, please check out the Idea and upvote it in hopes that we can get some movement to get this changed. Thank you!
Hello,I work as Global Training Manger in a pharmaceutical company and I’m preparing a presentation on the different incorporation training plan use from our subsidiaries that, of course differ a lot from one country to another. Could be very good to have an idea about which type of this training is done by the other pharmaceutical companies. If someone would like to send me how long is this type of training and on which topics, I will be glad to share with all the result of this small survey. I think could be useful for all to have a benchmark on this point. Thank you in advance.
Can we please have a more efficient way of organizing and creating notifications. Ideas include:File folders to sort and file standard program announcements, custom client announcements, in-house announcements, etc. Ability to drag and reorder notifications Ability to sort by code Ability to copy notifications. It’s tedious to have to not only copy it over to create a custom notificaiton, but also all the language components as well. Finally, once a notification is clicked on to edit, display the title or code of the said notification somewhere in the pop-up as reference.Thank you.
