Any time I open a ticket with Docebo lately, none of the ticket# links work. It sends me to help.docebo.com and then says the ticket is no longer active, despite giving me the link and being a new and unresolved ticket!My most recent interaction with Docebo support was horrible. I mean, what kind of half-assed response to an urgent issue is this? That’s all I got “Invalid date bug”. Nothing else to assist. Not too pleased here lately.
Hi How should I complete a course with a past date? Do I have to create a session? We have new employees who get a course assigned to them as part of a learning plan, sometimes they may join the company with the certificate already. We were advised to add these certificates via external activities and add the certification to give the correct expiry date. However the course assigned to the user as part of the learner remains outstanding. If I complete the course it triggers it as complete with todays date and gives the new expiry from today so today plus 3 years rather than say June plus 3 years. Is my only way around this to create a session in the past, assign user to session then complete the course? Thanks
One of our learners is getting this error after enrolling in one of our courses - it reads “We apologize, and error has occured. Error initializing the UI: media failed to load - no’media.error’ provided.” I’m not sure if it’s a Docebo issue or maybe something to do with their computer? She seems to be the only one experiencing this issue.
We are looking for advice regarding payment gateways. We are located in Canada and may be selling courses to clients in different provinces (with different sales taxes). We will require credit card payments only, no POs or alternative payment options. In the past, we have used Chase and Bambora, but neither of these has an integration with Docebo.Any recommendations for a payment gateway that is reasonably priced, easy to administer and reliable?
I have an observation checklist where the responses were entered incorrectly and the manager approved prematurely. Now there is no way for the user to retract or manager to reject, so the user/learner can alter the response.I’ve unenrolled and re-enrolled, but the old response is still reflected/observation checklist automatically shows complete even with new enrollment.Is there any way to retract/reject an observation checklist once submitted and approved?Is there a work around?Any feedback/assistance is greatly appreciated!
We have run into issues when a user doesn’t show up to an ILT session. These sessions have a single event and when the user doesn’t show, they are marked as absent. The issue we are seeing is the course still shows as “in progress” or “not started” for the user. Is there a way to have them automatically unenrolled from the session after they are marked as absent or at least have the session no longer show up for them on their “in progress” or “not started” courses. We want to keep the absent status so we can report on it but we just don’t need to have the course cluttering up the widget on their home page.
While digging through the community looking for some references for a thing I am working on, I started noticing that I mainly look at the main flow of threads on the home page. I might shift between the recent/unanswered, but rarely move to any of the sub areas specifically.The part I noticed is that when trying to poke some conversation more philosophy/usage/thought water cooler chat, these quickly get lost in the stream of help requests, new ideas for improvement, etc.Might be nice if these got their own feed on the main page, or maybe a glimpse in the right rail on the main page or something similar, to keep current active ones from being buried in the others.What do others think?
Anyone who currently has Coach & Share or is considering purchasing it, please check out the details on the Idea titled - "Invite To Watch" Disable option - where any learner has the ability to send mass notifications to ALL learners in your platform. There is no way for us to disable this feature, so if you are using Coach & Share and not aware or are considering purchasing it, please check out the Idea and upvote it in hopes that we can get some movement to get this changed. Hello,I work as Global Training Manger in a pharmaceutical company and I’m preparing a presentation on the different incorporation training plan use from our subsidiaries that, of course differ a lot from one country to another. Could be very good to have an idea about which type of this training is done by the other pharmaceutical companies. If someone would like to send me how long is this type of training and on which topics, I will be glad to share with all the result of this small survey. Can we please have a more efficient way of organizing and creating notifications. Ideas include:File folders to sort and file standard program announcements, custom client announcements, in-house announcements, etc. Ability to drag and reorder notifications Ability to sort by code Ability to copy notifications. It’s tedious to have to not only copy it over to create a custom notificaiton, but also all the language components as well. Finally, once a notification is clicked on to edit, display the title or code of the said notification somewhere in the pop-up as reference.Thank you.
Hello Docebo Community, Anyone uses Articulate Rise to export xAPI content into Docebo and is having issues with completion synching in Docebo? This issue is sporadic for us. Some of our learner’s view is 100% on the content side but its not updated on the platform. Any information is greatly appreciated.
Dear community;I have created two learning plans LP-A and LP-B and between these 2 LP’s there are two courses that do not belong to any learning plan ( topics are completely different) I want users follow the learning path ( above ). They need to start with LP-A and finish all the courses to continue with Course 1 and so on, I want to restric access to the courses unless they complete them in the right order, but I dont want to link them in a single learning planHow can I Prerequisite Learning plans with the courses without creating a learning plan ?I waant a learning path, not learning plan
Has the team considered coming up with a few more badges?Some more lower level Influencer and Genius badges perhaps to cover some of the new categories that have been implemented since the initial badge campaign began.Also perhaps some tougher to get, more elite badges such as...A badge for hitting that 10,000 point mark @lrnlab A badge for weekly points over 1000 @Bfarkas Having your first week at top of leaderboardMaybe some other middle ground ones such as…Having an idea that gets implemented - (That’s a special influencer badge, there) Developing a Guide Attending an EventKeep the excitement and interest alive!
Greetings!We want our presenters to be able to present a PowerPoint from the file in the platform so they always have the most recent version, but don’t want them to have the ability to edit it. We also want our audience to have access to review the PowerPoint after the workshop concludes. I am aware of the slide converter option to upload our PowerPoints, however, our presentations are pretty animation and video heavy. Has anyone had success uploading PowerPoints with animations and videos in them? If so, can you please share your process? Thank you!!
Does anyone else find it strange that there is no course status of “failed” or “not passed” for a user? I set up an e-Learning shell with three training objects (a file download, an evaluation, and a survey). I set the test as requiring 100% and programmed two fake questions, then ran through the course and purposefully failed the evaluation with my test account. I know how to look at the score and how to go into the Reports tab and see which of the training materials the learner failed but the user remains in the status of In Progress. What I’m looking for is the ability to identify who failed the course, not a single learning object. Reports (screenshot included) show my test user only completed 66% of the course and is In Progress. In reality, the user completed 100% of the course; and they failed the evaluation. Enrollments tab (screenshot included) shows me the user’s score but not what a passing score is so admins would have to research that before we looked at the status this wa
2 months ago, one particular Learner was able to access SCORM files without any issues. Today, he can’t get any SCORM files in the same course to open (only video LOs will open). Sometimes it’s opening to a blank white screen, other times the new window doesn’t even open, despite the LO settings being set to “Play In New Window.”I remoted into the Learner’s laptop, made sure that popups & redirects are allowed, as well all cookies being allowed, and I cleared his cache data.When that didn’t work, I logged in as the Learner from my Admin menu. I couldn't get a particularly important SCORM LO to load either, but was able to open a different SCORM LO, so I thought maybe it was a problem with the SCORM file. But then I received confirmation that other Learners are opening it without a problem.I then went to the “Learner View” from my Admin menu to see if it would open. I was able to open all SCORM LOs without a problem.Based on this process, it seems like there’s a problem with this pa
I thought I would make this post because I have noticed that some ideas have had decreasing vote numbers.Now - Everyone is welcome to change their mind on the ideas presented here, of course, but it dawned on me that it might be possible that an idea presented several months ago gets buried and manages to resurface causing a whole new group of people to see it along with those who have not only voted on it but forgotten about it too.I know how that goes. So they look at this idea that they forgot they voted on and say to themselves - “That’s a great idea!” and proceed to vote on it unknowingly removing their previous vote.So before you hit that upvote button check the color of the button.If it is light blue - you have already cast your vote. If it is dark blue - you have not voted on it.
Hello,What is the suggested solution for ILT’s that offer multiple Sessions, not all are required, and a user should not be enrolled in all of them automatically?Example: Planting a Flower ILTSession 1: Potting Supplies Event 1: Tuesday 1pmSession 2: How to pot the Flower Event 1: Wednesday 3pmSession 3: Teaching How to Plant a Flower: Saturday 2pm User wants to enroll in Session 1 & Session 2 but does not want to enroll in session 3. Do I have to create three separate Course ILTS? If I do 1 ILT>1 Session> 3 Events, the user is automatically enrolled in all three. If I do 1 ILT>3 Session with 1 event each, the user can only enroll in one session. What do you do to handle this?Thank you,Courtney
I’m trying to preview my training material (HTML pages) and grab the page URLs so I can link to them from the Course Description widget, but the course isn’t live yet--it’s prior to the start date. As a superadmin, I should be able to view the pages (not just edit them), but I think the only option to view them is through the Learner Preview, and in that case I can’t actually click into the pages since the course isn’t live yet. Any advice would be most helpful!
