in the task list widget Iwould like to see a heading for Learning Plans as you can only access courses, checklists, content in progress, certification to renew etc.   This would make identifying learning plan easier for learners.   The other option is to have a task list widget just for learning plans, currently you have to have 2 widgets for learning plans, 1 for not yet started and 1 for in progress, it makes the home page too busy. 

1. What specific problem or challenge are you facing?*When we look for anything in the Course Management menu, our filters & search criteria are preserved after we go into a course & come back out. This behaviour is not replicated in other menus, for the most part. Currently I am drilling down on a number of users in a branch, & every time I open the summary for that user or log back in as them, I have to navigate back to that branch when I exit & try to go to the next user. This is already a lengthy, process-laden task, & adding this extra step really helps to make this a terrible experience. 2. What outcome are you expecting?I would love to see the ability to preserve search criteria, filters or other navigational factors on all menus within Docebo.3. I’m exploring ways to better manage prerequisites for ILT sessions and was hoping to get some insight from the community.We have several ILT courses that require completion of an eLearning prerequisite. Ideally, once a learner completes the prerequisite, we would like them to be automatically added to the waitlist for the ILT course. Not directly enrolled.Currently:Waitlist is enabled on the ILT course However, when using enrollment rules, users are automatically set to “Enrolled” rather than being placed on the waitlistIs there a way to achieve “Waiting users” or “Enrollment to confirm” status with enrollment rule?  

Hello, I have been set a bit of a challenge and asked to create a course where staff have to complete a 2 Day course every 2 years and in between this a 1 day refresher.Can Anyone advise if it is possible to do the following: Staff complete the 2 Day course which has a renewal for 2 years Once the 2 day course is completed, the staff member is automatically enrolled onto the refresher that they have 1 year to complete. This process is cyclical so once they have repeated both the 2 day and refresher I also wondered if this process can be repeatedMany Thanks Stuart Henty

Is anyone else seeing this as a significant limitation? (not able to add due date of XX days from the date of enrollment)We are experiencing ongoing user challenges due to the current limitation that due dates can only be set at the course level as a fixed number of days from enrollment. This constraint creates significant complexity for our use cases and has resulted in a high degree of manual intervention, particularly when a single course needs to be used for both mandatory and optional training.The level of effort required to manage these scenarios is substantially greater than what we understood or anticipated when entering into our agreement. As a result, this limitation presents a serious concern for us and is likely to be a deciding factor when we evaluate our contract renewal. We have a need to capture instructor information with an e-learning course. Even though we are not using an ILT with VILT (which is where it would be captured), we need it to be part of the documentation of the e-learning course and have the instructor acknowledge they taught it. The way we have staged it is to add a “test” or confirmation for the user to indicate if they were the student or the instructor, all users perform the e-signature, and we include the instructors name on the certificate. This is a bit of a workaround and I’m wondering if anyone had any other solutions? Docebo only gave me this as an option.

If I created an ad-hoc report under Legacy reports and applied a filter to allow select super admins and power users to have visibility, how can I find out who I gave those permissions to? Docebo only tells me how many people have been selected but short of going through every single learner listed, there is no other way for me to know who has visibility to the report I shared. NOTE: I know these reports will no longer be accessible, I am trying to do a cleanup.

Many Client’s HR/HSE manager need to download massively all certificates (including those for external training) for:  each course or each user.Has anyone found a solution?Unfortunately, downloading individual certificates for individual users is not a solution for them. Molti referenti delle Aziende nostre clienti hanno bisogno di scaricare massivamente per singolo Corso o per singolo utente tutti gli attestati (inclusi quelli di formazione esterna). Is our organization the only one experiencing this issue where assignment training materials are marked as "completed" even though they haven't been passed yet? Or even after an instructor or tutor marks the submission as failed? Why hasn't Docebo prioritized fixing this, instead of focusing so heavily on AI improvements?

We've started to use the new notification type ‘New ILT Session created’.  But have a couple of frustrations with how this notification works.The schedule for this notification is ‘at the time of the event’.  This is firing as soon as you click ‘create and edit’ on the New session form.  As this is before the event details are set – it is therefore impossible to make proper use of the notification short code ‘{{{session_date}}}’.  As the firing of the notification happens before the event dates are set.  Instead we are using the short code {{session_name}}  ensuring that our session naming convention includes the date of the event.  Has anyone spotted a way to make use of the short code {{{session_date}}}?  There is no option to choose to delay the scheduling of this notification i.e. to allow a buffer between the session details being saved and the event details being added to the session. Learners receive the notification before the event has been added

I find that SCORM files take a long time  (1 to 4 seconds) to open in Docebo. This results in an unpleasant user experience. The SCORM files are small microlessons, so I do not think the slow load time is related to file size. Does anyone else experience this? If so, have you found anyways to make the load time quicker?

HelloWe are automatically adding users to a new group based on completing a specific learning plan. When they are in the new group, they will see a new home page. This works very well. However, we also want to automatically remove users from the previous group. Docebo help indicates:We are unable to determine how to configure the conditions that will automatically remove users from the previous group. Has anyone done this? If yes, how was it done?Thank you,

The buttons for the Content Center and the Central Repository were moved to the header area at the top right of the page. We intentionally hide this header with custom CSS as this is valuable real estate and allows us to hide the additional text on these pages. The buttons are hidden now for us as administrators. We need these buttons to not be in the header area so we can access them but we do not want the header to be seen that contains the page title and description.  For example: Click on the + New or on the Creator buttons in the top right corner of the page to add new training materials or Creator lessons in the central repository, as described in the article on the central repository.How it looks now:  

Is there a way to make the newsletter window larger? Preferably in A4 size It’s a bit small to work in, and it would be easier if the window were bigger so that we could more easily review the text and images.

It would be awesome if archived course data for a user would merge over as well when you merge a user with another.  I am unsure why this has never been a thing as you would think you would want all completed course data including archived items when merging.  Please make this a thing. 

I am looking at a user’s reporting within a course’s reporting dashboard. Specifically, the timeline. The course was started 3/31/2025. The timeline graph shows the user’s interaction with material throughout the training, which ended in June of 2025. The user has come back to retake some of the materials from that session in 2/2026. However, the slider for the timeline graph only goes to August 2025. From the user personal summary, I can see the user has accessed 6 items this month, but not the specifics of which items were accessed. My questions are:Is there a way to get that course-level timeline graph to few current use? Or are we stuck at August 2025 because of a time restraint? Is there a way to see the specifics of the 6 items accessed from the user personal summary which would include names of what was accessed and dates at which they were accessed? Thanks for any help!

In Docebo as I see so far, every user, both regular and super users can add skills and job themselves at the Skills Dashboard. In our solution, we only want to assign that possibility to certain roles. Regular users should not be able to do it themselves; only admins and certain roles will have to do it for them. But I can’t find anything in the settings making us able to restrict the ‘add skills’ and ‘add/change job’ to certain roles. Someone who knows how to do it or have dealt with the same issue before?  

An ILT course was created and was suppose to be added to the learning evaluation prior to the session taking place but it was not. The session/event occurred and people completed the ILT but since the ILT was not added to the learning evaluation those that completed the ILT course did not get the survey delivered via email. The ILT course was added to the learning evaluation after learners completed the ILT. Is it possible to send a survey to those that completed the ILT course after it was added to the learning evaluation?

We need a notification for managers that summarize (digests) ALL direct reports who have not completed a particular course into one email. Sending this in separate emails for each user is not ideal. We receive multiple complaints from managers about receiving individual emails for each direct report that hasn’t completed a course. 

Hi! I have created several surveys in the platform, however exporting the required data has become a challenge. I need to see the users’ information (ID, name, etc.) and their responses by question. Has anyone been able to get all the info in one report? Or what are your suggestions for this?Thanks in advance!

My team noticed something interesting this week in the Communities add-on feature in our platform: a Moderator still needs to approve their own post if it includes any of the words flagged for moderation.While I understand the general functional reason for this, it seems a bit silly and unnecessary. I am wondering if this is on the docket to be updated and in general, what other Communities updates we can anticipate?

What specific problem or challenge are you facing? We need to give content creators and program owners visibility into how notifications behave—without granting them permission to modify system-level configurations.Today, Power Users with Notifications / View permission can see that notifications exist, but they cannot open them to inspect important configuration details such as: Recipient logic Trigger types and timing Groups, branches, courses, and learning plans tied to the notification To view this information, users must be granted Notifications / Edit, which also allows them to change, enable/disable, duplicate, or delete notifications. Because notifications are complex and high-impact, this creates significant governance risk. With edit access, a user could unintentionally notify unintended audiences at scale.
