Hi,Does anyone know if there’s any way to see who assigned a specific course/learning plan to a certain user? We have our system set up so users can auto enroll in any course/learning plan but managers can also assigned courses/learning plans. When I see on the system that someone is enrolled in a course/learning plan I would like to see if this has been assigned by a manager or this has been self enrolled. Does anyone know if this is possible? I am asking as I would like to see statistics on self enrolled/assigned by manager. Thanks,

Is there a way to pull a report or export a list of notifications that includes the parameters of each notification, such as targeted users, groups, courses, learning plans, etc. defined for the notification? I have checked within the Notifications App and within the Custom Reports Builder, but I cannot find a way to do this.
Hello all,I am very frustrated that there is no way to configure the course dashboards on Docebo. My power users are able to generate reports with the necessary information (names rather than email addresses), however that involves generating CSV/Excel files and then opening and finding the information, which is slow and tedious (especially in 2023). Moreover, the reports are only generated once a day, and our industry moves very fast (medical device/surgeon training and education); and so we enroll users regularly throughout the day, every day, and the real-time snap shots offered by the dashboards *would* be terrific - if we could customize them. Our users have email addresses that may or may not have any distinguishing or exacting details, and so username/email is not reliable for tracking user progress on these dashboards.I am further irritated that the great dashboard analytics that Docebo has is locked behind a paywall. I’m not sure if anyone has something like what we are trying to accomplish; however, here is are challenge. We trying to use the Sequential Learning Experience by having our New Hires Employees see the new hire page. However, we have multiple companies in branches and then we have the groups. What I have done was the following:Created groups for each company, one for current employees and one for new hire employees, using the “hire date” as the eligibility Created a page for each of the companies and a page for the New Hire employees, with the New Hire menu at the top of the list on the menu page. I have set up auto-enrollment based on the NHL groupsI’m stuck as, for whatever reason, I cannot get the New Hire employee page to show for those new hires only. It automatically defaults to their company page. Any help and suggestions would be great.
For some reason, I’m unable to get to New Reports using a MS Edge browser. I’m able to do it with Chrome, however for my work needs, I primarily work within MS Edge.I’ve had to navigate to Chrome to work on reports for managers and such, and it’s a pain to have do this. If I export a report, I have to copy the link and paste it in Chrome otherwise I get an error message. I have reset cookies, I have rebooted, I have tried everything that IT within my organization will allow, yet I still get the same error message. Here are screenshots of what I see from MS Edge going to “New Reports” Clicking any of those gives me the same error.Custom Reports Builder gives me this, which is useless. My browser is up to date as of today. I opened a ticket a while ago about this same issue, however I was on a different company issued laptop. We did the normal things like, update the browser, delete cookies and cache, etc., and still didn’t work. We closed the ticket because we just decided to use Chrom
I’m getting a lot of complaints from power users about learning plans. Biggest complaints:Can’t search or sort the learning plans page (or catalogs page for that matter)Users can’t see learning plans in a channel if they haven’t been enrolled in the LP yetIf one power-user creates a learning plan, unlike courses, it can’t exist in a category so a superadmin has to manually assign permissions to other power-users in the branch (same issue for group creation by one power-user and viewing by another)
Colorado User GroupWhat would you like to name the group? Colorado User Group Who would this group be for? Docebo admins who are located in Colorado. This group would be used to network, share best-practices, and share workaround solutions during in-person quarterly meetings. We could start with virtual meetings until restrictions are completely lifted, then move to in-person. How would individuals benefit from this group? As wonderful as virtual meetings and emails are, nothing can really replace face-to-face interaction. This would also be a wonderful way to network with other companies who use Docebo within Colorado and to learn from one another. I participated in something similar with a different LMS and it was wonderful! What sort of topics would you like to cover in this group? During the user group meetings, the alternating meeting host will coordinate the meeting logistics. I am creating a test question, and the answer to a question includes a comma (“,”). But no matter how I tried to include that in the answer key, the platform will identify the comma as a separator and separate the answers. This has causing bugs as users’ correct answer can’t match the answer key. Can anyone help? Thanks!
Does anyone else find it strange that there is no course status of “failed” or “not passed” for a user? I set up an e-Learning shell with three training objects (a file download, an evaluation, and a survey). I set the test as requiring 100% and programmed two fake questions, then ran through the course and purposefully failed the evaluation with my test account. I know how to look at the score and how to go into the Reports tab and see which of the training materials the learner failed but the user remains in the status of In Progress. What I’m looking for is the ability to identify who failed the course, not a single learning object. Reports (screenshot included) show my test user only completed 66% of the course and is In Progress. In reality, the user completed 100% of the course; and they failed the evaluation. Enrollments tab (screenshot included) shows me the user’s score but not what a passing score is so admins would have to research that before we looked at the status this wa
Can you set up a certification for a course so you can retake it without putting an expiration date? If I put a 0 for the expiration date, the RENEW NOW button won’t appear for the user in the Certification tab. I have also marked the checkbox next to “Allow users to retake the same course or learning plan to renew their certification.”
Good morning everyone. I have been talking with a few key people in Docebo and after many conversations it has become clear to me that the Product team is not getting a full picture of what key improvements and features are needed by many of their customers. I would like to start a Sub group that is made up of a broad range of customers from various markets where we can identify what features and functions we need to have the Docebo team work on. These can be anything from key functionality to bug fix to filling out partially developed functionality. We would need to come up with a list of things we believe should be worked on and in the order of their importance to the overall platform. We should put together use cases and benefits. Once we have this then we should sit down with the development team and explain each one of them and show a fully thought out solution and not just a quick fix. I believe that this will help the Docebo product become more stable and more competit
Hi, i have gone through a process of creating sessions and events via an upload. I have then created the CSV for Enrolments into those sessions. Is there any way of marking them as complete (on the correct date of the session/ event) in bulk rather than manually by an event or session at a time? It is important that the completion date is the correct date.
Is it possible to retrieve from interface which Groups a Learner is part of? I mean not having to browse through all Groups checking if they are or are not there… I see this possibility is quite clear for Branches, as it is also recapped in the “Review” screen while editing a Learner from “Users”, but I could not find an analogous view for Groups.Thanks!

Hello, it would be great to have enhancements to the existing homepage for a more seamless feel - something like this. We’ve received a lot of feedback from our clients lately that the homepage feels “clunky”. This tool is sharepoint for reference. I understand we can utilize this layout via an iframe or HTML, but it would be great if the pages that more functionality/flexibility to be able to do it in the tool vs. a separate site. Just an idea. Thank you!
In the My Team view, can there be an option/filter to show just your direct line reports, but also to show your direct line reports subordinates? This would remove the need to click into each managers team to see that teams view, and the option to toggle this on and off. We want to be able to do this without the need for branches to be set up.
Just a quick suggestion for @Adam Ballhaussen @erin.brisson and @elliott.vickrey I’m not sure if this is possible with Insided, but it would be great if the site header could be fixed in place so that it stays visible when scrolling down the page. Currently you need to scroll back up the page to create a new post or jump to one of the other items in the header.Docebo Community Header
