Five years ago, we launched Docebo Community with a single conviction: that the collective wisdom of our members is our greatest power.

We call it The Power of 5
.

To us, it represents more than just our 5th birthday; it stands for the five years we’ve spent turning individual questions into shared solutions, and the way your expertise multiplies when we work together.

As we kick off our month-long celebration, let’s look at the foundation we’ve built in the community over the last 5 years
:

  • More than 11,000 Members: A global network of L&D innovators.
  • 1,825 Days: Of peer-to-peer support, 24/7.
  • Over 90% Peer-to-Peer response rate: From foundational setups to complex challenges.
    • 15,000 Topics Created
    • 54,100 Topic Replies
    • 74,457 Likes Received

The most helpful thing that I learned in the Community is that there was a community.  No longer did I have to sit, stew, ponder, stress, etc. on my own.  There were others that are there that have been where I am, others who have figured out what I’m trying to figure out, others who figured out issues before I knew I would have a similar issue, and who are willing to help and to share.

Learning through the community has given me another resource to help me to become better and to deliver the best experience for our learners.

The most helpful thing I have learned is that this community is a sharing and wicked smart community.  I don’t know of any other community quite like this!

There’s a lot I’ve learned on here, but if I have to pick the most useful thing I’ve learned recently isn’t even specific to Docebo… how to enable live captions in Chrome.  We aren’t able to provide captions on all of our existing content at this time, so that’s one of the asks we hear from many of our clients - they want the option to have captions.  I tried out the trick to turn Live Captions in Chrome and it works great!
