Hello All,

I’m having an extremely difficult time finding answers to the questions on the study tracker.  I’m on the Study Resources: Learn Administrator Certification (Docebo Pro) page, and in the User Management section there is a link to this directory, that is supposed to cover the necessary material.  I have not found a single answer there.  What am I doing wrong?  Any help would be appreciated.

What are your questions?

I’m going off of the Study Tracker, there are over 200 questions.  The first question is “Identify best practices for setting email addresses for registrations, password recovery, and background jobs.”

I put the question in the community search, and it led me to this article.
Domain Management: Configuring email domains – Docebo Help & Support

I haven’t pursued certification yet, but I don’t think the intent is to have a specific answer to each question. I think the intent is for us to learn about the topic at hand and use resources provided to learn more about Docebo as you go. I could be wrong but that is what I usually do when developing certification exams. You never publish the exact questions.

200 questions?? where? please give me a ss or the link…. thx

There is not going to be a link to all the answers. My approach when I started was to use the spreadsheet to check off the ones that I knew and then look up the rest. The article I included above came from searching “best practices for setting email addresses for registrations, password recovery, and background jobs”. I chose the 3rd suggestion in the knowledge base as it looked the most relevant.

Thank you both for the help

Hi.

Got my certificate in May. You’re not going to find the “answer” to a lot of those questions on the study guide. Some you will, the literal ones like “How many… “ But a lot of the questions are to get you thinking about the reasons behind why you would use a certain feature a certain way, or how to best solve a use case.

What I did was google each of the questions, and then read the links it took me to. Valuable pieces of information I stripped out of the help articles and put in a new column on the study tracker to collect it all. I then created an answer to the question. I went through that process until I was confident in each answer I had for each row.

dears, where are these 200 questions??

thx

The original poster is referring to the “Study Tracker” located in the "Study Resources: Learn Administrator Certification (Docebo Pro)" course.

These aren’t questions but “topics” that you should be using to anchor your study for the exam. As others have mentioned and is mentioned in the first tab of the Study Tracker the purpose of this is to asses your current acuity for the topic listed and then to track your acuity as you go along.
