My team’s use case is providing training for external customers. We’re looking to use a 3rd party vendor (Coveo) to index and combine all of the different resources we have within the company (training, knowledgebases, community posts, etc.) Does anyone else have experience with this- good or bad? We heard we need to use the Coveo Generic REST API connector to index the content in the LMS so it can be a content source. Any thoughts out there?

Is this a known issue? See attached gif (videos cannot be uploaded here).This occurs when you edit the content within a text box in course management in the details text editor box. If you add an emoji, even just one, all of the text within the box will erase, even after the confirmation window appears that it saved successfully.I did open a ticket but out of curiosity, I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this?It took me a little while to pinpoint exactly what was erasing the content as there are not any character limits or warnings but after a little testing, I realized it happened after adding even just one emoji.

I’m wondering if someone can help...I have Power Users (planners) who need to enrol operatives into ILT sessions, but if I only assign them the branch they’re responsible for, those are the only enrolments they can see.For example, it will say 0/12 because no one in their branch is enrolled in that session, but the session could actually be fully booked with users from other branches! So, to them, it will look like there’s space on the session, when there isn’t… which seems a real problem.I don’t really want to assign all staff to them because of the editing permissions they have.Any suggestions for a way around this?

Hi Everyone, I am hoping for a little more insight on this one. I have a couple of Power Users that are assigned to the same profile. Both have the same branch path and Resource assignment: All courses and Learning plans applied. One of the users created a course and the second one cannot see it in course management.  Do we also have to add the course to a catalog even though both PU’s have the All Courses and Learning Plans resource assignment? I didn’t think that I would need to since we did not choose the All courses and learning plans in visible catalogs resource option. Most of what I have been reading within the community mentions adding the courses to a catalog.  Thank you for the help!! 

Hi,I want to create a bunch of power users who can go into certain courses and see who is enrolled onto the sessions.  I have created a profile that has ‘view’ permissions for courses, ILT sessions, and users, but for some reason although the the power user can go into course managament and see the courses and sessions, they cannot see who is enrolled on the sessions e.g. for one of the sessions  it says 0/15 (instead of 4/15 as there are 4 enrolments).  any ideas? Karl

Hi all, I’m trying to use the in-platform Newsletter feature and I’m running into a few issues. The most pressing one is my text seems to be getting cut off mid-way through. I don’t see any word or character limits mentioned in the Newsletter Knowledge Base articles, and I’m struggling to figure out why this is happening. In the past, I’ve sent newsletters out with an approx word count of 300. The current one that is failing is approx 600 words. Has anyone encountered this issue before?What’s the longest newsletter you’ve sent out?

Curious if anyone knows a way to determine where in the platform a group (or Branch for that matter) is used? We heavily use groups with menus, catalogs, reports and channels but when we try to clean up our groups, it can be almost impossible to figure out where the group is being used to know if it’s ok to delete (without manually going through each of the places above to determine).Not expecting there to be a solution for this, but thought I would pick the collective Docebo support community brains!Thanks!

Does anyone use automation rules to help with automatic enrollments? Looking to streamline a process that could get very complicated as new customers onboard.

I have the files in the widget, but when viewing the course, the names aren’t there. I can only see the file type icon. Anyone have a fix for this? 

I’m a stubborn user of the classic Reports app vs the “New Reports” app and prefer to use it for most of my needs. It shows up fine in my Admin Menu, but my other SAs can’t see it. Any ideas from the hive mind?

I would like some guidance on extracting/analyzing test data in a useful way. I’m having to spend a lot of time deleting cells from the report just so the data is accurate. The way the excel spreadsheet is exported it gives a Yes or No column based on how the question was answered. My understanding is that includes every question in the test and assigns a No if the test-taker didn’t answer the question (they didn’t get the question to even answer it). In the image below, I have replaced the No with a 0 and the Yes with a 1 in an effort to get an average pass/fail rate. This seems like a lot of work around. Does anyone have a better way?   

I made several recording using Peek and created folder in Review. Does anyone know why the “Budget Upload” recordings (see Budget Upload screenshot) have nice title thumbnails but others do not (see Change Orders screenshot)?

This one is at the core of what we do with curation.Archiving courses is essentially a recipe that is done by us to have an effect and impact on the system. Hello! Is it possible to generate basic folders via CSV in the Central Repository? Thank you!

We have some of our assessments set so that the test-taker sees their final score and also a breakdown of their performance by question category. This lets the test-taker know which areas they are stronger in and which areas they may need more study. This breakdown appears to only be visible to the test-taker themselves but the manager would like to be able to see this data. We can’t find a way to make this data show up on reports, does anyone know how we can get this to be visible to managers/power users?  

Hi - with some of the new touches done with the Task Widget - we have done some subtle things with the localization tool to put it into a better context for us. One of the things that have came along that needed a better naming convention for us was the term Expiration:{date}IMHO depending on the industry, this may be a good thing or a bad thing (in many cases you probably dont want an auditor seeing something like this when you “impersonate” or login as someone). I wasnt happy with the term Expiration because it doesnt connect with all scenarios, but the word Due is in a much better context.So I went out and found the text in the localization tool and addressed it:I figure post this small change as it can only help someone else running into something else similar. We have also renamed our tabs to help them make sense for us. And that is another one addressed with the Localization tool (linked for those that are curious).Adjusting Names Of Lists 

Hi, I am creating a test in the central repository and one of the questions has a technical image with code that the student will have to review to answer the question. When you look at the question, the code is hard to read,even if I increase the image size. I know you can do CTRL + to manually increase the size but is there a way to make the screen size bigger so they dont have to do this? Is there a setting that I can use to make this image easier for them to view?

Is there going to be a course or guide shared to use the new MyTeams tabs (courses and Learning Plans)?

We have a text Additional Field in our user profiles for their orgnization levels (department, division) but we found that since our HRIS has an inconsistent way of abbreviating these for employees, the informaiton does not match what we are manually entering for contractors (those that are not in the HRIS). We want to change this field to a drop down. Assuming we just add the drop down and mredo the SFTP automation mapping to that field instead of the current text field, are there any implications we are missing that we should consider? This isn’t really addressed in the help documentation. Thanks!
