Incorrect Dates for Certification CSV Imports

Hello, all.Wondering if anyone has noticed, or has a solution, for the problem I just noticed today with CSV certification imports. I learned that when I’ve been doing my mass imports of the certifications, the issue and expiration dates have been imported incorrectly by 1 day. If I do the certification manually (for instance, only 1-2 people need it and CSV creation isn’t worth the time), the dates are correct.I’ve imported about 40 certifications for our “coaching certification” by CSV. All have had various dates of when they were certified, which have been included in the CSV.However, if I have Employee ABC with certification on 8/11/2022 in the file, after import, Docebo shows 8/10/2022 for the issue date (and 8/10/2024 as the expiration). I am baffled why it would change the date by 1 day for each. As a note, there have been no issues with the imports. The formats are correct. The codes are correct. The report shows 0 errors after it processes. If I enter the information manually,

Hide course validity dates banner

When I turn on validity dates for a course there is a banner that shows on the top of the course page saying DEADLINE: THE COURSE EXPIRES IN XX DAYS. I don’t want any mention of a deadline. However, we need the validity dates turned on so we can use the Notification tool to let users know their deadline is approaching. Does anybody have a way to turn this banner off or a good workaround?

API - Get All users created by a specific date

Wanted to see if anyone found a good solution to this issue. We want to create a way to get all users created on the system given a date via the api.Looks like the endpoint - /manage/v1/user does not really help since it does not have any filters for date_created. It does have option for updated_from but that shows everyone who logged in today and not necessarily created today. We need to send these people to an external client accurately and using the webhooks always runs to some random error overtime. We’re planning to use cronjobs to check the LMS for newly created users for that day and send them to the external client.  Anyone has any ideas?

Outlook calendar integration

Firstly I am amazed that all of the Outlook calendar integration posts and ideas have disappeared from the community!Secondly, for the 18 months that we have been a Docebo customer we have been told that Outlook integration is on the road map and is due for release.  Each time being pushed back into the next quarter.  Now we are told it is only possible if we purchase Docebo Connect!!?!?The basic functionality of having a calendar appointment drop into a learners calendar automatically has been in every LMS I have worked with (even our legal eLearning content providers VERY basic platform that was only capable of hosting SCORM and classroom bookings).We currently have a work around whereby the department admins are creating the ILT, enrolling all department users (whether they can go or not), then copying the link to the course and putting it into an Outlook appointment that will then drop into a lawyers calendar without them having to do anything.  This way when a date/time/location c

I want to change the report is downloading image to be more on brand.

User Import size restriction

Hi,We have created a csv file to import our users daily.  The file size is 39474 KB (39 mb).  I was looking for ideas besides splitting the file into 10 files that others have used to get around the 3mb size limitation.Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Preventing Enrollments Based on Another Enrollment

Here’s the scenario: We have two courses: One for All Staff and one for a Select Staff. We have an enrollment rule that enrolls someone into the All Staff course when they join an automated group (usually as a new hire).We had a person, who was a rehire (and added to the group) that was assigned the All Staff version even though they had been enrolled in the Select Staff version. Is there a way to say, “If enrolled in Course X, do not enroll in Course Y”?

PUT /manage/v1/user/mass_edit Updating the additional fields

Hi,I am trying to update an additional field to multiple users in batches. If I have 100 users_ids in the the array, I want to update the additional field value for each user.Input:{        "user_ids": [1234,5678,..100 user_ids        ],        "additional_fields": {            "24": "15"        }} I want to insert different additional field for each user. From the above request body, it will update “15” for all the 100 users, but i want to update the”24” to “100” for user_id 1234 and “200” for user_id 5678 and so on. I know we have the /manage/v1/user/1234 endpoint to update additional fields for each user. But, I want to do this in batches of users with different additional fields. The reason to do this is to not reach the 1000 API calls per hour limit.

Our organization uses the notifications feature extensively and customizes each notification by language. I notice when I go to replace the text in an Arabic notification:The auto-generated text is in Arabic, but not written right-to-left When I paste correctly formatted custom Arabic text (right-to-left) into the subject or body of the email notification, the text is automatically switched to left-to-right.How do I get the notification editor (or at least the body portion) to correctly format right-to-left? Classroom Location Sync with Office 365 to Book Conference Rooms?

Is it possible to set up Locations and Classrooms in Docebo as being hooked to our company’s defined locations in Outlook / Office 365, such that if we build an ILT in Docebo to use a particular venue, it automatically books that venue in “real life” so others at our company won’t double-book the same room with some other meeting?

Window size in new course player

Apologies if this has already been raised, but I can’t seem to locate an exact discussion. Is there a way to change the size of the learning objective window in the new course player when it’s a video? We upload videos that are hosted in Wistia and whereas they fit perfectly in the current window, whilst trialling the new course player view we’re left with black bars either side of the video as it’s wider. I know you can change to full screen once play has been clicked, but the initial view looks awful aesthetically. Thanks.

Can you manage group condition by a null value?

Hello! My platform pulls in user data from our HR system, which we use to automate group assignment.Is it possible to create group conditions based on null, blank, or empty values? By default, the system doesn’t allow it, but if wonder if there is a sneaky workaround for this. Our contractors are entered into our system with null values. If I can create conditions based on null values than I could create groups to separate contractors and everyone else.Assign to contractor group if X field is equal to null. Assign to everyone else group if X field is not equal to null.

Video Setting Best Practices

Our training team is considering adjusting video settings from “learners can move backwards and forwards after completing the course or lesson” to “learners can move backwards or forwards.” We plan to keep “users can change the playback speed.” Our concern is by changing these settings, learners can essentially move through a video without watching any of it and the lesson would be considered “complete.” We conducted a month long test to see if a change in settings would change the median time in a course and the time hardly altered which was interesting! We would like for our learners to have the ability to go backwards and relisten/rewatch training material for increased accessibility while still ensuring learners take the appropriate time to watch training in its entirety.  Questions for the community:What video settings do you currently have in place? What permissions CAN'T Power Users have that a super admin does?

We are trying to create a list of all of the gaps between a power user and an admin both on a technical level and regarding where we want to draw the line. I’m specifically asking if any of you have noticed blindspots for PUs. My only good example is that in the file repository area, only super admins can edit docs in Discover, Coach, Share. PUs can delete and upload, but not edit these docs. Any other limitations on PU permissions?
