Hello - I’m curious if curriculum and learning assets can be shared between two separate instances of docebo. Our usecase is we may have multiple instances of docebo, with separate content libraries, but would like to share particular assets between them. Thanks in advance.Michael
Hi there! What are some best practices around Enrollment Rules that you’ve used to help automate the learning experience (beyond the New Hire)? We’d greatly appreciate any advice or examples on how you may have setup these rules to have things run smoothly. Thanks in advance!
Is there anyway to make it so the platform will display possibly the course name instead of the URL in the Browser Tab?Here’s an example of what our tabs looks like when you have a Docebo LMS tab open from any perspective (SuperAdmin, Power User, User, External User): I obfuscated details for obvious reasons. Here is the what a tab SHOULD look like imo:The tab has the name of the page you are on. I would expect the platform to do something similar with like Course name. Thoughts, tips or tricks, anyone?
I have instructors enrolled to my courses so that the right people can receive notifications of course completion. But I don’t want learners to see who those instructors are because we use a shared inbox for any communication. When I open the course and click on a learning object, any that are played inline display course instructor information even though I haven’t added the relevant widget to the course. Is there a way to hide the info again?
I want to see a breakdown of test answers by question. For example, how many people missed Question 1, Q2, Q3, etc. to help guide instruction. I know how to get the report within the reports section of the quiz, but that shows me answers by student. Yes, I know I can use Excel but I REALLY thought to see the breakdown per question, I needed to use the Docebo Test option and it was available within the GUI (not as an exported xls doc).I see an “Answers Breakdown” button when using SCORM but that never seems to work (SCORM 2004 3rd Edition). Can anyone help?

Following up on my post a couple weeks ago, last Wednesday I had the pleasure of joining David Wentworth, from Brandon Hall Group, on a webinar about Integrations - Connecting Learning Technology to the Business. We had a great discussion about the current state of organizations’ learning tech ecosystems (❗spoiler alert❗for almost half of you it’s inadequate), what technologies organizations will be investing in over the next couple of years (🔝social is right up there) and what business tools, outside of L&D, you’re looking to integrate with (🥇 goes to collaboration tools!)We also looked at some great customer examples and success stories (like Smartly.io) about how your fellow L&D leaders are using integrations to save hours of manual efforts, boost energy and morale on their teams, improve the customer experience and even increase sales & revenue! We rounded it all up with some key actions you can take today (yes, today!) if you want to get started. If this sounds interes
Has anyone been able to run a report of all the tags applied to their training materials. Our organization is cracking down on taxonomy and all content has be submitted for governance. Curious if anyone has been able to run reports to product what are the tags and which trainings materials do they apply to?
Hello, Docebo Community! My organization launched our LMS at the start of the calendar year, with our employees and contingent workers gaining access to the platform via OKTA SSO. We’re now weighing our options for, and trying to understand the work involved in, offering content free-of-charge to individuals outside of the company (i.e., customers). For anyone who has their platform built for both employees and external customers, I’m interested in hearing about your experiences with setting it up and the lessons learned you’ve encountered. For example, are you utilizing the extended enterprise app, how are you managing external users gaining access to the platform, etc.? Thank you in advance for your insights!
Looking to collaborate and share best practices and experiences on setting up and managing Google Analytics with Docebo? Then, you’ve come to the right group! Big thanks to @Swatson @Neil Patterson and @martiniwinski for stepping up to be the group owners. Oh and remember...
I would like to have a Google Analytics group where we can share ideas and have a work group to help some of us get our Google Analytics pages up and running with some dashboards.I did ask this question in the Google Analytics conversation and 6 users were interested.
Has anyone imported “Is Manager” and “Direct Manager” in an automated way into the system? If so how? Do you use the API? Do you use LDAP? I have SSO setup but it does not pull in all the fields I need and I want to make sure we have an automated way (Not CSV file) to do this. Thank youEric VanAuken
Hello Community! Our company is in the final stages of launching Gamification officially, but we are having trouble determining how the system converts points to coins so that we are appropriately allocating for the Reward Shop. We first opened Gamification a couple of months back to see how it works and didn’t connect to the Reward Shop and we found that some users seem to have a 1:1 coin vs point ratio, while others don’t. I don’t see where the system allows you to manage that, perhaps in another area of the Admin Menu? Any insight on this would be super helpful, thanks! - Danielle
Hi all, I’m working on creating a notification that I can use to notify individuals when they have been enrolled into a course, however I’m only able to create a “blanket” notification. I’ve turned it off as I don’t want my part of the org to get spammed everytime they are enrolled into a course. I was under the impression when you manually enroll users, you can select the Notification type you want to send, however our platform shows nothing for step 3 of enrollment and we click next and we are done. I checked the Enrolling Users into Courses – Docebo Help & Support article and it says that it will only show “Digest: User enrolled into a Course” notification. Screenshot:When I look at notifications to make, I don’t see that one as an option, just “User enrolled into a Course”. Note that I did confirm the “Send immediate notification digest on the masive enrollment action” is selected in Advanced Settings.Anything else I am missing?
Title says it all. We are setting up webinar courses and the session times do not show up to users until AFTER they have enrolled. This means a lot of traffic to us to answer a question that should be answered in the platform. As a result we cannot go live with webinar series until there is a fix. When accessing the list they see the dates - which is OK ...however when selecting a date **NO date or time info is displayed** Crucially this means that the times don’t show, so people don’t know if they can actually make the session. The space is in the interface, but the data is not being offered to the page (it’s not being delivered as opposed to being hidden).Once **enrolled** the information shows up, but that doesn’t help users select a session they can attend!!This looks like a bug rather than a missing feature - any idea on a fix??
We have ILT courses that become very specifically “relevant” during certain business phases of the year. This is to support activities that we want our managers to complete. We just entered another phase and scheduled new ILT sessions. Here’s the issue - we have managers to have attended before who would like to attend again to refresh their memory on the topics involved. But they cannot enroll, because they have a completion already recorded. We don’t want to have to remove the existing completion - that’s not fair and accurate reporting. Is there a way for them to re-enroll without a) losing their previous completion or b) having to manually make the change (ultimately, we don’t know how many will want to retake). Communication has already gone out - so creating a duplicate course is not an option (and that would create confusion in the system, too). This is also NOT a certification. It’s an optional course.
The “My courses and learning plans” page in user accounts show both learning plans and individual courses that the user is enrolled in. Some of the individual courses are part of a learning plan and they appear both as an individual course and in the learning plan. Some of our participants in one learning plan have cognitive disabilities that make it confusing for them to see courses in two places. Is it possible to hide courses from the “My courses and learning plan page” if they’re already part of a learning plan? This way, users only see the learning plan and navigate to individual courses from there.
July 2022: Sandbox Update and Release PreviewSandbox Update
The July Sandbox Update and Release Preview is here and it’s packed full of goodies. There’s so much goodness, I’m not even sure where to start. So, grab a coffee, maybe even a yummy pastry, and... 🎶 Let’s Talk About Skills, Baby...Let’s Talk About Growth, Maybe! 🎶 Well, that title inspires me to take a walk down memory lane. I don’t know about you, but now I will have Salt-N-Pepa in my head all day. Speaking of walking down memory lane, let’s take a quick look back (and a little forward!) on Skills at Docebo. Docebo launched Skills in early 2021 in what we considered to be the first of a four phased approach. In July 2022, phase three will become a reality. But, before we get there, we want provide a quick snapshot of each phase so you can see how they have all come together. Which means you may even see a little glimpse into what’s coming in phase four 👀! Phase One - Empower: Employee driven growthWith the launch of skills came our ability to empower employees to own their develo
Hi, Can you please add a message for course completion once the mandatory part of the course activity is completed? currently if there is an end object marker for specific material there is no completion message related once you completed this training part. users are not sure what to so and whether the training is completed. I have also opened a support case for it #237075 . Thanks. Limor
Is there an option in Docebo to perform a bulk completion of users when the training material is a SCORM package? I know that we can change a user’s status from the Enrollment screen, but it does not appear to change the status of the actual SCORM package.
Hello everyone!I am the Super Admin for an LMS which is under configuration. I am checking to see if anyone currently works with an extended global enterprise system which sells licenses to schools (or something similar)? Here are some questions I have:How have you set up your courses when there are multiple students who are using them from different schools? For example: School A is taking the same course as School B and School A and B are in different countries with different instructors. In a multi-school example, how do you handle your reporting structure? Do you focus on subscription reports (ex: you put together a report and it is sent out every Thursday to the email of the recipient) or are there more permissions you place around your reporting? Does anyone use the learning plan feature as a ‘text book,’ where your courses are really like lessons which make up a ‘textbook,’ for the students enrolled? If so, what does the process around creation, reporting, etc. look like for you
Hi everyone,Can anyone let me know if there is a roadmap with “Learning Plan Admin Interface improvements” listed or similar? This area of the LMS is really weak and difficult to use, and in the list of monthly releases ahead I cannot see anything about it. I raised this some time ago in the old ideas portal and discussions pre this community.I’ve clicked on all the “ideas” about learning plans and worry they are not a priority by Docebo. I keep seeing things that for me are not at all important being released, maybe they are to others. Our use case for the LMS requires them and now I have quite a lot of them, I actually hate having to deal with them in the LMS due to the admin interface weakness when compared with other parts of the LMS like course admin etc..Fingers crossed something is due to be improved really soon!!
