Is there a feature planned to enhance equivalencies? Specifically, the option to establish a timeframe for equivalencies to be applicable. For example, if we are deploying a new version of a training course and want employees who completed the previous version of the course within the last 30 or 60 days to be automatically marked as complete for the new version. The current functionality appears that you can only establish equivalencies for all completions of a course to another course and not just completions during a specific timeframe and does not satisfy the need provided in the example.

We have created learning plans for users to enroll in but prefer to keep them in a pending status until admin approval. What is the work around?

Hello, We have not turned Harmony on yet in production, but are beginning to test things in the Sandbox and have a few questions.Will there be data/insights available on popular search terms or results via Harmony Search?  As an admin I can see my own search history, but it would be great to see what our users are searching on to better inform our training content / organization of material. Beyond the thumbs up / thumbs down, is there a way an admin can influence the responses given?  For example, while the steps Harmony gave me as an answer were correct, the video it listed as a reference was not one I would want to be suggested, so I’d like to tell the system your steps were right, but there is a better video to call out in the results. Can we force which courses/videos Harmony lists to reference?  I’m thinking it would be nice if we could input a list of the courses it should search thru first, and then a second tier, and so on.  We have a few courses that cover some of the same co

Hey Community,As I've been testing the new Navigation Experience, I wanted to share my impressions and learn from your experiences too.I know some of you hide the Title Bar on specific pages or across the entire platform. In our case, we hide it on specific pages. I've noticed that I needed to update my CSS from: main:has(#doc-page-84) #doc-layout-title-bar { display: none;} To main:has(#doc-page-84) app-layout-title-bar { display: none !important;} Docebo has added a "Add to favorites" option (heart icon) next to the page title. This means if you hide the title bar, you'll also hide this button, preventing admins from adding pages to their Favorites section in the new menu. You might want to consider only targeting the text with custom CSS rather than the entire title bar (I didn’t test it). Docebo Support confirmed that the "Add to favorites" icon appears only on pages included in the main menu assigned to the user (only the first menu assigned to the user).  Another change wo

Hi all,Is there a way to create more Short Codes to use in notifications. We have a very laid back culture and have an additional field in the User menu called “Known As”  which would be better received by our colleagues within their notifications - - think Hi Lizzy rather than Hi Elizabeth.I think the answer will be no as I think the Short Codes for each notification may be set - but thought it was worth asking you gurus if you knew?!

Hi all,Are there any available workarounds for embedding editable forms within a course via training materials? Or any other way?The context for this is I have CSM’s who would like to track the progress of new hires, but their checklist involves simple tasks like: Shadow a customer. I’d like for the CSMs to be able to tick that this is completed and add a completion date without having to do this via an external source (if possible!!)Is this possible? I’m not quite sure how I’ve not noticed this before, but apparently power users can view all assets and channels regardless of their assigned resources. I had a client who ran a report to see what all assets and channels their organization had added to the platform, and they saw all of theirs, and all of our other organizations’ assets as well. I submitted a ticket, and support confirmed that this is expected behavior. “ Power User content-visibility filtering applies only to specific item types: Courses, Users, Branches, Catalogs, and Locations. Assets and Channels are not included in this filtering. Therefore, when a Power User runs a custom report based on assets or channels (such as an “Assets – Statistics” report with channel columns), they will see all matching assets and channels across the platform, not just those assigned to them.”Has anyone else encountered this problem?  Any creative solutions?

Hi AllWhen a user types a keyword in the search bar at the top of the screen and the results page populates, is there a way to prevent the results from taking over the entire screen?Alternatively, is there a way to make the selected item open in a new tab when the user clicks on it?What’s happening now is that the user searches, the results page appears, they find what they need and click on it, but the item opens behind the search results page instead of in front of it. This is causing confusion because users are waiting for the item they selected to load on the current screen or open in a new tab, not realizing it has already opened behind the search results.I may be imagining, but I thought it did open in a new tab when they clicked on it?

We had one of our divisions ask about an addon for Microsoft Teams called Class. On there website (https://www.class.com/platforms/built-on-microsoft-teams) they mention integrations with LMS providers, including Docebo. Just wondering if anyone is using this tool and has integrated it with Docebo. 

I've been evaluating the Glean integration and recently set it up myself. While reviewing the documentation, I noticed it states that the “authorizing admin must be enrolled in all courses for them to be fully indexed.”I'm currently working through indexing issues and this requirement stood out to me as it seems to bypass much of the existing permission model already in place within Docebo (users, Power Users with assigned resources, and Superadmins).For those successfully using the Glean integration with Docebo:How are you handling the enrollment requirement? How are you managing newly created courses over time?Based on my current understanding, enrolling a service account or admin in every course does not seem practical at scale, particularly for compliance/regulated content so I'm curious how others have approached this. 

Hi all,I assumed there would be a view field option (column) in Users - Courses report to show allow us to see if a particular enrollment attached to learner for a course was overdue but I don’t see anything available. How do people report on (in bulk) overdue courses in the system?

Hi Friends!Does anyone have experience authoring SCORM courses with iSpring? I have a client who is looking at them as an authoring tool and asked for my thoughts. I’ve always used the Articulate Suite. I think the client is looking to control costs, given that they won’t be authoring a ton of courses themselves.Are there other authoring tools I should help them look into?

We have individual courses in the course management that are not in a catalog because we do not want power users or learners to have access to them individually. We want the courses in a learning plan that is visible so the power user or learner can enroll into them. This way the learning plan had prerequisites that only allowed the learner to take the courses in a particular order before enrolling in a ILT session or exam.Now we are seeing that power users are seeing the individual courses in the course management area that are not in a catalog. Did something change? In the past, power users could not see individual courses that were not in a catalog even if they were part of a visible learning plan. Do I need to make a change to the power users management? (see screen prints below)  Please let me know what you have done to prevent power users from enrolling learners into courses in the course management area that are not in a catalog that they should not have access to even if the co

We use ILT session enrollment links for some private cohorts. I document them for facilitators, but mix-ups still happen. There doesn’t seem to be a way to give Power Users access to session enrollment links directly. Has anyone found a workaround, or a way to automate link distribution? Thank you!

We are currently using course catalogs to organize learning content by competency within our competency model. As our catalog library continues to grow, it becomes increasingly difficult for employees to locate the competency catalog they need. Currently, users must scroll through the catalog list and repeatedly select "Show More" until they find the appropriate option.Would it be possible to add an additional filter that allows users to quickly narrow the list and navigate directly to the catalog they are looking for? This would significantly improve the user experience, particularly for organizations leveraging a large number of catalogs.I have noticed several enhancement requests across the platform that appear to be requesting similar functionality, although many of them have been closed. It doesn’t look like there’s a way to create a custom report for Observation Checklists. How is everyone pulling reports for those?

Hey community. I’ve been passed a lovely big job and I’m currently in a huge pickle. Someone at my company was told to archive a bunch of completions for a client but then the client changed their mind and now want to reinstate the completion against the course. These courses are however located in learning plans (yay - my favourite) so using the enrollment_learn_v1_enrollment_batch_0 in the api browser can’t work because the users are enrolled in the learning plan. The learning plan also has completions attached (yay). I’m seriously at a loss at what to do. I explained the situation to docebo support and they told me to use the api endpoint which does not work because the courses are located in learning plans.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do? Its the weekend here, I’m sitting at my computer crying because nothing is working and i have 3800+ completions to reinstate before Monday. I’m so upset by this, can someone please help me on what i can do 😢I also posted this
