There are parts of the new My Profile that we don’t want visible. I can’t figure out what element to target with CSS. Any ideas?

Just wanted to ask if there was a way to send an email to every one of my users?It is not triggered by an event only information. For example the recent changes to the platform.I understand I can do a newsletter but they are not saved so if I send it once to check how it looks I need to redo it which means it could change because of adding pictures. (Unless there is a way to save a newsletter and I will gladly take any instruction on that) I don’t want it to be internal as I wanted people to know about it before they opened the platform.Any advice would be gladly taken.Thank you

It seems our platform, Docebo Help and Docebo University are all down right now. Anyone else experiencing this?

The new navigation is almost here, and as many of you have noticed, it can break custom CSS. Here's how we handled it, in case it saves someone the month I spent going the long way.I was tasked with rebuilding our custom CSS so the new nav would match production. Last year a developer rebuilt our homepage and sub-pages, and we didn't want to lose that look. My first approach was to rebuild it section by section in the new format, using AI tools to help. After about a month I'd nearly finished just the homepage.Then it clicked: there had to be a simpler way. I used AI to compare our production CSS against the new-nav structure, and there was the answer. Much of our code scopes styling to the #doc-layout element Docebo uses today. In the new nav, that top-level element is replaced by app-layout — so every rule anchored to #doc-layout was matching nothing, which is why the layout fell apart.The fix for the bulk of our code was to broaden those selectors to match both elements instead of r

When a user types a keyword in the search bar at the top of the screen and the results page populates, is there a way to prevent the results from taking over the entire screen?  Or can you customize this page to display text or links to forms for submitting content requests?  All I’m seeing is the following screen with no additional navigation options or instructions:   

Will we have access to new APIs and webhooks during beta testing? I have not been able to locate any in the Developer Portal.

I want to create a certification “program” that provides a clear learning path for a group of learners to follow, but also allows for some choices in completing the required elements that leads to a specific “certification.”For instance, I want to be able to do the following where A-K are a mix of Learning Plans, E-Learning Courses and Instructor led courses.A+B+((D or E) or (F or G))or(H+I+J)+K = CertificationThis would allow a more consistent global structure, while still allowing for some regional differences in our business.is there a way to do what I described?

The buttons for the Content Center and the Central Repository were moved to the header area at the top right of the page. We intentionally hide this header with custom CSS as this is valuable real estate and allows us to hide the additional text on these pages. The buttons are hidden now for us as administrators. We need these buttons to not be in the header area so we can access them but we do not want the header to be seen that contains the page title and description.  For example: Click on the + New or on the Creator buttons in the top right corner of the page to add new training materials or Creator lessons in the central repository, as described in the article on the central repository.How it looks now:   Ours is now blank:  

Has anyone else run into issues with connecting to the Content Marketplace in the new (July) version of the MCP?  I’m using Claude and all of the learner & administrative tools work but whenever I try to have it search or interact with the marketplace it has an error.  I’m curious if others see this or if this is possibly something on my end.

I’ve been playing around with this yesterday and today. The setting up of a certification is pretty great and intuitive. I like that there are so many more options now on how to set a certification up. That being said, I tested it with a course I created specifically for the sake of testing this, and one of my learners. I set up the certification, assigned it a deadline and attached a course to it. The learner was enrolled in the course and then completed it. But then they were not automatically enrolled in the certification. The old certification was automatic based on completion of the course that is attached to it. Do I have to do anything different here? Sidenote because it’s not about the certification itself but I also do LOVE that it now adds a link to learning plans in My Activities for the learners.  

When on the Courses tab it encourages you to “build a learning path”. However historically you only connect the courses that you actually want to trigger the certification. So in our case, we only apply the course with the exam in it to the certification. To create a wholistic learning journey we also have a learning path that contains all prerequisite content from the exam guide to study guide to course materials and finally the actual exam.   With the new experience it is completely unclear on:is the additional learning path is no longer required? what is actually responsible for triggering the certification award? how does someone structure multiple paths to the same certification?

Is there documentation on what each of the tools should be able to access?  I’ve been working through the Search User prompts to see what I can get other than enrollments, but if there were details on what fields or equivalent API endpoints it can see it that would be helpful.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but is there a guide for the new Certifications and Retraining so that we know what it should be doing versus what we are seeing? 

Just started poking around in the new Certifications and I like what I’m seeing so far! Will the new certification experience support allowing learners to ‘recertify’/’renew’ (can those terms be used interchangeably or are those concepts distinct in the new experience?) by completing courses/learning plans that are different from the Certification?  I’m considering capabilities in the old Certifications and Retraining app that supported Renewing with other courses or learning plans

Has Docebo’s product team considered creating different types of badges within the system? It could be cool to introduce a new type of credential that’s reserved solely for Certifications, that’s visually set apart from other badges. My team tries to do this now by adjusting the badge designs from one type of badge to the next within the actual image, but Docebo’s badge UI displays so small right now that the design nuances aren’t very impactful. Would love to see some work on Gamification to catch up to where Certifications are headed!

I was told you do not have to add catalogs for a course as long as you provide a link.However, when i don’t add catalogs, and employees click the link they get the “ Access Denied” page and then i have to add the catalog.  Can someone please clarify if this is in internal issue or if i am doing something incorrectly?

Hello, does anyone have a css code to use to remove the AI Roleplay tab from MyTeam? We don’t even have it turned on but it’s on the myteam tab.
