We’ve created a course that is peppered with required knowledge checks authored in Rise 360. When users complete the course, they are unable to review the content of the course without resetting the course (which is expected). So, we’re thinking the required knowledge check content prevents users from viewing content unless they retake the checks? If anyone has similar experiences, please verify this behavior and if there’s a workaround, please share. Thanks! 

I’m trying to add in an iFrame of a youtube video, and the system is telling me youtube is blocking it. I have placed the address under the safe URLs, but the video will not play. I must be doing something wrong.  

Hey, Is it not possible to complete a recertification on the mobile app GoLearn? Most of our users use the mobile app to complete their learning and recently a certification expired for them so they were notified to recertify it. But there is no option to on the app, you can see that the certification is expired and needs recertification but there is no option to do so like there is on the desktop.Is it not possible to complete recertifications online or am I missing something ?

Hi there,I’m having an issue with an Observation Checklist not being sent. It has the correct observer, today’s date stating it would be available immediately but it showing as planned. The observed has nothing under her checklists section. What could be happening?

Hi everyone, has anyone experienced issues with users renewing certifications?One problem we’ve encountered is that when a user clicks the renew button and starts the course required for renewal, if they don’t fully complete it and later return to click the same renew button again, their progress is reset and they have to start the course from the beginning.We’ve also seen confusion where two e-learning courses are linked to the same certification. One course is the learner’s induction, which is a learning plan, and the other is a single course called the annual refresher, which must be completed a year after the induction. When learners click renew, both courses are displayed, and some are accidentally selecting the induction instead of the annual refresher, which resets their induction progress.Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

Dear Community,We are currently setting up some new groups. At the moment, we need to add users manually, as they do not share a common attribute. We hope that at some point we will be able to create automatic rules. That being said, I noticed that it is possible to add users manually to an automatic group.My question is: Does it make sense to select an automatic group now, even though it will need to be managed manually for the time being, with the hope that we can eventually convert it to a fully automatic group?Or would it be better to select a manual group for now and later rebuild it as an automatic group? When we go to the certificates section and click on the “Issued Certificates” icon, a pop-up appears.In the course dropdown menu, you can only scroll through the list; you cannot apply filters or enter a course title. Since there are many courses, it takes a long time to find the course associated with the certificate we need to delete and/or reassign. I have an automatic group set up for onboarding to capture job title and start date. However, there are returning employees that do not need our full onboarding coursework, but they get captured in this automatic group. I know you can manually add users to automatic groups, but can you manually remove users from automatic groups, without them being added back when the group rules run?

Hello, is anyone having issues accessing learning plans from the admin menu? When clicking into them to make amendments we keep getting a error message saying “error message while processing the requested operation”. Users can still access the learning plans but when they click onto the course shells within them the courses don’t load.

with the future SSL certificate lifespan getting reduced to 47 days, how are you going to deal with these changes?  are you going to take over the SSL cert management?  or give us a way to automate these renewals?The depreciation schedule is now as follows:March 15, 2026: Newly issued certificates, including their Domain Control Validation, aka DCV, will have to be renewed every 200 days. March 15, 2027: That lifespan will go down to 100 days. March 15, 2029: New SSL/TLS certificates will be limited to 47 days, and 10 days for DCVs.

Hello,I’m exploring the Observation Checklists for a critical project at my org. I have created a mock checklist, scheduled it for my test users (to be completed by me, their manager), and submitted a few of them.However, the business case requires this same checklist to be completed multiple times over the course of new hire training. I have reviewed the Scheduling observation checklists page and see the following notes. However, after I’ve submitted the checklist, I do not seem to have the option to return and submit the next observation (same person; just pretend it’s a new week or skill they’ve learned that needs to be checklist-ed). Step 4 : Set the checklist’s time frame Set the checklist availability period among the following options:Anytime: This option keeps the checklist available from the Start date. We’re really excited about utilizing the new multi-language course feature and have started doing some testing. So far, its looking good and will help us massively!One potential issue we’ve found is with course certificates. Currently, we create a unique course for each language and assign the relevant certificate template to that course. For example, we create a course ‘Cybersecurity - Spanish’ and assign a Spanish certificate to that course.In the new multi-course feature, it appears we can’t select a course certificate for each language we’ve enabled for the course. There is an option to select multiple certificate templates, but I think these are triggered by branch/group conditions and the user can only receive up to 3.Has anyone looked at this and come up with a solution?

Didn’t find anything in the “related post” link above, but I was curious if anyone here has solved for Outlook 365 calendar integration with multiple Extended Enterprise domains.The issue we are looking at is how to link different EE Domain users to their respective login page to join the vILT event on the day. So far it looks like this will require multiple calendars, and multiple Outlook for Connect recipe sets. Does anyone have any other thoughts or suggestions on this?

Is there any way to see a list of courses that are not in any catalogs or a list of courses with their corresponding catalogs? The Catalog setup page is a pain because you can’t search it and your can’t sort it and I want to be sure that every course is in at least one catalog. Am I missing something?Thanks!

It doesn’t look like there’s a way to create a custom report for Observation Checklists. How is everyone pulling reports for those?
