Wrong answers in multiple choice questions not shown as incorrect

Hi, while checking exams, we have noticed that in the case of multiple-choice questions, the incorrect answers are not marked with a red cross. (As is the case for single choice questions) This is confusing because the correct answers have a green checkmark.For clarity, I would expect that both incorrect and correct answers are checked accordingly. I want to provide feedback to the learner on what they should improve, which currently takes more time than necessary since I have to be extra sharp in identifying which answers were incorrect.I believe the checkboxes should facilitate this by allowing for a quick glance, which is not currently the case.Please advice/fix.Kind regards

API - Getting details of an automatic group's logic

Greetings everyone! Does anyone know how to see the logic of an automatic group in the API output?In the API - Manage  > Group > Returns Details of a group the response schema states that the respnse will include “Type of method for user assignment: 0 for manual assignment, 1 for automatic assignment rules”.In addition, it talks about a rules list and rule logic to be displayed along with details on other information I need.I have many automatic groups and they all come back with similar output.{  "data": {    "id": 13123,    "name": "MOBILECOMM PROFESSIONAL INC",    "description": "Company Code - WMM - MUSID - XXXXXXXX - Automatic Company Group",    "assign_rules": 0,    "members_count": 42  },  "version": "1.0.0",  "_links": []}The output does not show any of the assignment rules or any of the automatic logic.Scheme Details

is it possible to unenroll multiple users from learning plans that I have listed on a spreadsheet (without having to select them individually)?

I want to remove groups of users from Learning plans. When assigning them to the learning plan we could assign them by groups/branches, but when we want to unassign them its seems it can only be done on an individual basis.thanks in advanceStephen

How is there not a way to differentiate between courses that are mandatory/assigned for a user vs. optional/self-enrolled?

Hi there!  I’m really struggling to figure out how to display a set of courses that are mandatory for a user to complete.  We can assign the days of validity or end date with a soft deadline but it doesn’t stick out, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to differentiate between those courses that are required of them, and courses that they self-enroll in to complete at their own leisure.   The Pages tasks widget - “display upcoming deadlines” only displays deadlines for courses due dates that are in the future (not overdue), and then when there isn’t something in the future, it tells the user they’re all good, when they actually have courses past due, sitting under Not Started or In Progress.   The Pages channels and catalog widgets does not allow a display that filters out courses that are already completed.   What do you do to differentiate for a user, their mandated/required/mandatory or assigned training from self-paced self-enrolled training?   Appreciate your experience and ideas w

How does the new discussion notification work for forums?

We recently started testing out the forum widget within courses. We turned on the new discussion notification for the forum expecting it to notify enrolled users of new discussion posts; however, it seems that ALL of our users are getting notifications for new discussions. Is that right? Is there a way to send these notifications to enrolled users only?

What happened to Help Desk ticket logging options

Just tried to log a support ticket and it looks like the entire list of options has changed. I no longer see any options for Course Management issues and when I chose Reports, there are no secondary choices..??HUH? what happened? Anyone know?

Best Practice when offering paid & non-paid sessions

We offer a instructor led courses on premises and at a customer locations. When we offer a course at our facility, we do not charge for the course. When offering it at a customer location, we charge per participant to alleviate travel costs. Invoicing is handled by our company and not through Docebo. The pricing structure could be confusing for users who might sign up for a course offered elsewhere not expecting to pay. I’m curious if others might have handled courses in this way and if you offered it as the same course, or did you create a separate ILT and corresponding session? Or can anyone offer suggestions on how to structure in Docebo? Thanks!

Need help creating an Assessment

I’ve been tasked with adding an assessment to a course that will all staff to select if they: Strongly Agree Agree Disagree Strongly Disagree with a particular statement. However, no matter what they choose I need to assign a points value and give each answer points of 0-4. Then at the end I need it to give a total score. I can’t figure out a test option that will make this work. Also note, each question the points values for those four options will be different. So on the first question Agree may be worth 1 point, but the very next question agree could be worth 4. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Our custom reports data has not updated since 9/26/23 at 4 pm. Anyone else having this issue? We already submitted a ticket for escalation, but I’m curious to know if this is impacting only us or if it’s a widespread issue.

How to submit test/survey/poll answers via the API

I’m trying to find a way to import responses into a survey/poll on behalf of a student using the API.  Let me explain why…We want to make Docebo the central database of all training, including exams and course evaluations--even those that are completed outside the LMS.  In order to pull this off, I need to find a way to import question by question results into the LMS.  I suspect that the process to bring in course evaluations would be very similar to that of actual exams, and might be possible through what is documented here:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/11489147129234My problem is figuring out how to figure out the IDs of individual questions that are part of an exam or survey/poll.For example, I can use this endpoint through the API Browser and pull back the info on one of my tests:/learn/v1/lo/{id}However, that doesn’t tell me the question-level info such as the question IDs.  Has anyone figured out how to retrieve those?  Even better, has anyone got working automation

New Course Player feedback on ILT details

Here’s what’ I’m observing:Why am I being asked to fill out this information when creating a new ILT (notice how each sentence is on its own line): But it doesn’t show up on the learner’s page?The only workaround I have is to add the information here, under PROPERTIES (next to EVENTS & ATTENDANCE tab): Now the learner can see the information, however, it’s not formatted - everything is collected into one paragraph:   What’s the purpose of forcing me to add a description when I create the ILT if it doesn’t show up anywhere? I swear it used to show up for the learner before the 2nd new platform update in late August. I do know that it used to be visible in the previous learning plan dashboard.l If the Description in the ILT can’t be connected to the learner’s dashboard. Could there be some formatting implimented in the Session description, so that learners do not have to navigate a paragraph? Personally, I’d rather the first option. As remembering to go back to that properties tab is

ILT Session Registration Survey

I’m looking for the best way to have attendees of a particular ILT session complete a set of questions in order to gather registration information about the attendee prior to the session. Examples of questions we’d like to be able to gather ahead of the ILT:Dietary restrictions: Flight information Technology accessible I’ve thought about creating a training material survey within the ILT but I’d like participants to be able to go back to update if their information changes (ie their flight information is updated). I know I can utilize an outside tool and just link it for them to complete via an automatic email upon approval of enrollment but I’d like to stay within the platform.  Any ideas are appreciated!

How to correctly use the list in the "Digest: new content in followed channels" notification??

I’ve been using the enrollment digest with a list of items successfully but we recently started using more channels and I would like to set up the notification for “Digest: new content in followed channels.”I know I need to use the [items] [/items] codes to set what to display for each new content, but how best do you use the other short codes for this particular notification?  If possible, I’d like to display the content name (with link), as well as the channel that it appears on.  Is this doable? How are you using the short codes on this one?  The current options are:[new_content_count] [channels] [channel_name] [items] [content_name] [content_type] [uploader_name] [followed_channels_url]

SCORM package progress doesn't save to Docebo when user loses internet connection?

It appears a user’s progress through a SCORM package does not save if they lose their internet connection before closing out of the course. Is this true? Our previous LMS did not have this issue, and even if a use lost connection, they’d at most lose a few slides of progress, not the entire course’s progress.

If a user is taking a course and loses their internet connection, what happens? Can they continue with the course? Is there a warning that they lost connection and their progress will not be saved?

Hello All,Wanted to ask if anyone knows of a report or way to pull the deeplinks or URLs for each course?  We have a couple different use cases that this would help use to deploy...but the largest would be just sharing out curated content lists that are focused by topic or skill area to managers to share during team huddles.Thanks for any guidance,Lauren H.

User has been created email

Hi we are currently testing elements of the platform and have created a notification to send an email to the user that he has an account created by the admin, both a system notification and an emal.  We try it and nothing appears to happen, what are we doing wrong??  Have tried adding and deleting the same user but never receive anything.Thanks.Guy

Group enrollment not working after Import!

Since this morning  the automatic group assignment doesn’t work when we import users (SSO and manual creation works). Even after an hour, the users are not added to the groups.When we after import edit the user manually (without changing anything), the user is added to the group!Does anybody else have the same issue?
