Can you set a rule where the system automatically removes someone from waiting list after a period of time? We would like our learners to be cleansed from the various course waiting lists if they are on there for more than 6 months.

Thank you Lucy! I do not think there is a way to set such a rule. We also have this issue as the sessions are not visible because there are “waiting users”…

Agree...this is manual clean up that needs to be done…
You can also use the “Send Email” option from a filtered list to advise users they have bee removed from the wait list as a courtesy.
Agreed.. We do clean-up on each quarter to ensure that the waiting list users can view or self-enroll the upcoming sessions. I used “Send Email” option to inform them about the revoking process and the upcoming sessions availability for self-enroll.
