TGIF, all! We've had a request find a method that would allow instructors to post multiple video recording (buttons?) on a course home page. Our organization hosts several small in-person conferences every year that yield a half dozen or so ~1 hr. video recordings. Instead of forcing learners to go digging in the Learning Materials, is there a way to make them all visible and playable from the main Learner View?
TIA!

There is a iFrame Course Widget available that could point to content like a published video.
We had a similar requirement, but ending creating a new page in Docebo and then published a series of videos on that page with the Embed video widget. We then added a link to a Resources Widget on the Course to direct users to that page.
Depends on what features you have. You can place content in channels, and make the channels viewable via the Menu Pages or Manage Pages (with a channel widget).
You can sort and limit availability/visibility to these in a few various ways.
Content is limited to courses, which is what you are not wanting from what it sounds like, unless you have the “Discover, Coach and Share” feature.
You could manage this with a custom homepage and channels. We’ve done something similar to highlight important trainings depending on a learner’s job role.
If it is not required to have the consumption of the training material tracked, then using Channels or iframing videos onto a custom page would work great as suggest above!
If it needs to be tracked, you may be limited to using learning materials. But you could probably organize the videos into folders by topic?
Thanks all! Historically, video views are not tracked, but are there as a learner courtesy. That said, we do not have Discover, Coach & Share, so channels are not an option.
We did what @julian_austin did - we uploaded the videos to Hubspot and then used iFrame widgets to display them on a page. It works pretty well, especially since this is our “Free Preview” page, which can be viewed before the user logs in.
An important thing here is you have to host the videos externally (YouTube, Hubspot, etc) - they can’t be a Learning Object in your CLOR.

The link I sent above is for using channels without Discover, Coach & Share (DCS). We do not have DCS enabled either. For this option, the videos would be linked as a training material in individual courses, so they would be trackable, but you don’t have to run reports on it if you don’t want to.
