As I am implementing my G4 setup, I am looking at events and tags in analytics. So now I have the question….can I use Google Tag Manager with my G4 integration/app in Docebo? And if so…..is there any documentation on that setup?
I did search, but maybe I missed it.
The integration between Docebo and Google Analytics does not currently support UTM tags. Please note that if you have activated the Docebo E-Commerce app in your platform, the integration with Google Analytics will not collect data of the transactions generated by the app in your platform.
If you would like to see this in docebo, kindly, create an idea to enable our Product Owner to collect feedback and better understand how important that is for our customers.
